以金属氧化物为原料改进燃烧法合成γ-LiAlO_2（英文）

提出一种合成γ-LiAlO_2的替代解决方案—改进燃烧法直接合成γ-LiAlO_2,并将其用于相对简单的反应体系中,原料为非氧化性化合物如Al_2O_3和LiOH,燃料为尿素。采用1:1、1.5:1和2:1的非化学计量Li/Al摩尔比,在900和1000°C下反应5 min,制备LiAlO_2,并对其组织和结构进行表征。考察Li/Al摩尔比对材料形貌和高γ射线辐照下材料稳定性的影响。结果表明,所得粉体的晶体结构为?-LiAlO_2和?-LiAlO_2,其取决于Li/Al摩尔比。因此,用该方法可以成功合成微砖状、多面体状和层状?-LiAlO_2,而无需任何后续处理。γ辐照结果表明,所得到的?-LiAlO_2不分解,只形成少量的Li_2CO_3;由此可以确定,辐照会导致固结,不利于氚的有效提取;结果证明,用燃烧法生产高纯度?-LiAlO_2不需要硝酸盐前驱体。     

啮合参数对分扭-并车齿轮传动系统分岔特性的影响

为研究分扭-并车齿轮传动系统非线性分岔特性,建立了含多间隙的分扭-并车齿轮系统非线性动力学模型,引入高斯消元技术和广义相对位移变量消除了系统的刚体位移,并对动力学方程组实施了量纲一化处理。综合考虑啮合频率、齿侧间隙、综合传动误差和阻尼比等激励下的分岔通道,借助分岔图、Poincaré截面和Lyapunov指数等手段对系统的分岔行为进行了定性和定量表征。结果表明啮合频率增大时系统发生逆向倍周期分岔,分岔点位置受齿侧间隙影响显著;齿侧间隙和综合传动误差变化下混沌域内均出现短暂周期窗口;阻尼对倍周期分岔运动存在抑制作用,其结果对该类齿轮系统动力学设计具有参考价值。     

滴施腐植酸肥和化肥对辣椒生产率的影响

正采用随机区组设计,在不添加腐植酸(单独施肥)和添加腐植酸(联合施肥)的条件下,以NPK推荐施肥量100%、80%和60%的3个施肥水平,研究了NPK滴灌对辣椒养分分配和生产率的影响。在较深的土层中,联合施肥能降低土壤速效N和K含量,提高土壤速效P含量。单独施肥的基础上联合施肥,辣椒产量提高了17%~27%。联合施肥的肥     

Hybrid plasmonic label-free multi-analyte refractive index sensor

We propose a label-free refractive index sensor based on hybrid plasmonic resonator which consists of silver split-ring resonator and photonic waveguide. The finite difference time domain evaluation of the design exhibit strong field confinement at the center of the ring and introduces tunable and sensitive notches in the transmission spectrum. The planar tunable architecture which performs well over the range of micro fluid detection, holds the promise of developing multi-analyte label-free biosensors and compactness towards a complete on-chip integrated sensing system. The performance of the proposed refractive index sensor is evaluated by placing different analytes such as saline water and ethanol at the center of the hybrid plasmonic ring which exhibits sensitivity of 847.50 nm.RIU-1 with a figure of merit of 563.25 RIU-1.     

板材折弯机活动梁加工工装及加工方法

板材折弯机活动梁板幅较大,厚度相对于板幅比较薄,尺寸和形位公差较严格。为了便于加工板材折弯机活动梁,设计了专用工装,使工件装卡找正时不会发生变形,能够使用同一个基准同时加工前后面,保证了工件的加工尺寸公差和形位公差,有效地释放了加工应力,大大提高了工作效率,节约了制造成本。     

Influence of pH of spray solution on optoelectronic properties of cadmium oxide thin films

Highly conducting transparent cadmium oxide thin films were prepared by the conventional spray pyrolysis technique. The pH of the spray solution is varied by adding ammonia/hydrochloric acid. The effect of pH on the morphology, crystallinity and optoelectronic properties of these films is studied. The structural analysis showed all the films in the cubic phase. For the films with pH < 7(acidic condition), the preferred orientation is along the(111) direction and for those with pH >7(alkaline condition), the preferred orientation is along the(200) direction.A lowest resistivity of 9.9104 cm(with carrier concentration D5.11020cm3, mobility D12.4 cm2/(V s))is observed for pH12. The resistivity is tuned almost by three orders of magnitude by controlling the bath pH with optical transmittance more than 70%. Thus, the electrical conductivity of CdO films could be easily tuned by simply varying the pH of the spray solution without compromising the optical transparency.     

Performance of insulated FRP-strengthened concrete flexural members under fire conditions

This paper presents the results of fire resistance tests on carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) strengthened concrete flexural members, i.e., T-beams and slabs. The strengthened members were protected with fire insulation and tested under the combined effects of thermal and structural loading. The variables considered in the tests include the applied load level, extent of strengthening, and thickness of the fire insulation applied to the beams and slabs. Furthermore, a previously developed numerical model was validated against the data generated from the fire tests; subsequently, it was utilized to undertake a case study. Results from fire tests and numerical studies indicate that owing to the protection provided by the fire insulation, the insulated CFRP-strengthened beams and slabs can withstand four and three hours of standard fire exposure, respectively, under service load conditions. The insulation layer impedes the temperature rise in the member; therefore, the CFRP–concrete composite action remains active for a longer duration and the steel reinforcement temperature remains below 400°C, which in turn enhances the capacity of the beams and slabs.     

基于一种云计算数据保护的多级加密算法的应用研究

云计算是分布式计算技术的一种,其最基本的概念是透过网络将庞大的计算处理程序自动分拆成无数个较小的子程序,再交由多部服务器所组成的庞大系统经搜寻、计算分析之后将处理结果回传给用户。云计算中的数据泄漏已经成为云计算的巨大威胁,据不完全统计数据,仅在2019年1年,大约有超40亿条信息被泄露。这些信息涵盖科技、医疗、政府、金融、教育、制造等十几个领域数百个行业,数据泄露已经成为云计算中数据安全的巨大威胁。主要提出了一种多级加密算法,能更好地保护云计算中的数据,并能以极小的成本在云计算中得到应用。     

SPEY项目——聚乳酸(PLA)短纤纱稳定环锭纺的工艺布局

介绍了Spun EcoYarn(SPEY)项目的研究现状。该项目旨在通过方法学分析与工艺分析,研究聚乳酸(PLA)短纤纱在家用或产业用纺织品领域的应用。工艺过程分析的目的是避免PLA在环锭纺过程中出现降解现象。目前,项目已成功制备出100%PLA环锭纱。当生产速度为23 m/min、纱线捻度为100 T/m时,可纺制25 tex的PLA纱,且纺纱工艺稳定、无断头。概述了采用PLA长丝进行环锭纺的试验结果,提出了稳定生产100%PLA环锭纱的优化工艺参数。
