建设生态文明 先要转变观念

<正>经济发展模式的根本转变党的十七大第一次提出了"生态文明"的概念,并且把建设生态文明列入全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,这是我国经济发展模式的根本转变,是我们党对发展理念的理论升华,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远意义。     

资源卫星接收站高分辨率实时快视处理

本文较系统地阐述了资源卫星地面接收站对遥感图像的高分辨率实时快视处理方法。文中提出了主要针对接收美国Landsat卫星TM数据的实时快视系统方案,其具有1024×1024显示的高分辨率,兼顾了多功能、低成本、简易性和对不同类型遥感数据快视处理的兼容性等特征,为我国已建的和即将兴建的资源卫星接收站配置实时快视系统提供了一条有效途经。     

铜厚膜环行器的研制

采用新型的在大气气氛中烧结的铜厚膜多层导电浆料,应用厚膜混合技术制作了2。2GHz和2.8GHz的环行器。其性能指标可与同类型采用薄膜贵金属制作的环行器相媲美,且工艺简单,成本低及生产周期短。     

Human Physiological Capabilities for Prolonged Manual Lifting Tasks

The objective of this study was to determine human physiological capabilities for prolonged lifting tasks performed from the floor to table height. Frequency and weight of load were the independent variables. Oxygen consumption, minute ventilation, and heart rate were the dependent variables. Physiological responses were monitored continuously for each frequency-load combination. Eleven male subjects participated in the experiments. The duration of each experimental session was controlled by the subject. Each subject was instructed to perform the lifting task continuously until he could not maintain it any longer due to complete physical exhaustion. Each subject was given 10 minutes of rest every 50 minutes of work and 1 hour for lunch after the fourth hour of work. The upper limit of lifting duration was set to 8 hours. One of the main findings obtained from this study was that a physiological fatigue limit (PFL) is a function of lifting task parameters (frequency, weight of load, and task duration). Thus, one cannot recommend a single PFL value such as 1 liter/min for lifting tasks of varied work durations.     

用于锁模光纤激光陀螺的相敏检测

通过采用锁相放大器,演示了一种性能明显提高的锁模光纤激光陀螺.结果表明锁相放大器的输出与转动速率之间具有理想的线性关系,并对两脉冲(在时间间隔测量过程中引起相位误差)之间的光强差不敏感.与以往报道的时间间隔测量相比,演示了长期稳定性提高了二个数量级.     

MODELING OF INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS USING AN OBJECT-ORIENTED APPROACH

Traditional approaches to the modeling of complex manufacturing systems are expensive, time consuming, and of limited value. Recent developments in several areas (i.e., knowledge engineering, software engineering, modeling formalisms, engineering workstations, and database systems) are now to the point that a meaningful convergence can be crafted to yield a modeling environment far superior to any we have known in the past. Fundamental to this new approach to modeling are the recent developments in object-oriented programming and related technologies. A research team at Oklahoma State University has been exploring alternative approaches to the modeling and simulation of complex manufacturing systems since 1985. This paper argues for a fundamental paradigm shift in the development and utilization of models within a CEM framework.     

双反馈晶振和石英谐振器低噪声性能的进一步研究

本文进一步探讨了有关双反馈晶振低噪声性能的问题,着重分析了石英谐振器静电容C_0对双反馈晶振电路Q倍增固子、石英谐振器Q值及净噪特性的影响。为验证上述C_0的影响,也对不同C_0的石英谱振器的相噪特性进行了测量并得到了与分析一致的结果。
