Abstract

The I-shaped cross-sectional beam of CFRP (CFRP I-beam) is usually manufactured by the continuous protrusion method. Carbon fibers can only be arranged in the longitudinal direction. The CFRP I-beam with arbitrary arrangement of carbon fiber was manufactured with applying the electro-activated deposition molding method. The carbon fiber fabric was immersed in the deposition solution and energized, epoxy resin precipitated around carbon fiber and impregnated. The resin-impregnated fabric was installed to the mold, and the CFRP I-beam was fabricated. The CFRP I-beam was subjected to three-point bending tests, and the relationship between load-deflection was simulated by finite-element analysis.  相似文献

This paper proposes a restart control method for position sensorless PMSM drive systems without a potential transformer for railway vehicle traction. This method can estimate the initial rotor speed and position under coasting conditions over the entire speed range. The method can also be used when the back‐EMF voltage is higher than the inverter DC link voltage. The proposed method is verified by experiments using a 200‐kW PMSM.  相似文献

The thermal conductivity (TC) of an isotropic composite comprising of a main‐chain smectic liquid crystalline PB‐10 polyester and 50‐μm‐sized roughly spherical magnesium oxide (MgO) particles is investigated. The increase in the composite TC with higher MgO fractions is steeper than that expected by Bruggeman's theory for the TC of a polydomain PB‐10 polyester (0.52 W m?1 K?1). When the filler content is larger than 30 vol %, the composite TC approaches a value that can be explained only if the polyester functions as a matrix with 1.0 W m?1 K?1, which is five times as high as those of isotropic common polymers (0.2 W m?1 K?1). Such an unusually high TC for a polymer matrix is attributed to some polymer lamellae that lie parallel to the particle surface and are stacked toward neighboring particles, thus creating effective heat paths between the particles and a continuous thermal network in a composite. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A protocol for the analysis of the positional distribution of fatty acids (FA) in solid triacylglycerols (TAG) was developed using sn-1(3) selective alcoholysis catalyzed by immobilized Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB). One part by weight of solid fat and ten parts by weight of ethanol (99.5 %) were warmed to liquefy the fat. After adding 0.44 parts by weight of CALB, the mixture was shaken at 50 °C for 10 min then at 30 °C for 2.8 h. The recovery of 2-MAG after the 3-h transesterification reaction was ca. 85 % of the maximum theoretical yield (33 mol%), with the loss of 15 % attributable to the acyl migration from sn-2 to sn-1(3). The recovery was similar to that of the solvent-free alcoholysis of structured lipids, 1,3-dipalmitoyl, 2-oleoyl glycerol and 1,3-dioleoyl, 2-palmitoyl glycerol, conducted at 30 °C for 3 h. In contrast, the acyl migration from sn-1(3) to sn-2 was hardly observed. Because the detected acyl migration was only in the direction of sn-2 to sn-1(3), and not vice versa, it is proposed to determine the FA composition of the sn-2 position of TAG by the gas chromatographic analysis of 2-MAG fraction recovered from the enzymatic reaction mixture, and the FA composition of sn-1(3) position by a mass balance using the FA composition of TAG and of the sn-2 position as inputs. The procedure was successfully applied to palm oil and shea butter, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)-rich single cell oil from Aurantiochytrium sp. KH105 for the first time.  相似文献

Experiments on methanogenic digestion using high concentrations of mixed substrate were conducted. The major intermediate products of anaerobic digestion such as acetic, propionic and butyric acids were mixed in a ratio of 2:1:1 (COD basis), respectively, and used as a substrate for feeding into continuous-flow chemostat reactors maintained at 35°C. These reactors were operated stably at higher feed substrate concentrations and shorter hydraulic retention times (HRT) than those of using a single component of volatile fatty acids as a substrate. At an HRT of 4.43 days, the methanogenesis occurred normally up to a feed substrate concentration of 70,000 mg COD I−1. At a feed substrate concentration of 20,000 mg COD I−1, the methanogenesis occurred normally up to an HRT of 2.91 days and the minimum SRT for microbial populations was calculated to be 2.42 days. An increase in feed substrate concentration adversely affected the propionate degradation strikingly, while a decrease in HRT significantly adversely affected the acetate and propionate degradation. The methane production was 0.301 g−1 COD utilized, and it was independent of the feed substrate concentration and HRT. Bacilli were predominant in all reactors, but sarcinae appeared in the reactors with high feed substrate concentrations and short HRTs. Phenomena in digester failure due to methanogen washout were also observed.  相似文献

