1 INTRODUCTIONFenugreek,i.e.trigonella foenum-graecum,is an an-nual herbaceous plant of leguminosae,which arewidely planted in China.Fenugreek seed consists oftesta,endosperm and plumula cotyledon.Fenugreekgum is taken from endosperm,which contains morethan 60% galactomannans with the ratio of galac-tose to mannose 1:1.2.It is soluble in water,aque-ous acid and alkali,respectively,and insoluble in or-ganic solvents.It is a natural polysaccharide whichis composed of a linear backbone of 1-4 β linkedD-mannose units with 1-6 αlinked D-galactoseunits attached as side chains.Its molecular formulais (C_6H_(10)O_5)_n.H_2O.Its structure can be showed asFig.1.Its molecular weight is about 2.5 x 10~5to l.3 x 10~5 that is determined by measuring theviscosity.In practice,due to possessing the advan-tages of low friction resistance,low damage to the 相似文献

The viscoelastic micelle systems formed by novel anionic-nonionic dimeric surfactant and conventional cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium(1631) were studied.The viscoelasticity,thixotropy,flow curves and constitutive equation for the novel viscoelastic micelle systems were investigated.The results show that the micelle systems possess viscoelasticity,thixotropy,and shear thinning property.Some micelle systems possess hysteresis loops showing both viscoelasticity and thixotropy.It is proved that the flow curves are characterized by the co-rotational Jeffreys constitutive equation correctly. 相似文献

The exact expressions of concentration and local or average Sherwood number,Sh or Sh for non-Newtonian fluids which obey the famous power law:τ={K|1/2(1/2)~(1/2)|~(n=1)}in which the flow index n takes any positive rational value,have been obtained by solving the differen-tial equation of diffusion together with the velocity distribution in the falling film flow.The use of Fourth-order Runge-Kutta method and Wegstien's iteration method by means of thecomputer yields results which are a series of values of dimensionless concentration O,local and averageSherwood number for n equal to 1/4,1/3,1/2,1/1.4,1/1.2,1,1.25,2.5,and ∞.When the flow indexn=1,i.e.for Newtonian fluids,the result agrees well with the data from the literature. 相似文献

泡沫分离是一种新的分离技术,在国外研究工作已取得了不少成果.Jorne和Rubin在研究金属离子泡沫分离的基础上,提出的Goug chapman扩散双电层理论,阐述了利用相反电荷的金属离子与表面活性剂离子之间的静电吸引作用,达到金属离子的泡沫分离.Rubin和Lapp、Charewicz和Grives等人通过对泡沫分离金属离子的研究表明:pH值是一个重要的影响因素.同时,离子强度可以改变表面活性剂的选择性.Bruner和Stephan采用泡沫分离方法脱除洗涤剂厂排放的一级及二级污水中的表面活性剂,试验结果表明:塔式泡沫分离装置比槽式装置有更高的脱除率. 相似文献
