ABSTRACT This study investigates the effects of strain, strain rates, and forming directions (RD-rolling direction, TD-transverse direction, and ND-normal direction) on adiabatic shear, via dynamic impact compression tests using the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) apparatus. A modified Johnson-Cook (J-C) constitutive model is proposed, which used to analyse the influence of the constitutive parameters on the sensitivity of adiabatic shear, employing a finite element software. The different sensitivities of adiabatic shear under different directions are explained by combining microscopic analysis and results from mechanical responses. The results show that the sensitivity of adiabatic shear can be related to the time of stress collapse in the following trend: ND?>?TD?>?RD; the sensitivities of these constitutive parameters on adiabatic shear are calculated and compared. 相似文献

为了解决人字齿周转轮系加工、装配的难题,提出利用3D打印技术制造免组装人字齿周转轮系的新工艺。通过理论推导,建立变位系数、齿侧间隙与齿轮基本参数之间的关系。利用建立的关系式,对行星轮进行负变位,设计具有微量齿侧间隙的2K-H型人字齿周转轮系。利用熔融沉积成型实验平台使设计的人字齿周转轮系成型,成型后的人字齿周转轮系齿轮啮合传动正常,设计、制作相应辅件,将其装配成减速步进电机。结果表明,通过合适的间隙设计,可以利用3D打印技术实现人字齿周转轮系的免组装制造,为小尺寸、一体式人字齿周转轮系个性化定制提供了一种具有工业应用前景的全新解决方案。 相似文献

Two experimental alloys containing different contents of Ru were investigated to study the effect of Ru on the microstructural evolution during long-term thermal exposure. The increase in Ru promoted the formation of cubical, tiny, and even γ′ phase after full heat treatment. Moreover, the samples after full heat treatment were exposed at 1100 °C for different time. Based on the classical model by Lifshitz, Slyozov, and Wagner, the coarsening of γ′ phase of the alloy containing 2.5 and 3.5 wt.% Ru during the long-term aging was controlled by the interface reaction and diffusion, respectively. The γ/γ′ lattice misfit was more negative with the increment of Ru addition, which induced the formation of stable rafted γ′ phase in the alloy containing 3.5 wt.% Ru at the initiation of long-term aging. Besides, the increase in Ru reduced the diffusion coefficient, which could restrain the γ′ phase coarsening. The lower γ/γ′ lattice misfit of the alloy containing 2.5 wt.% Ru promoted the interface reaction, which induced the rapid coarsening of γ′ phase. Therefore, the increase in Ru improved the microstructural stability of the alloys. On the other hand, the raise of Ru induced “reverse partitioning” behavior, which was effective in suppressing the emergence of the topologically close-packed phase (TCP phase). The TCP phase occasionally occurred in the alloy containing 2.5 wt.% Ru, which was attributed to the high temperature and the supersaturation of the γ matrix. Moreover, the TCP phase was determined as μ phase, which had a high concentration of Co, Re, Mo, and W. A sketch map describing the evolution of the TCP phase was also constructed. 相似文献

There is a huge requirement of elastomers for use in tires, seals, and shock absorbers every year worldwide. In view of a sustainable society, the next generation of elastomers is expected to combine outstanding healing, recycling, and damage-tolerant capacities with high strength, elasticity, and toughness. However, it remains challenging to fabricate such elastomers because the mechanisms for the properties mentioned above are mutually exclusive. Herein, the fabrication of healable, recyclable, and mechanically tough polyurethane (PU) elastomers with outstanding damage tolerance by coordination of multiblock polymers of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS)/polycaprolactone (PCL) containing hydrogen and coordination bonding motifs with Zn2+ ions is reported. The organization of bipyridine groups coordinated with Zn2+ ions, carbamate groups cross-linked with hydrogen bonds, and crystallized PCL segments generates phase-separated dynamic hierarchical domains. Serving as rigid nanofillers capable of deformation and disintegration under an external force, the dynamic hierarchical domains can strengthen the elastomers and significantly enhance their toughness and fracture energy. As a result, the elastomers exhibit a tensile strength of ≈52.4 MPa, a toughness of ≈363.8 MJ m−3, and an exceptional fracture energy of ≈192.9 kJ m−2. Furthermore, the elastomers can be conveniently healed and recycled to regain their original mechanical properties and integrity under heating. 相似文献
