应用PCR快速检测食品中沙门氏杆菌方法的研究

本研究利用沙门氏杆菌属特异的inv A基因序列，设计一对特异性的引物，通过PCR反应来检测多种样品中的沙门氏杆菌；反应的特异性和敏感性以及反应的最适条件等试验的结果显示：此PCR方法检测沙门氏菌属的特异性为100％：样品中活菌的检测限为1．43CFU／10g：反应的最佳退火温度是65℃；最适模板浓度范围在10^4～10^8copies／ml。本方法与传统的沙门氏杆菌检测方法以及最近报道的相关方法比较，具有简单、快速、特异性好和敏感性高、经济等特点，并可满足大批样品沙门氏杆菌筛选检测的要求。     

液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定牛奶中10种蛋白同化激素的残留

A liquid chromatographic/tandem mass spectrometric (LC/MS/MS) multiresidue method for the simultaneous determination of 10 anabolic steroids (ASs) in whole milk were developed. Milk samples were extracted with methanol and the samples were then subjected to a clean-up procedure using liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) methods. The samples were analysed by LC/MS/MS. The limits of detection (LOD) of LC/MS/MS method used for testing the 10 ASs in whole milk ranged from 0.06 to 0.22 µg•L^－1, and the limits of quantification (LOQ) were from 0.12 to 0.54 µg•L^－1. Experiments on spiked samples of whole milk showed that at addition levels of 1.0, 2.0, 10 µg•L^－1 the average recoveries of the ASs were 24% to 86%, 25% to 91%, 31% to 71%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 12% to 37%, 5% to 20%, 10% to 16%, respectively.

盐酸莱克多巴胺(Ractopamine hydrochloride),化学名称为N-[2-(4-羟基苯基)-2-羟基乙基]-1-甲基-3-(4-羟基苯基)丙氨盐酸盐,是一种苯乙醇胺类药物.在畜牧生产中,美国FDA已批准该药用作育肥猪生产促进剂和胴体品质改善剂,我国尚未批准使用.     

液相色谱-串联质谱法分析绵马贯众抗禽流感病毒活性部位的化学成分

The chemical constituents of anti avian influenza virus (AIV) fractions from Dryopteris Crassirhizoma were investigated using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MSⁿ). 52, 38 and 20 chromatogram peaks were detected using HPLC-MSⁿ in (+)ESI, (-)ESI and (+)APCI modes, respectively. The result showed that most constituents of anti-avian influenza virus (AIV) fractions from Dryopteris Crassirhizoma were phlorophenone derivatives. Fourteen phlorophenone derivatives from Dryopteris Crassirhizoma were identified and characterized basing on MSⁿ data. The results of this paper provided available data for further studies on anti AIV constituents and fingerprint of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma .     

环糊精与鱼腥草素钠相互作用的电喷雾质谱法和毛细管电泳法研究比较

环糊精(Cyclodextrin, CD)是由6～12个D葡萄糖分子以1,4-糖苷键连接的环状中空圆筒形结构的低聚糖化合物,常见有α、β、γ三种,分别由6、7、8个葡萄糖分子构成.环糊精分子空穴内部疏水而端口亲水,这种特殊结构和性能使环糊精作为包络材料在药物制剂研究中具有重要作用,如增大药物溶解度,提高药物稳定性及生物利用度,降低药物的刺激性与毒副作用等[1].     

雪胆甲素的提取与确证

应用乙醇提取、乙酸乙酯纯化、丙酮沉淀的方法,从大籽雪胆中提取到结晶物,经HPLC和MS检测,并对其准分子离子进行ESI碰撞诱导裂解规律的分析,确证为雪胆甲素,其含量为95.1%。     

丁香酚体外抑菌作用研究

应用微量稀释法对丁香酚体外抑菌活性进行了研究。结果表明,丁香酚对12种常见细菌具有较好的抑菌作用,其中对大肠杆菌ATCC25922（质控菌）的效果最好,其最低抑菌浓度（MIC）、最低杀菌浓度（MAC）分别为5μg／ml和10μg／ml;对蜡状芽孢杆菌作用较差,MIC和MBC分别为320μg／ml和64μg／ml其余菌株的MIC和MBC分别在20-80μg／ml和40-16μg／ml之间。而时间．杀菌曲线法实验结果表明,丁香酚抑菌作用特性表现为较强的浓度依赖性,其良好的抑菌活性可作为潜在的天然食品防腐剂进一步研究和开发。
