Crystal Plasticity Finite Modelling of 3D Surface Asperity Flattening in Uniaxial Planar Compression
Rate-dependent crystal plasticity constitutive model has been employed into finite element software ABAQUS to simulate surface
asperity flattening in uniaxial planar compression. Measured textures and surface roughness are introduced into the 3D surface
roughness model. The calculated results show a good agreement with the experimental results. With an increase of reduction,
the surface asperity flattening tends to increase, and Goss texture {011} 〈100〉 and brass component {110} 〈112〉 become stronger,
whilst the cubic texture {001} 〈100〉 becomes weaker. If the reduction reaches 40%, Schmid in-grain shear band appears and
the strain localisation starts. The evolution of surface feature (roughness) shows the obvious sensitivity on the orientation

提出了一种新的面向Agent思想的网络虚拟现实交互系统的结构模型,该模型采用B/S模式网络平台构建。针对某型惯性导航装备,给出了基于Cult3D虚拟现实技术的可视化交互系统的实现方法,虚拟装备的动作由用户自定义的JAVA类灵活控制。该系统可与B/S网络平台实现无缝结合。系统测试表明.该设计方案完全可行,虚拟装备形象逼真,交互性好。 相似文献

Corrosion and wear failures are bottlenecks for restricting applications and developments of Al-based functional materials. As a new lubrication technology, superhydrophobic preparation provides an effective way to settle Al alloy corrosion. The preparation methods of superhydrophobic Al alloys are mainly multistep strategies. In this study, superhydrophobic Al alloy, has been prepared by an efficient one-step electrochemical etching process. Meanwhile, its micromorphology has been observed by a scanning electron microscope. The wettability has been measured by video optical contact angle meter. The corrosion behavior has been tested by electrochemical workstation, and wear performance has been characterized by friction tester. The results show that the micro-nanoterraced concave–convex structure has been fabricated and an as-prepared surface exhibits excellent superhydrophobic behavior. Further electrochemical and tribological tests show that corrosion resistance and wear resistance have also been significantly improved. This study provides a new method to prepare wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant Al alloy for widening applications of multifunctional Al-based engineering materials. 相似文献

Metal nanoclusters (NCs) have recently attracted great interest in biomedical applications due to their ultrasmall size, good biocompatibility, and unique molecule-like physical and chemical properties. Metal NCs can be rationally designed and integrated with various targeting moieties to achieve unique physicochemical properties and functions. For therapeutic applications, these multifunctional surface-modified NCs can provide distinctive advantages over native metal NCs, such as improved therapeutic effects and reduced side effects. In this review, the design principles of targeting strategies for metal NCs and their composites, including passive and active targeting, and physical and chemical targeting are first discussed. The authors then focus on the recent achievements in the application of metal NCs in targeted therapeutics, including chemotherapy, phototherapy, and radiotherapy. Finally, the authors’ perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of developing metal NCs in targeted therapeutics, further paving their way for potential clinical applications are provided. 相似文献

为了提高电阻炉温度控制系统的控制精度和动态性能,提出了基于DSP的电阻炉温度模糊控制系统设计方法。该系统采用TMS320LF2407A DSP为微处理器,利用温度传感器AD590采集数据,经过模糊控制算法处理控制PWM输出占空比,实现电阻炉温度的调功控制。实验结果表明:该系统具有较高的稳态精度、较快的动态响应速度。系统所采取的软、硬件设计措施及模糊控制器设计方法具有一定通用性,也可用于其他温度控制系统中。 相似文献
