由压电陶瓷驱动的快速反射镜(FSM)现已被广泛用于自适应光学系统的执行环节,为了对其迟滞效应精确建模,该文提出了一种针对FSM的IDE-BPNN建模方法。基于Madelung法则以最小二乘法构建称迟滞算子作为迟滞运动的基本描述,扩展训练用的数据集,并采用改进的差分进化算法(IDE)对BP神经网络(BPNN)进行训练。实验表明,当输入30 Hz衰减的正弦信号时,IDE-BPNN模型的单轴最大误差为0.745μrad,归一化最大误差为0.87%,归一化均方根误差为0.36%。相较于最小二乘建模法,相对于最小二乘模型误差大幅缩小,有较好的使用价值。 相似文献

首先使用退火处理的方法使六方氮化硼(hBN)带上羟基,并与硅烷偶联剂混合,得到表面处理后的氮化硼(BN)。然后用熔融共混的方式制备出不同浓度的聚氯乙烯/氮化硼(PVC/BN)及聚氯乙烯/氮化硼/聚酰胺(PVC/BN/PA)复合材料。通过维卡软化点温度测定仪,动态力学分析仪和游标卡尺、耐油性能测试对复合材料的性能进行测试和表征,表明添加改性后BN粒子,可以使PVC和BN结合的更加紧密,复合体系的热学和耐油性能得到提高。同时添加BN含量为10%,PA6含量为25%(质量分数)时,复合材料的热学性能和耐油性达到最佳,远好于PVC材料。 相似文献

We have investigated the scaling relationship between rheological behavior and concentration for both salt-free and saline solutions of hyaluronan (HA), and adopted three viscoelastic constitutive models to predict the linear/non-linear viscoelastic behavior of these aqueous solutions of HA with different molecular weights at different concentrations up to 20 mg/ml. A series of concentration equations are obtained to describe the influence of HA concentration on solution viscosity. Corresponding to dilute and semi-dilute concentration region, salt-free HA solutions have scaling relationship between specific viscosity and HA concentration as ηsp ∼ c1.0 and ηsp ∼ c3.5, respectively, while for 0.15 M NaCl HA solutions, the scaling exponents are 1.5 and 4.2, respectively. Simulation results indicate that these constitutive models have good applicability to describe quantitatively the rheological properties of HA entangled solutions under either dynamic or steady shear flow. In addition, the plateau modulus scaling of HA solutions can be well described by the concentration-dependent length scale. 相似文献

Poly(ethylene‐co‐octene) (PEOc) has been shown to provide a high toughening contribution to isotactic polypropylene (iPP). The theoretical modeling of flow‐induced crystallization (FIC) of blends of iPP and PEOc is not much reported in the literature. The aim of the present work is to clarify the FIC of iPP upon addition of PEOc in terms of theoretical modeling. The crystallization of iPP and PEOc blends in flow is simulated by a modified FIC model based on the conformation tensor theory. Two kinds of flow fields, shear flow and elongational flow, are considered in the prediction to analyze the influence of flow field on the crystallization kinetics of the polymer. The simulation results show that the elongation flow is much more effective than shear flow in reducing the dimensionless induction time of polymer crystallization. In addition, the induction time of crystallization in the blends is sensitive to the change of shear rate. In comparison with experimental data, the modified model shows its validity for the prediction of the induction time of crystallization of iPP in the blends. The aging characteristics,e.g.,the evolution of efficiency and luminance of quantum-dot light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)are greatly affected by the encapsulation.When encapsulated with ultraviolet curable resin,the efficiency is increased over time,a known phenomenon termed as positive aging which remains one of the unsolved mysteries.By developing a physical model and an analytical model,we identify that the efficiency improvement is mainly attributed to the suppression of hole leakage current that is resulted from the passivation of ZnMgO defects.When further encapsulated with desiccant,the positive aging effect vanishes.Tofully take the advantage of positive aging,the desiccant is incorporated after the positive aging process is completed.With the new encapsulation method,the QLED exhibits a high external quantum efficiency of 20.19%and a half lifetime of 1,267 h at an initial luminance of 2,800 cd·m-2,which are improved by 1.4 and 6.0 folds,respectively,making it one of the best performing devices.Our work provides an in-depth and systematic understanding of the mechanism of positive aging and offers a practical encapsulation way for realizing efficient and stable QLEDs. 相似文献

As an application of cutting for the manufacture of micro mechanical parts and as a trial of the development of a miniature machining system matching the micro size of the work piece, a micro lathe turning system has been developed. A work material 0.3 mm in diameter is clamped and cut to a minimum of 10 μm in diameter with a rotation speed up to 15,000 rpm. The whole size of the equipment is about 200 mm which can be set under an optical microscope. A micro diamond single point tool has been applied to the cutting of various shapes, and the usefulness of such a micro cutting tool for the various forms has been confirmed. Cutting force has been investigated using a three directional force sensor and the possibility of the reduction of resistant force to improve working accuracy and to apply to micro parts has been examined. 相似文献
