As medical technology has been developing, patients’ information (medical information, disease information, etc.) has been diversely used in medical services so that patients’ biometric information can be used for remote diagnosis and examinations. However, since the complexity and uncertainty of patient treatment have been increasing, doctors’ burden due to hospital work has been also increasing. In the present paper, an analytic hierarchy process based patient information management scheme is proposed that can synchronize diverse medical devices used for patient treatment to hierarchically manage patients’ disease information. The purpose of the proposed scheme is to analyze the correlations of medical devices used in medical treatment of patients to induce hierarchical management of patients’ disease information through triangle fuzzy of pairwise comparison scales for medical treatment and efficiently perform not only hospital administrative work but also patients’ disease analysis and treatment. In addition, using the patients’ disease information collected through diverse medical devices, the proposed scheme improves the efficiency of patient treatment methods so that hospitals can calculate the importance of treatment standards in order to hierarchically identify treatment standards. Furthermore, since the proposed scheme enables efficiently selecting treatment methods for patients’ diseases, it has a characteristic of being capable of efficiently improve the ambiguousness and inaccuracy of treatment judgments and treatment compared to existing disease treatment methods. According to the results of performance evaluation, the proposed scheme improved work efficiency by 11.9% over existing techniques and reduced medical device administration costs by 10.9%. Furthermore, the proposed scheme improved patients’ satisfaction with treatment by 23.6%.  相似文献

Implantation is a promising method to control the surface characteristics by changing surface energy of target materials. Previously, polymer surfaces have been investigated for the change of their morphology and the corresponding contact angle after implantation. Furthermore, oxide thin films have been studied for how their surface properties are changed by implantation. However, nanoporous oxide materials have rarely explored for the effect of implantation. Here, we investigated the effects of proton implantation on morphological, mechanical, electrical, and surface properties of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO). We prepared nanoporous amorphous AAO films with different thicknesses (5 and 10 μm). Atomic force microscopy (AFM), contact angle (CA) measurements, two-probe electrical measurements, and nanoindentation were used to analyze the physical properties. By increasing fluences from 1015 to 1016 ions/cm2, CA is significantly changed up to about 40°, but the other properties hardly changed.  相似文献

Recently, it has become possible for the hospital environment to provide medical services to patients anywhere by integrating IT technology in medical devices. However, medical services in the current environment face a problem in that identifiable patient information cannot be safely transferred to the medical staff when the patient is receiving medical services. In this paper, we propose a mandate-based signature authentication protocol that can safely deliver the personal information of patients to the medical personnel providing the medical services. In the proposed protocol, the patient information being delivered is encrypted with a signature key and random-generated number in order to avoid exposure to a third party capable of identifying the information of the patient. In addition, the proposed protocol maintains the synchronization between patients and staff based on the rating of the medical personnel in order to prevent the illegal abuse of patient information from a third party. In particular, the proposed protocol ensures access only to staff members who have received a mandate from the hospital to care for the patient. The performance and security of the proposed protocol are evaluated separately. In the performance evaluation, the proposed protocol‘s authentication latency showed an average improvement of 6.5% over the previous protocol. Throughtput was 8% higher than the previous protocol, and the authentication overhead improved by an average of 5.3%.  相似文献

Identification of bitter components from the aerial parts of Artemisia princeps Pamp. was performed to search for a method to eliminate the bitter taste from A. princeps products. The aerial parts of A. princeps were extracted in an aqueous EtOH solution, and the obtained extracts were partitioned into essential-oil, flavonoid-rich, n-BuOH, and aqueous fractions. Two purified bitter sesquiterpenoids were identified through repeated column chromatography of the bitterest fraction, the flavonoid-rich fraction, through an activity-guided fractionation method. The compounds were identified to be 1α,6α,8α-trihydroxy-5α,7βH-guaia-3,9,11(13)-trien-12-oic acid and artecalin, respectively, based on the interpretation of NMR, MS, and IR spectroscopic data. Both compounds were 50 times bitterer than caffeine and had similar bitterness to quinine HCl. Neither eupatilin nor jaceosidin, the major active components of A. princeps, showed any bitterness.  相似文献
