A coumarin‐based fluorescent probe containing both acrylate moiety and an allyl substituent was developed for distinguishing cysteine from homocysteine. The maximum absorption wavelength of the probe showed a bathochromic shift upon addition of cysteine and the colour changed from colourless to yellow. The maximum fluorescence emission at 462 nm of the probe was dramatically enhanced upon addition of cysteine in aqueous solution. In HEPES buffer (pH = 7.4, EtOH/H2O = 9:1, v/v), both of the fluorescence emission bands of the probe at ca. 390 and 462 nm were intensely enhanced upon the addition of cysteine, while other amino acids, namely, homocysteine, asparaginic acid, methionine, glycine, phenylalaninase, valine, tryptophan, serine, glutamic acid and glutathione, did not cause a remarkable change. The probe can be used for selectively colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent detection of cysteine over homocysteine and other common amino acids in both organic media and aqueous solution. The concentration of cysteine can be estimated by titration of the probe in aqueous solution, and the detection limit of the probe towards cysteine was 2 μmol/L. 相似文献

随着航空发动机涡轮叶片工作温度的提升,使得一种主要由CaO,MgO,Al2O3和SiO2组成的玻璃态物质(CMAS)对热障涂层的危害越来越严重,从而对热障涂层的性能和耐久性有了更高的要求。本文以电子束物理气相沉积热障涂层为研究对象,利用有限元方法研究了CMAS的渗入对界面裂纹扩展及CMAS对陶瓷层(TC)内部残余应力的影响规律。采用波长固定、振幅变化的正弦曲线表示不同粗糙度的涂层界面,同时考虑了CMAS的弹性模量变化的影响及不同界面形貌与CMAS之间的相互作用。结果表明:CMAS弹性模量的增加对界面裂纹具有抑制作用,并且TGO幅值和厚度越小,抑制作用越明显。CMAS弹性模量对TC层最大残余应力S22的影响存在临界点,在临界点之前,CMAS弹性模量的变化对TC层最大残余应力的影响较大,随着CMAS弹性模量的增加,TC层最大残余应力大幅度减小;在临界点之后,TC层最大残余应力基本不受CMAS弹性模量变化的影响。这些结果对电子束物理气相沉积喷涂的热障涂层失效机理的研究具有重要意义,可以为热障涂层界面的优化提供指导。 相似文献

This paper presents the results of experimental investigations and constitutive modeling of cyclic interface shearing between HDPE geomembrane and cohesionless sandy gravel. A series of cyclic interface shear tests was performed using a large-scale cyclic shear apparatus with servo controlled system. Particular attention was paid to the influences of the amount of shear-displacement amplitude, number of cycles, shear rate and the normal pressure on the mechanical response. The experimental results show that the path of the shear stress against the cyclic shear displacement is strongly non-linear and forms a closed hysteresis loop, which is pressure dependent, but almost independent of the shear rate. For small shear-displacement amplitudes, the obtained damping ratio is significantly greater than zero, which is different to the behavior usually observed for cyclic soil to soil shearing. In order to describe the pressure dependency of the hysteresis loop using a single set of constitutive parameters, new approximation functions are put forward and embedded into the concept of the Masing rule. Further, a new empirical function is proposed for the damping ratios to capture the experimental data for both small and large cyclic shear-displacement amplitudes. The included model parameters are easy to calibrate and the new functions may also be useful in developing enhanced constitutive models for the simulation of the cyclic interface shear behavior between other geosynthetics and soils. 相似文献

In this research, water-swellable rubbers (WSRs) were prepared by the blending of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with epoxidized acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (ENBR), precipitated silica, vulcanizing agents, and polyacrylic acid sodium (PAAS) as superabsorbent polymers (SAPs). ENBR was prepared with a molybdenum trioxide catalyst and a tert-butyl hydroperoxide oxidant through a free-radical reaction under specific conditions and was used as a compatibilizer to improve the interfacial adhesion of the NBR matrix and hydrophilic components of the WSRs. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to analyze the structure and properties of ENBR. The dispersion of silica and SAPs in the rubber matrix was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The presence of ENBR enhanced the water-absorption properties of the WSRs. The NBR–ENBR composites exhibited a higher mechanical performance after water absorption than that without ENBR. Both the swelling ratio and the absorption rate increased with the ENBR content. When the weight ratio of NBR–ENBR was 25/75, an equilibrium swelling ratio of 172% (13% higher than that of the sample without ENBR) was obtained.
