The distribution of the magnetic flux in the zone of rod contacts is investigated using the model of transformer cores. The effect of the anisotropy of magnetic characteristics of steel on magnetic losses and the transformer building factor is demonstrated. A method for estimation and forecasting of the building factor value is proposed. The investigation was performed using anisotropic electric steel of the 3408–3409 grades manufactured at OOO VIZ-STAL’. 相似文献

An analysis of the results of the diagnostics of the pipe state in gas mains was performed based on the data of intrapipe magnetic nondestructive testing of gas mains in order to evaluate the danger of the detected flaws and verify the accomplishment of a regular (3–5 year) intrapipe inspection. 相似文献

Some general features of metrological supplementation for techniques and means of nondestructive testing of materials and articles are discussed. In particular, the CO MAГEOC calibration block for magnetic properties of a pipeline with local inhomogeneities that was developed and certified at CПEKTP, in cooperation with the Ural Research Institute of Metrology (ФГУП УНИИМ), is considered. 相似文献

This paper discusses the effect of magnetic crystallographic anisotropy on the mobility of the domain walls in thin magnetic
films with an easy axis in the plane of the film. It shows that the stable configuration of a domain wall is a single-vortex
Bloch domain wall. Besides this, there are two metastable states of the domain wall—a Néel domain wall and a domain wall with
two magnetic vortices along the normal to the plane of the film. It is also shown that the mobilities of the single-vortex
and Néel domain walls and the domain wall with two vortices decrease as the anisotropy constant increases and tend to the
same value.

The paper considers difficulties in on-line quality tests of cold-rolled anisotropic electric steels supplied in rolls. Plausible causes of these difficulties and ways to eliminate these causes are discussed. Some existing techniques and facilities for measuring magnetic parameters of moving steel sheets [1–15] are described. All the facilities known at present (including those developed by Brockhaus and Siemens) are not suitable for one reason or another for testing quality of rolled steels supplied in rolls with good accuracy. In view of this and basing on the almost unambiguous relation between magnetic properties and crystallographic texture of steels, the paper suggests determining the crystallographic texture of moving sheets of coldrolled anisotropic electric steels by measuring maxima on curves of the normal magnetization component. An instrument for such an analysis of magnetic texture is described. First results of the use of this instrument at the cold-rolling mill of Verkh-Isetsk Steelworks are reported. 相似文献

The necessity to cover electrical steel ribbons with an electrical insulating coating is explained. In addition to its main function (creation of an insulating layer between plates of magnetic circuits), such coatings protect metal surfaces against corrosion and may affect magnetic properties of steel. Methods for measuring the thickness of coatings and their electric properties used in the cold-rolling department operated by OOO VIZ-Stal’ are considered. 相似文献

1. | Rolling of steel at 1100° and higher leads to austenite grain growth after annealing. |
2. | A recrystallization threshold appears with plastic deformation at temperatures up to 1100°, the range of the recrystallization threshold broadening as the temperature of the preceding plastic deformation decreases. Plastic deformation =20% at 1150° always leads to a jump of austenite grain growth with repeated quenching, and for steel rolled at 1150 and 1200° the region of austenite grain growth broadens to =30–40%. |
3. | At all degrees of deformation at different temperatures the average diameter of austenite grains decreases with decreasing preliminary rolling temperatures and increasing degrees of repeated plastic deformation. This undoubtedly affects the consistency of the properties inherited by high-speed steel during subsequent high-temperature plastic deformation. |
