We demonstrate an integrated optofluidic microring dye laser with a relatively low threshold on a polydimenthylsiloxane(PDMS) chip.The chip was fabricated through conventional soft lithography.It consists of a liquid waveguide with microring structure providing the feedback.A reduced threshold is realized due to the unique design of the bus waveguide across the center of the microring structure,which results in a great reduction in the cavity losses.Laser dye rhodamine 6G(R6G) dissolved in benzyl alcohol was injected into the microfluidic channel as the gain medium.When the dye laser was pumped with a pulsed laser at 532 nm,the dye laser oscillation was achieved with a threshold of only 4?5 μJ mm-2.The convenience in fabrication and operation makes the optofluidic microring dye laser a promising underlying photonic component in the integrated optofluidic systems.  相似文献

In order to identify the threat of reservoir bank landslide to dam safety and reduce the risk of dam failure, impact factors of the landslide are analyzed. The concept of landslide risk degree is put forward to measure the threat of landslide to dam safety. The monotony of the landslide risk assessment function which changes with different affecting factors is analyzed qualitatively. Based on gene automatic programming, a data mining model of the landslide risk assessment function is constructed combined with impact factors of reservoir bank landslide on dam safety. And the assessment function of landslide risk has been excavated and established according to practical project information, which provides a valuable reference for analyzing the impact of landslide on dam risk.  相似文献

The understanding of hydrological cycle is the core of hydrology and the scientific base of water resources management. Meanwhile, simulation of hydrological cycle has long been regarded as an important tool for the assessment, utilization and protection of water resources. In this paper, a new tool named Hydro-Informatic Modelling System (HIMS) has been developed and introduced with case studies in the Yellow River Basin in China and 331 catchments in Australia. The case studies showed that HIMS can be employed as an integrated platform for hydrological simulation in different regions. HIMS is a modular based framework of hydrological model designed for different utilization such as flood forecasting, water resources planning and evaluating hydrological impacts of climate change and human activities. The unique of HIMS is its flexibility in providing alternative modules in the simulation of hydrological cycle, which successfully overcome the difficulties in the availability of input data, the uncertainty of parameters, and the difference of rainfall-runoff processes. The modular based structure of HIMS makes it possible for developing new hydrological models by the users. Co-Cr-Mo合金是一种耐腐蚀性能很好的可植入人体的金属材料.根据人工关节的技术条件要求,确定了其精密模锻的工艺方案.在16000 kN曲柄压力机上利用机械压力机恒载荷精锻方法成功地实现了Co-Cr-Mo合金人工关节的精密锻造,经试验验证,采用机械压力机恒载荷精密模锻技术生产的锻件尺寸精度高、表面粗糙度低、锻造流线不外露,符合YY0117.3-93与ISO 5832-4:1996要求.  相似文献

本文针对目前科学数据库普遍存在的两个问题,即数据无法统一发布和实现数据共享困难,提出了应用新一代网络技术Web Services建立新服务体系的方案,规划了数据统一发布和数据共享的整体框架,讨论了在此框架下,服务体系可能发展的新服务、新应用。从技术层面上指出了实现框架的关键要点,初步研究了实现过程中需要考虑的诸如安全,标准协议等问题。  相似文献

天然气水合物作为一种重要的潜在能源,一种导致全球气候变化的因素,一种地质灾害的诱发因素,已经引起了各领域科研工作者的广泛关注。因此,迫切需要建立一个天然气水合物信息系统,以便交流和共享各领域的研究成果。在本工作中,我们设计开发了关于天然气水合物基础性质的数据库系统。目前,本系统所收集的数据主要集中在与天然气水合物开采和应用技术相关的物理化学性质、晶体结构和相平衡数据。本系统不仅能够提供数据检索服务,还能够提供相平衡数据的网络计算功能。本文将对数据收集和数据库开发这两个方面进行讨论。  相似文献

将壁画影像与激光扫描数据配准,并进行定位和纠正在壁画的数字化保护中有非常重要的意义.本文以激光扫描数据强度信息为中介,提出了一种基于兴趣边缘优化的壁画影像与激光扫描数据的非刚性配准方法:由激光扫描数据生成强度影像,以壁画彩色影像的兴趣边缘和强度影像的梯度场作为配准基元,在影像刚性配准基础上,对每条兴趣边缘进行优化配准,然后以优化后边缘的特征点为控制点,构造影像之间的非刚性变换模型,完成壁画影像与激光扫描数据的配准.实验结果表明本方法在不同数据中都能获得较高的配准精度.  相似文献

Pb36.32Sn58.68Bi5合金在液相线以上数百度温度范围内发生液-液结构转变,而且具有不可逆性,液-液结构转变后的Pb36.32Sn58.68Bi5合金在空气中凝固时的组织明显细化.通过电化学腐蚀试验测得的极化曲线以及自腐蚀电位、极化电阻、自腐蚀电流等电化学参数,可以看出结构转变后的试样在酸、碱和盐中的耐腐蚀性能增强.  相似文献
