Porous alumina with a highly textured microstructure was fabricated by pulse electric current sintering (PECS) using alumina platelets. Highly oriented porous alumina with a porosity of 3%–50% was obtained by a pressure-controlled method of PECS. The properties of the highly textured porous alumina were measured in two directions. The nitrogen gas permeance and thermal conductivity at room temperature were higher in the direction along the platelet length due to the higher continuity of pores and the connectivity of alumina platelets, respectively. The anisotropy of the thermal conductivity at room temperature was investigated and explained by the effect of grain size of platelets as well as morphology and orientation of pores. The bending strength was higher with the loading direction along the platelet thickness. The thermal shock strength was clearly different in the two directions. The difference in the thermal shock strength was investigated by the measurement of properties and thermal stress analysis.  相似文献

Recently, academic and industrial research communities are paying more explicit attention to the 5G multiple radio access technology ultra‐dense networks (5G multi‐RAT UDNs) for boosting network capacity, especially in UD urban zones. To this aim, in this paper, we intend to tackle the user association problem in 5G multi‐RAT UDNs. By considering the decoupled uplink/downlink access (DUDA), we divide our user association problem into two distinct subproblems representing, respectively, the uplink and the downlink channels. Next, we formulated each one as a nonlinear optimization problem with binary variables. Then, to solve them, we were restricted by the hard complexity, as well as the hard feasibility of centralized user association schemes. Thus, to resolve our user association problem in a reasonable time and distributed manner, we formulated each subproblem as a many‐to‐one matching game based on matching theory. Next, we provide two fully distributed association algorithms to compute the uplink and downlink stable matching among user equipments (UEs) and base stations (BSs). Simulation results corroborate our theoretical model and show the effectiveness and improvement of our achieved results in terms of the overall network performance, quality of service (QoS), and energy efficiency (EE) of UEs.  相似文献

In this article, the nondestructive eddy current (EC) method was used for microstructural evaluation of Ni-hard4 cast iron (NiHCI). Different destabilizing heat treatments were used to produce different microstructures and hardness. The microstructural analysis and hardness measurement were done for conventional characterization of the reference blocks. Then, the EC techniques were applied to evaluate the hardness and microstructural changes by the detection of EC parameters at different frequencies. Metallurgical investigations showed that increasing the destabilizing soaking time and temperature decreases the amount of retained austenite in NiHCIs. The nondestructive evaluation method (NDT) revealed that it can be good correlated between retained austenite amount and hardness with EC parameters. This shows that the EC technique can detect NiHCIs products according to the metallurgical characterization with good accuracy.  相似文献

Vanadium nitride(VN) was deposited by DC-sputtering on a vertically aligned carbon nanotube(CNTs)template for the purpose of nano-structuration. This led to the fabrication of hierarchically composite electrodes consisting of porous and nanostructured VN grown on vertically aligned CNTs in a nano-treelike configuration for micro-supercapacitor application. The electrodes show excellent performance with an areal capacitance as high as 37.5 m F cm~(-2) at a scan rate of 2 mV s~(-1) in a 0.5 MK_2SO_4 mild electrolyte solution. Furthermore, the capacitance decay was only 15% after 20,000 consecutive cycles. Moreover,the capacitance was found to increase with VN deposit thickness. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses of the electrodes before and after cycling suggest that the oxide layers that form at the VN surface is the responsible for the redox energy storage in this material. Such electrodes can compete with other transition metal nitride based electrodes for micro-supercapacitors.  相似文献

The heat transfer phenomena inside a horizontal channel with an open trapezoidal enclosure subjected to a heat source of different lengths was investigated numerically in the present work. The heat source is considered as a local heating element of varying length, which is embedded at the bottom wall of the enclosure and maintained at a constant temperature. The air flow enters the channel horizontally at a constant cold temperature and a fixed velocity. The other walls of the enclosure and the channel are kept thermally insulated. The flow is assumed laminar, incompressible, and two‐dimensional, whereas the fluid is considered Newtonian. The results are presented in the form of the contours of velocity, isotherms, and Nusselt numbers profiles for various values of the dimensionless heat source lengths (0.16 ≤ ε ≤ 1). while, both Prandtl and Reynolds numbers are kept constant at (Pr = 0.71) and (Re = 100), respectively. The results indicated that the distribution of the isotherms depends significantly on the length of the heat source. Also, it was noted that both the local and the average Nusselt numbers increase as the local heat source length increases. Moreover, the maximum temperature is located near the heat source location.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose an efficient privacy-preserving energy consumption scheme with updating certificates, called EPEC, for secure smart grid communications. Specifically, the proposed EPEC scheme consists of four phases: gateways initialization, party registration, privacy-preserving energy consumption, and updating certificates. Based on the bilinear pairing, the identity-based encryption, and the strategy of updating certificates, EPEC can achieve data privacy, gateway privacy, and is robust to data replay attack, availability attack, modification attack, man-in-the-middle attack, and Sybil attack. Through extensive performance evaluations, we demonstrate the effectiveness of EPEC in terms of transmission delay performance at the HAN gateway and average delivery ratio, by implementing three types of curves including, the Barreto–Naehrig curve with modulus 256 bits, the Kachisa–Schaefer–Scott curve with modulus 512 bits, and the Barreto–Lynn–Scott curve with modulus 640 bits.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose an Efficient Secure routing Scheme based on searchable encryption with vehicle Proxy Re-encryption, called ESSPR, for achieving privacy preservation of message in vehicular peer-to-peer social network (VP2PSN). Specifically, the proposed ESSPR scheme consists of six phases: system initializations phase, peer registration phase, document generation phase, document forwarding phase, vehicle proxy re-encryption phase, and document receiving phase. Based on rationale of QoS-based clustering strategy, public key encryption with keyword search, identity based aggregate signature, and proxy re-encryption, ESSPR provides privacy for keyword, privacy for resources, and authentication and data integrity of the demand’s source. In addition, ESSPR is robust against eavesdropping attack, wormhole attack, packet analysis attack, packet tracing attack, and replay attack. Through performance evaluation, we demonstrate the effectiveness of ESSPR in terms of delivery ratio, average delay, average fairness, and detection ratio under malicious peers proportions in VP2PSN.  相似文献

A potential problem in applying the direct laser deposition (DLD) technique to material fabrication is the effect that subsequent deposited layers have on reheating previous laser deposition layers. Most of the previous investigations examined the effect of the laser deposition parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a single layer. This work focused on the effect of the laser parameters of subsequent layers on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the deposited layers to select proper parameters and characterize the effect. The microstructure morphology and property values are affected by the varied parameters. This leads to some tempering and aging effects in the steels. The microstructure of the top layer was equiaxed, while the near substrate region was fine dendritic. Typically, both of the travel speed and power of the laser show the significant effects on microstructure and hardness.  相似文献
