“卓越计划”背景下大学物理教学改革的探索与实践

针对卓越工程师教育培养计划树立学以致用的教学理念,培养更好地适应当代科学技术发展需要的工程技术创新人才.建立创新的教育观念,选择科学教学内容以及先进教学方法,构建理论紧密联系工程实际的教学体系.在教学中培养学生科学思维、探索和创新精神,提高学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,通过引进先进教学方法,学生对物理学的近代发展和成就及物理学在工程技术中的应用有了更多的了解.通过大学物理教学改革,为学生学习专业知识和近代科学技术打下坚实的物理基础,并适应培养高质量工程技术创新人才所具备的基本要求.     

Management Systems: the End of the Beginning?

For many years quality managers have been striving to merge the requirements of management systems into business as usual. Traditional paper-based formats have made this very difficult to achieve. However, the advance of technology and the transfer of information to the electronic medium have provided new opportunities. In the new medium the EFQM Business Excellence Model may be used as a navigational tool to finally solve this problem.     

改进型粒子蚁群算法的应用研究

粒子蚁群算法综合了蚁群算法和粒子群算法的特点,在局部最优和全局最优解之间取得平衡。新算法在蚂蚁迭代过程中,每隔一定代数将数据引入粒子群运算以提高收敛速度。根据对TSP的eil51问题进行仿真结果可以看出,与通常蚁群算法相比,该算法不仅精度上较为满意,而且效率极高,具有良好的应用前景。

BUSINESS EXCELLENCE IN PUBLIC-UTILITY COMPANIES BY INNOVATIVENESS BASED ON DIALECTICAL SYSTEMS THINKING

Bertalanffian systemic thinking attacks over-specialization and tries to teach humans how to attain holism for humankind to survive. Indirect ways may support this crucial intention better, including business excellence, which enjoys the support of, for example, the European Quality Award (EFQM/EQA). But in some industries, such as public utilities working on waste problems, market and EFQM/EQA do not support systemic thinking well enough. The new model presented herein has been evolving for over ten years and has proven successful in practice in the public utility companies.
