Terminal sliding mode control design for uncertain dynamic systems   总被引:29,自引:0,他引:29  
A terminal sliding mode control design scheme for uncertain dynamic systems in the pure-feedback form is presented in this paper. This design employs a recursive procedure which utilizes a set of switching manifolds to realize finite time convergence. To avoid a singularity problem, the scheme uses two-phase control: one phase is a preterminal sliding mode control that transfers the trajectory to a specified open region in which the terminal sliding mode control is not singular. Inside the region, the other phase – the terminal sliding mode control takes place bringing the state to the origin in finite time.  相似文献

A general backpropagation algorithm is proposed for feedforward neural network learning with time varying inputs. The Lyapunov function approach is used to rigorously analyze the convergence of weights, with the use of the algorithm, toward minima of the error function. Sufficient conditions to guarantee the convergence of weights for time varying inputs are derived. It is shown that most commonly used backpropagation learning algorithms are special cases of the developed general algorithm.  相似文献

A continuous finite-time control scheme for rigid robotic manipulators is proposed using a new form of terminal sliding modes. The robustness of the controller is established using the Lyapunov stability theory. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that faster and high-precision tracking performance is obtained compared with the conventional continuous sliding mode control method.  相似文献

Chattering free full-order sliding-mode control   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In conventional sliding-mode control systems, the sliding-mode motion is of reduced order. Two main problems hindering the application of the sliding-mode control are the singularity in terminal sliding-mode control systems and the chattering in both the conventional linear sliding-mode and the terminal sliding-mode control systems. This paper proposes a chattering-free full-order terminal-sliding-mode control scheme. Since the derivatives of terms with fractional powers do not appear in the control law, the control singularities are avoided. A continuous control strategy is developed to achieve the chattering free sliding-mode control. During the ideal sliding-mode motion, the systems behave as a desirable full-order dynamics rather than a desirable reduced-order dynamics. A systematic design method of full-order sliding-mode control for nonlinear systems is presented, which allows both the chattering and singularity problems to be resolved. Simulations validate the proposed chattering free full-order sliding-mode control.  相似文献

A new adaptive backpropagation (BP) algorithm based on Lyapunov stability theory for neural networks is developed in this paper. It is shown that the candidate of a Lyapunov function V(k) of the tracking error between the output of a neural network and the desired reference signal is chosen first, and the weights of the neural network are then updated, from the output layer to the input layer, in the sense that DeltaV(k)=V(k)-V(k-1)<0. The output tracking error can then asymptotically converge to zero according to Lyapunov stability theory. Unlike gradient-based BP training algorithms, the new Lyapunov adaptive BP algorithm in this paper is not used for searching the global minimum point along the cost-function surface in the weight space, but it is aimed at constructing an energy surface with a single global minimum point through the adaptive adjustment of the weights as the time goes to infinity. Although a neural network may have bounded input disturbances, the effects of the disturbances can be eliminated, and asymptotic error convergence can be obtained. The new Lyapunov adaptive BP algorithm is then applied to the design of an adaptive filter in the simulation example to show the fast error convergence and strong robustness with respect to large bounded input disturbances  相似文献

Many dynamic systems in physics, chemistry, biology, engineering, and information science have impulsive dynamical behaviors due to abrupt jumps at certain instants during the dynamical processes. These complex dynamic behaviors can be modeled by impulsive differential systems. This paper studies the controllability and observability for a class of time-varying impulsive control systems. Several sufficient and necessary conditions for state controllability and state observability of such systems are established and the corresponding criteria for time-invariant impulsive control systems are also obtained. Meanwhile, several new results associated with variation of parameters for time-varying impulsive control systems are derived.  相似文献

This paper proposes a terminal sliding mode observer for a class of nonlinear systems to achieve finite time convergence for all error states. Compared to standard sliding mode observers which only enable finite time convergence of the output error, the observer in this paper makes use of fractional powers to reduce other non-output errors to zero in finite time. A 2-degree-of-freedom robotic manipulator is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed observer.  相似文献

This note is concerned with the stability problem of linear delay-differential systems of neutral type. A discretized Lyapunov functional approach is developed. The resulting stability criterion is formulated in the form of a linear matrix inequality. For nominal systems, the analytical results can be approached with fine discretization. Numerical examples show significant improvement over approaches in the literature.  相似文献

The robust stability problem of linear time-delay systems with norm-bounded uncertainty is further investigated by using a refined discretized Lyapunov functional approach. A new stability criterion is derived. The computational requirement is reduced for the same discretization mesh. Examples show that the results obtained by this new criterion significantly improve the estimate of the stability limit over some existing results in the literature.  相似文献

In this note, discretization behaviors of the equivalent control based sliding-mode control (SMC) systems are studied. Some inherent dynamical properties of the discretized second-order systems are first explored. Upper bounds for the system steady states are established. The system's steady-state behaviors are discussed. The analysis for the second-order systems is then extended to higher order systems. Simulations are presented to verify the theoretical results.  相似文献
