Nb,Ti微合金钢热变形的动态模拟变形抗力模型

本文报道 Nb,Ti 微合金钢的热变形动态模拟变形抗力模型。在试验中用热加工模拟试验机进行高温压缩试验,其变形温度为1123—1423K,变形速率为0.1—60s~(-1)。结果表明,在峰值以前该钢种的流变应力数学模型为:σ=5.99.ε~(0.167)·(?)~(6.47×10~(-5)·T)·exp(4064/T)。形变激活能(Q)为444 kJ/mol,β系数为0.080。峰值应力(σ_p),临界应变(ε_c)和温度补偿应变速率参数(Z)之间的关系分别为:σ_p=12.56·lnZ-391.8;lnε_c=0.157·lnZ-7.39。     

Diffusion Behaviour of Fe-Cu Interface of Copper Brazed Double-wall Steel Tubes

By means of electron probe(EPMA),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and optical microscope(QM),the diffusion behaviour on the Fe-Cu interface of copper brazed double-wall steel tubes andthe microstructure of the diffusion layer have been investigated.There are three kinds of metallurgicalbonds between copper plating layer and steel substrate: (1)the Cu diffusing into steel substratealong grain boundary of ferrite;(2)the Cu diffusion into grain bulk of ferrite: (3)the Fe diffusing intoCu layer.The copper brazed double-wall steel tubes are formed by the combination of the diffusionsmentioned above and this is the reason for excellent mechanical and technological properties of thecopper brazed double-wall steel tubes.

顾圩门闸建设水土流失监测及水保难点分析

水闸工程建设过程中及完工后对施工区周边生态环境造成不同程度的破坏,工程实施单位普遍缺乏对施工区域水土流失监测,对施工区水土保持和景观恢复重视程度不够,部分工程实体竣工后原施工场地地表裸露较多,造成水土流失.以顾圩门节制闸工程为例,开展水土流失监测计算,分析对比采取水土保持措施前后施工场地扰动单元土壤流失量,探讨水闸工程水土保持实施中的难点,具有一定的现实意义.     

DYNAMIC MECHANICAL BEHAVIOURS OF HIGH Mo AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL DURING HOT DEFORMATION

The dynamic mechanical behaviours of super low carbon high Mo austenitic stainless steel(00Cr20Nil8Mo6CuN)during hot deformation have been studied by using Formaster-Presshot working simulator. The hot deformation equation, as well as the relationship between peakstrain, peak stress and Zener-Hollman parameter, together with the deformation activationenergy have been resulted through the experiments.

渤海海域浅层油气运移新认识与勘探新进展

浅层新近系是渤海海域油田储量和产量的主要层系。随着勘探程度的提高，大—中型油气田发现的难度也越来越大。基于渤海海域的勘探实践，结合浅层大—中型油田源外成藏的特性，通过分析油气深层运移与浅层富集的耦合关系，明确了古近系烃源层油气初次、二次运移所形成的"汇聚脊"对其上浅层油气富集、聚集的控制作用，并根据输导体系的组合划分出油气汇聚样式。在"汇聚脊"控藏模式的指导下，渤海海域多个构造带的油气勘探都取得突破，获得一系列亿吨级新发现，由此保证了渤海海域浅层规模优质油气储量持续发现，指导后续勘探进展。
