Polyimide-based X-ray masks which are generated by optical lithography and electroplating of gold absorbers on a polyimide mask membrane gain attention as low cost masks. The organic membranes generally have problem of (1) pattern edge sharpness, (2) miniaturization of pattern and (3) thermal stability. To make the masks commodity in deep and accurate lithography area, Optnics Precision, Japan, has overcome the above difficulties and realized the masks with advanced performance of pattern accuracy and thermal stability by improving the making process and the material. Good results were obtained in the exposure experiment that used this mask. When this X-ray mask is combined with the electroforming technique and the material development technique that Optnics has, the application to various fields like an industrial field and medical field can be expected.  相似文献

The synthesis of chiral bidentate bisphosphonite ligands based on the TADDOL motif from readily available starting materials has been developed. Taking advantage of the modular nature of the building blocks, a diverse ligand library has been prepared. Their catalytic potential has been evaluated in the asymmetric hydroformylation of styrene and derivatives. These catalysts showed high activity and provided the aldehydes in high enantiomeric purity.

Hemifacial spasm (HFS), a hyperactive dysfunction of the facial nerve, is rarely seen in young people. Between 1984 and 1994, we treated 924 patients with HFS by microvascular decompression at our institution. Of these, 8 (0.9%) were younger than 30 years. In most of the older patients with HFS, the offending artery which compresses the root exit zone was elongated, redundant, and focally arteriosclerotic as a result of hemodynamic effects due to aging or hypertension. On the other hand, the offending artery did not exhibit such characteristic changes of the vasculature in children and adolescents with HFS. In all of the young patients who underwent initial microvascular decompression at our clinic, the arachnoid membrane around the facial nerve was thickened and encased the artery, resulting in compression of the root exit zone of the facial nerve. Such thickening of the arachnoid surrounding the offending vessel may play an important role in the pathogenesis of HFS by trapping and encasing the artery to compress the root exit zone, particularly in the young patients.  相似文献

A total of 290 bile samples from 143 Japanese Brown, 97 Japanese Black, and 50 Holstein cattle, and a total of 148 liver samples from 81 Japanese Brown, 49 Japanese Black, and 18 Holstein cattle were examined for the presence of Campylobacter jejuni by direct plating. The bile samples were also subjected to enumeration of coliform bacilli. Sixty-eight (23%) bile samples and 2 (1.4%) liver samples were positive for C. jejuni. A significantly higher isolation rate was observed from bile samples from Holstein (50%) than from Japanese Black (22%) and Japanese Brown (15%) cattle. C. jejuni was isolated from 52 of 232 bile samples that contained < 30 CFU/ml (under the detection threshold) of coliform bacilli. The presence of C. jejuni from bile was observed throughout the year. Fifty-four of the 68 bile isolates were serologically typed into eight groups. Serotypes O:4 complex (28 isolates) and O:2 (11 isolates), which were commonly isolated from human patients in Japan, accounted for 57% of the isolates. These observations suggest that bile can be a cause of contamination with C. jejuni even though it contains only a low number of coliforms.  相似文献

The nickel‐catalyzed borylation of aryl 2‐pyridyl ethers via the loss of a 2‐pyridyloxy group is described. This method allows a 2‐pyridyloxy group to be used as a convertible directing group in C−H bond functionalization reactions. The nickel catalyst can also borylate arylmethyl 2‐pyridyl ethers, in which the stereochemistry at the benzylic position is retained in the case of chiral secondary benzylic substrates.

Face and dentition were measured using a high-resolution three-dimensional laser scanner to circumvent problems of radiation exposure and metal-streak artifacts associated with X-ray computed tomography. The resulting range data were integrated in order to visualize the dentition relative to the face. The acquisition interval for dentition by laser scanner was 0.18 mm, and complicated morphologies of the occlusal surface could be sufficiently reproduced. Reproduction of occlusal condition of upper and lower dentitions was conducted by matching the surface of the occlusal impression record with upper dentition data. To integrate dentition and face, a marker plate interface was devised and adopted on the lower dental cast or by the subject directly. Integration was performed by matching both sets of interface data. Reproduction of the occlusal condition and integration of the dentition and face were accomplished and visualized satisfactorily by computer graphics. The integration accuracy was examined by changing the attachment angle of the marker plate, and the marker plate attached at 45 degrees showed the smallest error of 0.2 mm. The current noninvasive method is applicable to clinical examination, diagnosis and explanation to the patient when dealing with the physical relationship between face and dentition.  相似文献

The structure quality of deep X-ray lithography components strongly depends on the quality of the applied X-ray mask. In this article we compare the results obtained with two different mask types. Sophisticated working masks generated by e-beam lithography, soft X-ray lithography and electroplating of gold absorbers on a titanium mask membrane have been fabricated at the Institute for Microstructure Technology, Research Center, Karlsruhe (FZK/IMT), Germany. Prototype masks generated by e-beam lithography, optical lithography and electroplating of gold absorbers on a polyimide mask membrane have been fabricated by Optnics Precision, Japan, with the aim to offer commercially available low cost masks. Both mask types were applied to pattern PMMA resist layers of 300–750 μm thickness at the 2.5 GeV electron storage ring ANKA, Germany, using comparable process parameters. FZK/IMT masks provide microstructures with significantly better structure quality. The layout area, however, is currently limited to 12 cm2, and the Ti mask membrane tends to lead to a slight resist surface attack, such as rounding of the resist edges. Optnics masks provide microstructures with reduced structure quality due to sidewall striations (sidewall roughness up to 2 μm) and thermal distortions (of up to 3–5 μm) which limit the potential scope of applications. They could nevertheless potentially be applied as low quality, low cost X-ray masks. High resolution and high accuracy applications, however, require more sophisticated but also more expensive masks, like the Ti-masks from FZK/IMT.  相似文献
