Z170静音箱式发电机组风冷散热器的设计与匹配

装载机水散芯体散热机理分析及优化

针对某款工程机械备选的四组水散热器结构进行数值仿真分析并进行试验验证。利用Fluent微流道模型对平直翅片单元及错齿翅片单元进行仿真分析,比较了平直翅片和错齿翅片空气侧的流动及传热情况,探索了错齿翅片的强化散热机理,根据微观无量纲参数从四组翅片结构中初步选取了综合效果最好的翅片结构。利用风洞试验对最优水散热器芯体散热量和风阻进行了验证性试验。试验表明:仿真方法得到的结果能够应用于工程实际,优化选择的新水散热器芯体结构能够满足散热要求。     

Experimental evaluation of radiator control based on primary supply temperature for district heating substations

In this paper, we evaluate whether the primary supply temperature in district heating networks can be used to control radiator systems in buildings connected to district heating; with the purpose of increasing the ΔT. The primary supply temperature in district heating systems can mostly be described as a function of outdoor temperature; similarly, the radiator supply temperature in houses, offices and industries can also be described as a function of outdoor temperature. To calibrate the radiator control system to produce an ideally optimal radiator supply temperature that produces a maximized ΔT across the substation, the relationship between the primary supply temperature and outdoor temperature must be known. However, even if the relation is known there is always a deviation between the expected primary supply temperature and the actual temperature of the received distribution media. This deviation makes the radiator control system incapable of controlling the radiator supply temperature to a point that would generate a maximized ΔT.

Numerical comparison of airborne particles deposition and dispersion in radiator and floor heating systems

Many studies have been shown the advantage of low-energy heating systems, such as floor heating system in comparison with high-energy consuming systems, such as radiator heating system. The adoption of these energy-efficient heating systems still requires the provision of acceptable indoor air quality. In this research, three-dimensional comparison of deposition and dispersion of airborne particles in two radiator and floor heating systems is investigated numerically by an Eulerian–Lagrangian method. In an attempt to provide such data, the deposition of solid particles ranging from 0.3 to 10 μm is calculated and the main goal is to survey the removal efficiency of these two heating systems. The model validation is performed through result comparisons with published data from literatures. The results indicate that deposition ratio of particles is higher in radiator heating system. Furthermore, the numerical results show that the floor and radiator heating systems trend to deposit the suspended particles on the ceiling and on the floor, respectively.     

大型环境试验舱研制与应用

研制一种大型不锈钢环境试验舱,对舱的性能进行测试,结果发现：温湿度控制精密,气密性好,本底污染物浓度低,回收率高,自衰减率低,能真实模拟室内环境,完全满足检测和科研要求。使用该环境试验舱分别测试了空气净化器和散热器,发现该舱性能完全符合检测需要,测试结果符合实际运行情况。     

散热器散热中心高度变化对变压器温升的影响

建立了油浸式变压器冷却系统流体场的二维模型,得到了变压器内部各点的温度和流体场分布状况,分析了散热器中心高度变化对其散热效率的影响。
