死亡风险预测指根据病人临床体征监测数据来预测未来一段时间的死亡风险。对于ICU病患,通过死亡风险预测可以有针对性地对病人做出临床诊断,以及合理安排有限的医疗资源。基于临床使用的MEWS和Glasgow昏迷评分量表,针对ICU病人临床监测的17项生理参数,提出一种基于多通道的ICU脑血管疾病死亡风险预测模型。引入多通道概念应用于BiLSTM模型,用于突出每个生理参数对死亡风险预测的作用。采用Attention机制用于提高模型预测精度。实验数据来自MIMIC [Ⅲ]数据库,从中提取3?080位脑血管疾病患者的16?260条记录用于此次研究,除了六组超参数实验之外,将所提模型与LSTM、Multichannel-BiLSTM、逻辑回归(logistic regression)和支持向量机(support vector machine, SVM)四种模型进行了对比分析,准确率Accuracy、灵敏度Sensitive、特异性Specificity、AUC-ROC和AUC-PRC作为评价指标,实验结果表明,所提模型性能优于其他模型,AUC值达到94.3%。 相似文献

Protein oxidation is considered as an important issue in food preservation process. In the present study, the potential influence of protein oxidation on water holding capacity and protein structure of jumbo squid (Dosidicus gigas) mantle was investigated. After the hydroxyl radical oxidation, it was found that the carbonyl, surface hydrophobicity and dityrosine content of myofibrillar protein significantly increased (P < 0.05), while the content of total sulphydryl decreased significantly (P < 0.01). Meanwhile, the fluorescence intensity of squid was weakened, and the maximum absorption peak of fluorescence red shift as the H2O2 concentration increased. The sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) showed that not only the protein cross-linking but also degradation could have occurred. The content of α-helix decreased, the content of β-sheet, β-turn and the unordered structures increased after oxidation. In addition, oxidation resulted in a decrease in water holding capacity. Taken together, oxidation resulted in the damage of the myofibrillar structure, the increase in muscle loss rate and the decrease in water holding capacity. 相似文献

The particle based Discrete Element Method (DEM) can be applied to examine comminution processes. In this study, a DEM framework has been extended to model particle breakage without mass loss. After a breakage event occurs, spherical particles, as often considered in the DEM, are replaced by size reduced spherical fragments. During the following time steps, the fragments grow to their desired sizes, so that the mass loss can be counterbalanced. Previously defined overlaps with adjacent unbroken and broken particles (fragments) as well as walls are allowed. The breakage model has been realized in a parallelized DEM framework because comminution processes are often attributed to large numbers of particles and by parallelization the computational time can be reduced efficiently. An oedometer (one-dimensional compression in axial direction of a confined particle bed) has been modelled to investigate the parallelization efficiency and the influence of the permitted overlaps during the growth process on the growth duration. A simplified roller mill has been considered to examine the applicability of the breakage procedure considering parallelization. The results show that parallelization reduces computational time considerably. The breakage procedure is suitable to model comminution processes involving even densely packed particle systems and is superior to existing approaches. 相似文献

Carboxyl-terminated polybutadiene (CTPB) is a widely used telechelic liquid rubber, which is mainly prepared by anionic or free-radical polymerization of 1,3-butadiene. It is known that the microstructure of liquid polybutadiene rubber largely affects its processability and mechanical properties. However, it is hard to control its microstructure in the free radical or anionic polymerization. In this study, a series of CTPB with high cis-1,4 content has been prepared for the first time via the oxidolysis and selective oxidation of cis-polybutadiene rubber (BR). Hydrogenation of their CC double bonds with p-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide/tri-n-propylamine (TSH/TPA) reagents afforded carboxyl-terminated polyethylenes (CTPE). For comparison, commercial CTPB (FCTPB), prepared by free-radical polymerization of 1,3-butadiene, was also hydrogenated and gave FCTPE with more ethyl branches. Linear CTPE (L-CTPE) was synthesized by ring-opening metathesis polymerization of 1,5-cyclooctadiene in the presence of maleic acid and subsequent hydrogenation. 通过金相试验方法测定42CrMo钢在890~930 ℃下保温10~240 min后的晶粒尺寸。结果表明,42CrMo钢在加热到试验温度890~930 ℃时已经完全奥氏体化,保温过程中的晶粒生长属于正常生长;加热温度对晶粒尺寸的影响较大,保温时间对晶粒尺寸的影响较小;随保温时间的延长晶粒生长缓慢,晶粒尺寸与保温时间满足指数小于1的函数关系。基于试验数据,通过线性回归得到晶粒长大的Beck模型参数,通过非线性回归得到Sellars和Anelli模型参数,3个模型的预测精度都较好,而Anelli模型的适用性要高于Beck模型和Sellars模型,故在预测42CrMo钢的奥氏体晶粒长大规律时宜使用Anelli模型。 相似文献

利用DIL-805ADT动态相变膨胀仪测定了5CrNiMoV钢在低于奥氏体屈服强度的应力下的马氏体相变膨胀曲线,根据膨胀曲线分析并计算出了不同应力下Greenwood-Johnson相变塑性机制中的相变塑性系数k值和Koistinen-Marburger马氏体相变动力学模型中α和Ms的值,并且将Greenwood-Johnson模型和Leblond模型计算结果与实际试验值对比。结果显示:k值随应力的变化有所波动,但趋近于一个定值;通过对比,Leblond模型更符合试验结果;Ms点随着应力的增大呈现微小的上升趋势,说明小于或等于80 MPa 的应力对Ms点的影响不显著;拉应力下α值普遍大于无应力下的α值,压应力下α值普遍小于无应力下的α值,说明拉应力对相变有一定的促进作用,压应力对相变有一定的阻碍作用。 相似文献

A critical issue facing mankind is how to effectively recycle plastic grocery bags. Currently, the most proven practice for bag recycling is to create numerous returning sites throughout the nation. However, the success is compromised by the voluntary nature of such activities. In this work, we investigate an alternative approach to bag returning, by diverting recycling activities directly to consumers or end users at home. Specifically, a simple process for converting waste bags into high-strength fibers and yarns is designed and tested in an experimental feasibility study. The results from tensile testing and thermal analysis demonstrate that by a combined process sequence of cutting, knotting, twisting, hot drawing, and heat setting, high-strength polyethylene yarns with mechanical properties comparable to those of melt-spun polyethylene fibers can be produced. Without the involvement of melt processing, yarns made of a waste high-density polyethylene grocery bag material were hot drawn and heat set to achieve a tensile strength of 330 MPa. Yarns with such ternacity are expected to find numerous applications in textile, flooring, and leisure products. This may open up a new paradigm in plastic bags recycling and allow part of the recycling burden to be shifted to local residential communities. POLYM. ENG. 为有效地平衡锅炉效率与排放之间的关系,通过分析锅炉的能效指标,建立了结合效率因素、燃料管理因素和环境因素等的能效评价指标体系。采用组合赋权法确定权重,建立了锅炉系统模糊综合评价模型,并利用该模型对山西大同某层燃蒸汽锅炉进行了综合能效评价与分析。结果表明:锅炉的综合评级得分为0.59,燃料设备因素指标得分仅为0.19。该锅炉热效率虽然达到了设计要求,但锅炉飞灰含碳量偏大,同时过量空气系数为2.34,远大于设计标准1.65。综合分析其原因是漏风过大,该分析结果与现场热力测试实验数据相符合。 相似文献
