浮法玻璃熔窑火焰空间石油焦部分替代重油燃烧的数值模拟

针对浮法玻璃熔窑火焰空间建立模型并进行了数值模拟，在保证热值相同的前提下，对比研究了重油燃烧及将石油焦部分替代重油燃烧时的流场分布特征。结果表明，石油焦部分代替重油燃烧后，两种燃料可很好地混合燃烧，窑炉内温度制度基本不受影响；石油焦着火时间比重油长，两种燃料混合燃烧时平均着火点滞后于仅使用重油时，且燃烧路径更长，燃烧时产生了大量CO，整个火焰空间及烟气出口处NOx的平均排放量与仅使用重油相比降低了30.02%，NOx减排效果明显。     

一种新型回路电阻测试仪的研究与设计

针对传统低压回路电阻测试仪只能在被测设备停电时使用的一大限制,本文提出并设计了一种新型低压回路电阻测试仪。该仪器可在低压设备运行状态下对其回路电阻进行测量,在保证测量精度的前提下减少了设备停电率,大大提高了工作效率。     

Effects of polysaccharides and polyphenolics fractions of Zijuan tea (Camellia sinensis var. kitamura) on α‐glucosidase activity and blood glucose level and glucose tolerance of hyperglycaemic mice

The effects of polysaccharides, theaflavins, thearubigins and theabrownin fractions of Zijuan tea on α‐glucosidase and blood glucose level and intolerance of hyperglycaemic mice were evaluated. The polysaccharides or theaflavins fraction exhibited greater inhibition rate of α‐glucosidase than acarbose positive control, thearubigins fraction or theabrownin fraction. The four fractions were delivered to the treatment mice through oval gavage each day for 15 days. The mice in polysaccharides and theaflavins high‐ and low‐dose and theabrownin high‐dose treatments significantly lowered their blood glucose levels while all the treatment mice gained body weight. The mice in polysaccharides, theaflavins and theabrownin high‐ and low‐dose treatments had greater glucose tolerance as well. Thus, the theaflavins and polysaccharides fractions of Zijuan tea effectively moderated the complications of hyperglycaemic mice. The lower effectiveness of thearubigins and theabrownin fractions may be caused by the highly polymerised polyphenolics which decreased their accessibility to α‐glucosidase and digestibility in mice.     

Hop bitter acids inhibit carbohydrate metabolism,enhance biogenic amine metabolism and alter L-malic acid,glutamic acid and arginine metabolism of Lactobacillus brevis 49

Beer contains only limited amounts of readily fermentable carbohydrates and amino acids. Beer spoilage lactic acid bacteria have to come up with metabolic strategies in order to deal with selective nutrient content. The research was performed to investigate the influence of iso-α-acids on the metabolism of organic acids, biogenic amines (BAs), off-flavour compounds, carbohydrates and amino acids of Lactobacillus brevis 49. Only glyoxylic acid and ethyl formate in de man, rogosa, sharpe broth was consumed, and multiple organic acids, BAs and off-flavour compounds were produced. By supplementing a series of concentrations of hop iso-α-acids, consumption of L-malic acid, glutamic acid and arginine and generation of BAs were found benefit for bacteria to develop hop-resistance. In the metabolism of carbohydrates, glucose was preferred over maltose and maltriose, and hops significantly inhibited the utilisation of carbohydrates. The results provide comprehensive information of metabolites of L. brevis 49 under various concentrations of hop stress.     

大直径平底负压容器优化设计

通过对大直径平底负压容器平底板的设计计算,平底板计算厚度很厚。通过分析,提出了对平底板采取加强措施,从而减薄平底板计算厚度的方法。该容器在实际生产过程中性能可靠、稳定,对类似设备设计具有借鉴意义。     

承钢精粉供应模式探索

承钢探索合理的精粉供应模式,解决了原料场地储存能力小,使用精粉矿点多、成分复杂的不利影响。通过精粉分类、前延管理、系统监控等手段,实现了混合料质量稳定,为烧结系统提供质量稳定的混合料。在目前严峻的市场条件下,探索以管理手段代替占用大量资金的传统料场管理模式的可行性。     

低GWP制冷剂在热泵行业的应用分析

随着世界各国对于环境问题的日益关注,热泵行业中的R22制冷剂产品已经开始逐步降低使用,主流制冷剂R134a、R410A等已经被列入受控物质范围,使用更低GWP的制冷剂成为热泵行业可持续发展的重要支撑.针对现有热泵行业的三大主流细分领域高温热泵、普通热泵、低温环境热泵,分别对各个领域的低GWP制冷剂的应用情况进行分析,提出未来中期和长期的可能发生的冷媒替换形势.同时对R290和CO2两种典型的适用于热泵行业的天然制冷剂进行探讨,分析其未来发展趋势.开发适应于我国国情又能在国际竞争中处于优势的全新低GWP制冷剂(包括天然制冷剂)的热泵产品或将成为行业后续发展方向.
