In this paper, we theoretically consider a two dimensional nanomaterial which is a form of hydrogenated penta-graphene; we call it penta-graphane. This structure is obtained by adding hydrogen atoms to the sp2 bonded carbon atoms of penta-graphene. We investigate the thermodynamic and mechanical stability of penta-graphane. We also study the electronic and phononic structure of penta-graphane. Firstly, we use density functional theory with the revised Perdew–Burke–Ernzerhof approximation to compute the band structure. Then one–shot GW (G0W0) approach for estimating accurate band gap is applied. The indirect band gap of penta-graphane is 5.78 eV, which is close to the band gap of diamond. Therefore, this new structure is a good electrical insulator. We also investigate the structural stability of penta-graphane by computing the phonon structure. Finally, we calculate its specific heat capacity from the phonon density of states. Penta-graphane has a high specific heat capacity, and can potentially be used for storing and transferring energy.  相似文献

Metal-organic framework (MOF) has been shown to potential applications due to the high porous hybrid structure. Cobalt MOF was synthesized rapidly by ultrasound energy with about 3,000 m2/g surface area by BET method. Furthermore, this component is crystalline with significant thermal stability, on account of X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis, respectively. Based on high roughness, crystallinity, and unreported type of FTIR spectrum, a new structure of Co-MOF structure was proposed.  相似文献

Electrochemical characteristics of an electrodeposited chlorogenic acid film on multi-wall carbon nanotubes glassy carbon electrode (CGA–MWCNT–GCE) and its role as a sensor for electrocatalytic oxidation of hydroxylamine are described. Cyclic voltammograms of the CGA–MWCNT–GCE indicate a pair of well-defined and nearly reversible redox couple with the surface confined characteristics at a wide pH range of 2.0–12.0. The charge transfer coefficient, α, and the charge transfer rate constant, ks, of CGA adsorbed on MWCNT were calculated 0.48 and 44 ± 2 s?1 respectively. The CGA–MWCNT–GCE shows a dramatic increase in the peak current and/or a decrease in the overvoltage of hydroxylamine electrooxidation in comparison with that seen at a CGA modified GCE, MWCNT modified GCE and activated GCE. The kinetic parameters of electron transfer coefficient, α, the heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant, k′, and exchange current, i0, for oxidation of hydroxylamine at the modified electrode surface were determined using cyclic voltammetry. Four linear calibration ranges and high repeatability with relative standard deviation of 4.6%, for a series of four successive measurements in 17.7 μM hydroxylamine, are obtained at the CGA–MWCNT–GCE using an amperometric method. Finally, the modified electrode was successfully used for determination of spiked hydroxylamine in two water samples.  相似文献

CoSn4 nano-particles were synthesized on Cu and Ni substrates through pulsed current electrodeposition and used as anode in lithium ion batteries. Nano particles with Flower-like morphology were obtained through applying an average current density of 85 mA/cm2 on Ni substrate while the particles formed using constant current electrodeposition are greater in size ca. 500 nm. Optimum discharge capacity of synthesized CoSn4 was obtained 848 mAh g?1 which reduced to 500 mAh g?1 at 120th cycle indicating an enhanced electrochemical performance compared to anode films synthesized through other pulsed current densities and also constant current electrodeposition. This high discharge capacity and cycleability is attributed to finer crystal grains and flower-like morphology of nano particles. Also, the sample synthesized on Ni substrate showed higher cycleability and noticeably lower resistance. High resistance of anode film synthesized on Cu substrate is due to the corrosion and passivation of copper occurred by HF formation in LiPF6 electrolyte.  相似文献

Optimizing water allocations for the agricultural sector, the main water consumer, at the beginning of a period of drought is essential. However, long-term inflow forecasting, with its high uncertainty, is a necessary component of the allocation process. This paper presents a methodology that combines this uncertainty with economic factors to determine water allocation. The following models were developed and linked: optimization of agricultural water allocation under water scarcity, long-term flow forecast and quantification of forecast uncertainties. The approach coordinates economic values of water with system operational requirements. The Zayandeh Rud dam and irrigation system was selected to explore the methodology of this research.  相似文献

Most structures with masonry infills that are continuous along their height, which are interrupted in the lowest storey, are damaged by earthquakes. These structures are anticipated to collapse due to the undesirable soft‐storey mechanism formed by lateral stiffness of masonry infills in other storeys. The seismic design criteria of UBC97 code for special moment‐resisting steel frame (SMRSF) are reviewed. In this paper, a new criterion for seismic design of such structures is presented. The proposed criteria are used to design three SMRSFs: 5, 8 and 15 storeys. Nonlinear time‐history dynamic analyses are applied for the designed SMRSFs based on the proposed criteria. Displacements and storey drifts, which are obtained by the proposed method, are compared with nonlinear time‐history dynamic analysis results, finally.
