Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is the most widely used polymer in the world. For the first time, the laser-driven integration of aluminum nanoparticles (Al NPs) into PET to realize a laser-induced graphene/Al NPs/polymer composite, which demonstrates excellent toughness and high electrical conductivity with the formation of aluminum carbide into the polymer is shown. The conductive structures show an impressive mechanical resistance against >10000 bending cycles, projectile impact, hammering, abrasion, and structural and chemical stability when in contact with different solvents (ethanol, water, and aqueous electrolytes). Devices including thermal heaters, carbon electrodes for energy storage, electrochemical and bending sensors show this technology's practical application for ultra-robust polymer electronics. This laser-based technology can be extended to integrating other nanomaterials and create hybrid graphene-based structures with excellent properties in a wide range of flexible electronics’ applications. 相似文献

A boronic acid-based anthracene fluorescent probe was functionalised with an acrylamide unit to incorporate into a hydrogel system for monosaccharide detection. In solution, the fluorescent probe displayed a strong fluorescence turn-on response upon exposure to fructose, and an expected trend in apparent binding constants, as judged by a fluorescence response where D-fructose>D-galactose>D-mannose>D-glucose. The hydrogel incorporating the boronic acid monomer demonstrated the ability to detect monosaccharides by fluorescence with the same overall trend as the monomer in solution with the addition of D-fructose resulting in a 10-fold enhancement (≤0.25 mol/L). 相似文献

采用熔融共混法制备了石墨(G)、碳纳米管(CNTs)与聚丙烯(PP)、聚己内酯(PCL)导电复合材料,通过改变G的添加量制备了系列导电复合材料。主要测试了熔体流动速率、力学性能、导电性能、电热性能,并进行了电子显微镜观察结构、差示扫描量热法分析、热失重分析。结果表明,PCL与PP混合后,PP的拉伸强度提升了4.375 MPa,在加入G/CNTs之后,力学性能受影响较大下降了约73.5 %;G/CNTs的加入还能有效降低PP的电阻率,使其从绝缘体变为半导体材料电阻率为7.83×106 Ω·m;PP与PCL共混后复合材料的热稳定性得到了显著提高,初始分解温度从368.88 ℃升高至398.95 ℃,在加入G/CNTs管后又进一步提高至408.78 ℃。 相似文献

Recently, ceramic matrix composites reinforced by short carbon fibers (CFs) attracted increasing attentions. To further improve mechanical properties and oxidation resistances, CFs were subjected to oxidation and acidification followed by sol-gel dip-coating to deposit ZrO2 on their surfaces. ZrO2-Cf/SiC composites were fabricated by joint hot compression molding and sintering, compared to Cf/SiC and SiC prepared by the same method. Microstructural analyses indicated that ZrO2 coatings were successfully deposited on CF surfaces, formed strong bonding and interfaces between CF and the matrix. Meanwhile, CFs were found uniformly distributed in SiC matrix with random orientations. Flexural curves of ZrO2-Cf/SiC and Cf/SiC revealed the presence of “false plasticity” regions after sharp drops, which were quite different from brittle flexural behavior of SiC ceramic. Compression strength of the three samples showed step-up growth. ZrO2-Cf/SiC exhibited the highest value, indicating the introduction of CFs and ZrO2 coatings do have great influence on mechanical performances. After heat treatment, ZrO2-Cf/SiC exhibited better oxidation resistance than Cf/SiC, with weight loss ratios estimated to ??3.76% and ??6.43%, respectively.
