Fe3O4/Au磁性纳米复合微粒的制备及表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
实验中应用水相合成法制备Fe3O4/Au纳米复合微粒,通过对复合微粒生成过程的光谱检测,对生成物的磁响应性检测和采用HGMF磁分离,表明绝大多数颗粒既具有磁性,又具有纳米Au的特征.将获得的不同粒径的磁性颗粒分别与纯Fe3O4,Au纳米微粒进行选区电子衍射对比分析.结果表明,粒径越小的复合颗粒的衍射花样越接近纯Fe3O4,随粒径的增大,与纯Fe3O4的差异增大;当粒径增大到(15.8±2.8) nm,衍射花样与纯Au纳米颗粒的完全吻合,间接证实了Fe3O4/Au纳米复合微粒的核壳结构.  相似文献

We discuss and analyze the absorption properties of a weak probe field in a typical four-level atomic system in the presence of a spontaneously generated coherence (SGC) term. The influences of the SGC and a coherent pump field on the probe absorption-amplification are investigated. The results show that the absorption of such a weak probe field can be dramatically enhanced due to the SGC effect. At the same time, the probe-absorption profile exhibits a two-peak structure and the probe-absorption peak gradually decreases as the pump intensity increases. On the contrary, the amplification of such a weak probe field near the line center of the probe transition can be achieved by adjusting the coherent pump field intensity in the absence of the SGC effect.  相似文献

对金溶胶的水相合成工艺中的搅拌时间以及试剂的加入量进行了实验研究,探讨了搅拌时间对金溶胶特征参数和稳定性的影响.研究中发现金溶胶制备完毕后,继续搅拌会破坏金溶胶的稳定.在所配的试剂浓度的条件下,柠檬酸钠溶液的用量在不大于2 ml时都可以制备稳定的金溶胶,并且金溶胶的吸光度随氯金酸用量的增加而线性增加.  相似文献

A method of QWI ( quantum well intermixing) realizing through plasma-enhanced chemical vapordepositiom (PECVD) SiO2 film following ion implantation was investigated. PECVD 200 nm SiO2 film after 160 keV phosphorus(P) ion implantation was performed to induce InP-based multiple-quantum-well (MQW) laser structural intermixing, annealing process was carried out at 780 ℃ for 30 seconds under N2 flue, the blue shift ofphotoluminescence (PL) peak related to implanted dose: 1 × 1011 , 1 × 1012, 1 × 1013 ,3 × 1013 , 7 × 1013 ion/ cm2 is 22 nm, 65 nm, 104 nm, 109 nm, 101 nm, respectively. Under the same conditions, by comparing the blue shift of PL peak with P ion implantation only, slight differentiation between the two methods was observed, and results reveal that the defects in the implanting layers generated by ion implantation are much more than those in SiO2 film. So, the blue shift results mainly from ion implantation. However , SiO2 film also may promote the quantum well intermixing.  相似文献

在金溶胶的经典水相合成法基础上对合成工艺进行了研究,探讨了试剂的浓度、加入顺序以及用量对金溶胶特征参数的影响。结果表明:在采用经典方法制备金溶胶时,出现附着和团聚物,粒子的单分散性和形态较差;将试剂加入顺序颠倒以及将两种试剂混合再加热所制备的金纳米颗粒的形态和单分散性较好,基本无团聚物,且产率高。说明了试剂加入顺序、浓度大小(尤其是柠檬酸三钠)及均一性影响金纳米颗粒的品质,而金溶胶的稳定性与试剂加入顺序更是直接相关。  相似文献
