中国智能机械制造评价及发展研究

以中国规模以上工业企业数据库为基础，结合在智能制造主要区域调研的结果，筛选出15145家智能制造企业，经同行评议后，生成322家候选企业名单；再由资深产业专家从“开发式创新”和“探索式创新”两个方面去考察候选企业的能力，得到中国智能制造百强排行榜；随后根据行业分类，得到智能机械制造企业排行榜。在概述了智能机械制造上榜企业的基本情况后，着重分析了前20强企业，并提出了中国智能机械制造发展路径和未来的发展趋势。     

Valorisation of potato wastes

Potato processing industry has a high degree of discarding, which currently has low added value being used primarily for animal feed. However, potato wastes offer a broad range of interesting components such as antioxidants, starch, protein or fibre with potential applications in the food and non-food industries. The recovery of these high valuable fractions using efficient multistage and multiproduct processes could be of great interest. This short review provides a general overview on the integral valorisation of potato wastes, offering an updated vision of the main residual parts generated during potato harvesting and processing, the high valuable obtained components focusing on the bioactive ones and the potential of the emerging extraction techniques over conventional ones. In addition, innovative applications are discussed to highlight the scientific and applied interest of these underutilised and undervalued fractions and to emphasise the integral valorisation of raw materials.

Innovative Membrane-Based Catalytic Process for Environmentally Friendly Synthesis of Oxygenates

Synthesis of liquid oxygenates from light alkanes (C₁--C₃) is achieved in a multifunctional three-phase catalytic membrane reactor (3PCMR) operating under mild conditions (T_R, 80-120 °C; P_R, 140 kPa). The features of superacid catalytic membranes mediated by the Meⁿ⁺/H₂O₂ Fenton system in activating C₁-C₃ alkanes are presented. The effect of operating conditions ([H₂O₂], [Meⁿ⁺]) on the catalyst activity is outlined. A general reaction pathway accounting for the activation of the CH bond of the alkane molecule on the superacid sites and the subsequent reaction of the activated alkane with primary reactive intermediates, generated from the Meⁿ⁺/H₂O₂ system, is proposed. The suitability of the 3PCMR in enabling simultaneous reaction and product separation is discussed.
