MgAl2O4 transparent ceramics were shaped by a commonly used polyacrylic acid (PAA), which acted as both dispersant and gelling agent. The spinel slurries were prepared by ball-milling MgAl2O4 powder, PAA, and water in an attrition mill. The gelling of slurries happened at room temperature in air atmosphere without any other organic additive. The gelling mechanism was the formation of chelates between Mg2+ and carboxyl groups (-COO) of PAA. The frequency-based testing method was applied to investigate the gelling process of the as-prepared slurry. In addition, a novel in situ characterization method based on a modified indentation testing was invented to better understand the strengthening of the wet green body with time and to guide when demolding could be carried out. After sintering, transparent MgAl2O4 ceramics with high in-line transmittance were resulted.  相似文献

In this article, the memory-based dynamic event-triggered controller design issue is investigated for networked interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy systems under non-periodic denial-of-service (DoS) attacks. For saving limited network bandwidth, a novel memory-based dynamic event-triggered mechanism (DETM) is proposed to schedule data communication. Unlike existing event-triggered generators, the developed memory-based DETM can utilize a series of newly released signals and further save network resources by introducing interval dynamic variables. Moreover, to improve design flexibility, an IT2 fuzzy controller with freely selectable fuzzy rule number and premise membership functions (MFs) is synthesized. Then, a new switched time-delay system with imperfectly matched MFs is established under the consideration of memory-based DETM and DoS attacks simultaneously. Besides, based on the property of MFs, the boundary information of membership grades and slack matrices are introduced in the stability analysis. Furthermore, by using a piecewise Lyapunov–Krasovskii method, membership-functions-dependent criteria are deduced to ensure the asymptotic stability of built fuzzy switched systems. Finally, the effectiveness of proposed control strategies is demonstrated by simulation examples.  相似文献

全景视频需要经过采样映射转换成平面矩形视频,以便后续的压缩编码.针对现有映射方法存在的内容变形和采样不均匀问题,提出一种最小变形度映射方法(Minimum Deformation Projection,MDP).首先提出新的变形度计算公式求得最优解,其次结合像素排列为矩形的要求和人工边界等因素对最优解做近似,最后得到了最优的多边形映射形状和像素排列方案.实验数据表明,MDP的采样密度更均匀,结合使用x265,相对于ERP可以获得约14.47%的增益,优于其他映射方法.  相似文献

Protein assemblies provide unique structural features which make them useful as carrier molecules in biomedical and chemical science. Protein assemblies can accommodate a variety of organic, inorganic and biological molecules such as small proteins and peptides and have been used in development of subunit vaccines via display parts of viral pathogens or antigens. Such subunit vaccines are much safer than traditional vaccines based on inactivated pathogens which are more likely to produce side-effects. Therefore, to tackle a pandemic and rapidly produce safer and more effective subunit vaccines based on protein assemblies, it is necessary to understand the basic structural features which drive protein self-assembly and functionalization of portions of pathogens. This review highlights recent developments and future perspectives in production of non-viral protein assemblies with essential structural features of subunit vaccines.  相似文献

BaSO4 nanoparticles as important functional materials have attracted considerable research interests, due to their X-rays barrier and absorption properties. However, most of BaSO4 nanoparticles prepared by traditional technology are nanopowders with broad size distribution and poor dispersibility, which may greatly limit their applications. To the best of our knowledge, the synthesis of transparent BaSO4 nanodispersions was rarely reported. Here, we firstly present a novel and efficient method to prepare transparent and stable BaSO4 nanodispersions with a relatively small particle size around 10 to 17 nm using a precipitation method in a rotating packed bed (RPB), followed by a modification treatment using stearic acid. Compared with the BaSO4 prepared in a traditional stirred tank, the product prepared using an RPB has much smaller particle size and narrower size distribution. More importantly, by using RPB, the reaction time can be significantly decreased from 20 min to 18 s. Furthermore, the transparent BaSO4-polyvinyl butyral nanocomposite films with good X-ray shielding performance can be easily fabricated. We believe that the stable BaSO4 nanodispersions may have a wide range of applications for transparent composite materials and coatings with X-ray shielding performance for future research.  相似文献

对我国MTBE的生产工艺及下游产品进行了详细的分析,重点分析了影响MTBE产品生产使用的各方面因素,从能源方针、车用燃料政策及环保要求等角度对我国MTBE产品的未来发展趋势进行了预测分析。结果显示,2020年以后我国汽油调和用MTBE的生产使用量将逐步降低,但此过程可能会较为平缓。  相似文献

采用氮气吹扫/捕集-热脱附-气相色谱-质谱-嗅闻仪联用法对一种粉蒸肉产品加工过程中挥发性风味物质进行测定以确定最佳蒸制时间。结果显示:未加热和分别蒸制30、60、90 min 4个粉蒸肉样品中共检测到77种挥发性风味物质,各阶段分别为69、43、50种和56种,共有物质33种。在加工过程中,挥发性物质的总含量呈现逐渐增加的趋势,由加热前的1 646.39μg/kg增加至2 657.10μg/kg,且3个加热时间样品中挥发性物质种类也逐渐增多。但是通过气味活度值(odor activity value,OAV)分析,对风味具有贡献的化合物(OAV0.1)含量均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在加热60 min时OAV最大。其中壬醛、癸醛和肉桂酸甲酯对粉蒸肉产品特征风味的形成贡献最大,构成了粉蒸肉的特征风味。主成分分析显示加热60 min样品与其他样品区分明显并且在第1、2主成分上贡献较高。总体来说蒸制60 min能使产品获得较好的风味。  相似文献

研究柑橘皮中总黄酮的提取工艺条件及其降血糖作用。以柑橘皮为原料,通过正交设计试验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间对柑橘皮黄酮提取率的影响,确定最佳的提取工艺条件;采用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射法制造糖尿病小鼠模型,随机分为5组:二甲双胍阳性药物组,模型小鼠溶剂对照组和正常小鼠空白对照组,醇提物高、中、低剂量组,观察柑橘皮中总黄酮的降血糖效果。柑橘皮中总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:70%乙醇,料液比1∶20(g/mL),回流提取2次,每次2 h,提取温度85℃,总黄酮提取率为7.68%。动物试验结果表明,模型各组的血糖质量浓度升高,经灌胃以柑橘皮醇提物14 d后,血糖浓度明显下降,而空白组小鼠的血糖值无明显变化。  相似文献
