建立了基于集成黑体法的材料高温红外光谱发射率测量理论模型,重点讨论了不等温集成黑体空腔有效发射率、观测因子、样品材料外推温降因素的影响。基于集成黑体法搭建了以傅里叶红外光谱仪为红外辐射探测系统的高温红外光谱发射率测量装置。基于蒙特卡罗光线追迹法数值开展了集成黑体有效发射率数值模拟,并进行了实验验证。讨论了辐射源尺寸效应、光谱响应度线性度等非理想因素对集成黑体法高温光谱发射率测量的影响。开展了石墨材料在1 000℃、1 300℃、1 500℃的红外光谱发射率实验研究,并与已公开发表的测量结果进行了比对。本文结果与文献数据优于5%的良好一致性,验证了集成黑体方法在高温发射率测量中的可行性。  相似文献

This paper presents a new topic of automatic recognition of bank note serial numbers, which will not only facilitate the prevention of forgery crimes, but also have a positive impact on the economy. Among all the different currencies, we focus on the study of RMB (renminbi bank note, the paper currency used in China) serial numbers. For evaluation, a new database NUST-RMB2013 has been collected from scanned RMB images, which contains the serial numbers of 35 categories with 17,262 training samples and 7000 testing samples in total. We comprehensively implement and compare two classic and one newly merged feature extraction methods (namely gradient direction feature, Gabor feature, and CNN trainable feature), four different types of well-known classifiers (SVM, LDF, MQDF, and CNN), and five multiple classifier combination strategies (including a specially designed novel cascade method). To further improve the recognition accuracy, the enhancements of three different kinds of distortions have been tested. Since high reliability is more important than accuracy in financial applications, we introduce three rejection schemes of first rank measurement (FRM), first two ranks measurement (FTRM) and linear discriminant analysis based measurement (LDAM). All the classifiers and classifier combination schemes are combined with different rejection criteria. A novel cascade rejection measurement achieves 100% reliability with less rejection rate compared with the existing methods. Experimental results show that MQDF reaches the accuracy of 99.59% using the gradient direction feature trained with gray level normalized data; the cascade classifier combination achieves the best performance of 99.67%. The distortions have been proved to be very helpful because the performances of CNNs boost at least 0.5% by training with transformed samples. With the cascade rejection method, 100% reliability has been obtained by rejecting 1.01% test samples.  相似文献

Two drawbacks of the traditional electrospinning process when used for producing nanofibers for drug release are that clogging of the spinneret is often experienced, and the fibers produced often exhibit a tailing-off of drug release over sustained periods. The present study investigates the preparation of ferulic acid (FA) sustained-release cellulose acetate (CA) nanofibers, in which a third component, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), was included into the nanocomposites for an improved sustained drug release profile. A modified coaxial electrospinning process, in which only organic solvent N,N-dimethylacetamide was used as a sheath fluid, was exploited for a smooth and continuous fabrication of multiple-component nanofibers. Under an applied voltage of 16 kV and an optimized sheath-to-core flow rate ratio of 0.11, three types of FA/PVP/CA composite nanofibers (with varied of PVP content) were generated. These nanofibers had higher quality in terms of size and distribution of nanofiber diameter, as indicated by FESEM images. Analysis of double- and triple-component nanofibers by XRD, DSC, and ATR-FTIR confirmed the compatibility of components producing homogenous fibers in both cases, but the triple-component nanofibers exhibited better release profiles over sustained periods than the double-component nanofibers in terms of release completeness, reduced tailing-off, and adjustable release rates. The modified coaxial process and the resulting multiple-component nanocomposites should provide a new way for developing novel drug sustained materials and drug delivery systems.  相似文献

Bag of Words (BoW) model and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) are two milestones in visual recognition. Both BoW and CNN require a feature pooling operation for constructing the frameworks. Particularly, the max-pooling has been validated as an efficient and effective pooling method compared with other methods such as average pooling and stochastic pooling. In this paper, we first evaluate different pooling methods, and then propose a new feature pooling method termed as selective, discriminative and equalizing pooling (SDE). The SDE representation is a feature learning mechanism by jointly optimizing the pooled representations with the target of learning more selective, discriminative and equalizing features. We use bilevel optimization to solve the joint optimization problem. Experiments on seven benchmark datasets (including both single-label and multi-label ones) well validate the effectiveness of our framework. Particularly, we achieve the state-of-the-art fused results (mAP) of 93.21 and 93.97% on the PASCAL VOC2007 and VOC2012 datasets, respectively.  相似文献

在宽动态范围、高分辨力、宽频谱红外辐射测量中,傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)是常用的探测单元,其光谱响应度的非线性是宽动态范围红外光谱测量的不确定度主要贡献项之一。基于光通量倍增原理,建立傅里叶红外光谱探测系统的非线性测量实验系统。实验研究了在非线性测量典型时间段内的黑体辐射源和FTIR红外光谱探测系统的漂移特性,设计了测量序列变换模型来消除测量过程中的一阶线性漂移影响。在200~1 000℃范围内,实验测量了FTIR红外光谱探测系统的非线性特征,给出了在典型波长3.9μm和10.6μm处的非线性测量结果及相应的不确定度。  相似文献