In order to increase the Q‐factor of an RF spiral inductor used in the RF front‐end circuit of smartphone handsets, we introduced a carbonyl‐iron/epoxy composite magnetic core in the air‐core spiral inductor. The composite magnetic core, which was made by metal‐mask printing, consisted of carbonyl‐iron powder of 1.1 μm mean diameter and an epoxy resin matrix. We found that the 45 vol.% CIP composite magnetic core had a saturation magnetization of 0.9 T, relative permeability of ∼6, and loss tangent (tan δ) of ∼0.2 at 1 GHz. A two‐turn copper spiral inductor fabricated with the composite magnetic core filled only in the spacing between the conductor lines showed a clear Q‐factor increase of ∼29% compared to the air‐core spiral inductor at 1 GHz. Thus we obtained a substantial increase in the Q‐factor by the embedded composite magnetic core in the spacing between the conductor lines. The main reason for this is that the magnetic flux passing through the conductor lines was decreased by the magnetic core embedded in the spacing between conductor lines as a result of the magnetic flux passing mainly through the embedded magnetic core. ABSTRACT

Charged Particle Activation Analysis (CPAA) utilizing an 8-MeV proton beam has been studied for determination of 35 long-lived radioactive nuclides. We accumulated the reaction cross section and nuclear decay data by referring to nuclear database supplied by National Nuclear Data Center in Brookhaven National Laboratory. We also calculated the reaction cross sections by using statistical model code ALICE. By using the nuclear data, we have derived determination sensitivity of the radioactive nuclides relative to unit weight and specific radioactivity. The result indicates that several hardly measurable nuclides with long half-lives such as 135Cs, 244Pu, 129I, 126Sn, 93Mo, 107Pd, 236U, 248Cm, and 237Np have high sensitivity. It may be concluded that CPAA can be applied to determination of several long-lived nuclei and will provide a quick and non-destructive analysis method.  相似文献

Nanoporous films were prepared with alicyclic copolyimides (coPIs) having polypropylene glycol (PPG) side chains by way of spontaneous phase separation in the film forming process and the subsequent thermal degradation of PPG moieties. PIs having various content (6.5, 11.9, 26.3, 52.7 wt%) and different length (Mw = 1.2 × 103 and 2.4 × 103) of PPG side chains were examined in order to clarify the relationship between chemical structure and pore characteristics. Nanopores were formed by heating the coPI films at 200 °C for 9 h under slightly reduced pressure. The size and the number of the pores observed by SEM varied depending on the content and molecular weight of PPG moieties. In many cases, the pore size was larger than those of the reported values for related aromatic copolyimide films. The dielectric constant of the nanoporous films ranged from 2.52 to 3.38.  相似文献

Large-pore mesoporous silica particles were synthesized through a solvent evaporation process using hydrophobic fumed silica particles and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as silica sources. The solvent evaporation of an ethanol solution of fumed silica particles, TEOS, HCl and triblock copolymer (F127) resulted in mesoporous silica particles with pores with sizes of about 7 nm. In addition, the interplanar spacing of the mesoporous silica particles can be controlled by changing the solvent evaporation temperatures.  相似文献

To enhance photocatalytic water splitting, various oxidizing sacrifice agents (OSA) have been added to the system in order to scavenge the coproduced O2, and, thus, to hinder the reverse reactions. In the aim of achieving carbon‐neutral photocatalytic water splitting, nonfood hydrocarbons of castor‐ and jojoba‐oils were evaluated as OSA. Moreover, various surfactants were tested as emulsifiers for W/O binary solution for promoting photocatalytic water splitting rate. Among the OSA used, the castor‐oil was found to be more suitable candidate compared to jojoba‐oil, which was attributed to its smaller carbon chain numbers of mainly 18. Without surfactants, around 20 vol %‐castor‐oil aqueous binary solution with TiO2/Pt(0.10 wt %) provided the highest water splitting rate of about 30 mL‐H2/(m2·h). Among tested surfactants, liquid‐detergent was the best due to its optical transparency. 40 vol %‐ or 60 vol %‐castor‐oil emulsion with a drop of liquid‐detergent resulted in a water splitting rate of 125 mL‐H2/(m2·h), which was four times greater that the aforementioned highest value. © 2010 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2011  相似文献
