Hyperbaric storage (HS) was evaluated as a new food preservation methodology at room temperature (RT) for beef and pork meat, both minced and in pieces, and compared to refrigeration (RF) storage. The meat samples were stored at 50, 75 and 100 MPa and variable RT up to 60 days. HS at 75 and 100 MPa could not only inhibit microbial growth but also inactivate microorganisms. Regarding physicochemical analyses, an overall equal to better pH maintenance in HS samples was achieved, and similar colour differences between HS and RF were observed. Generally, similarities in moisture content and drip loss between HS (mostly 75 and 100 MPa) and RF were detected (tendency for lower values in the former and higher values in the latter for the higher pressure level). Protein solubility revealed a decrease of sarcoplasmic protein values during storage with a pressure level dependency in some samples.  相似文献

This paper presented the exergoeconomic evaluation of the developed desiccant-evaporative air-conditioning system. The developed system was evaluated based on the steady-state conditions at different regeneration and reference temperatures. The exergoeconomic evaluation method was implemented to the system components and the whole system to evaluate the exergy efficiency, exergy destruction ratios, cost rates, relative cost differences and exergoeconomic factors. The regeneration and reference temperatures affected the exergy efficiencies, exergy destruction ratios, cost rates, relative cost differences and exergoeconomic factors. The desiccant wheel, heating coil and evaporative cooler had a high cost rate (investment cost, operation and maintenance cost, and exergy destruction cost). The exit air fan, outdoor air fan and evaporative cooler had a high relative cost difference. The exit air fan, outdoor air fan and secondary heat exchanger had a high exergoeconomic factor. Replacement of the desiccant wheel with a higher dehumidification performance could decrease the high cost rate. A higher efficiency evaporative cooler and heating coil were needed. Cheaper air fans (outdoor air fans and exit air fans) were needed.  相似文献

针对在高太阳辐射地区,柴油车驾驶室内使用车载空调会增加车辆发动机的耗油量、降低柴油车经济效益的问题,搭建了一套由发动机尾气余热驱动的吸附式车载空调系统。系统由填充有氯化钙/氯化锰/硫化膨胀石墨复合吸附剂的吸附床、蒸发器、冷凝器、储液罐和阀门组成,使用氨作为制冷剂,利用车辆在行驶时接触到的自然风为吸附床冷却,在发动机尾气余热的驱动下,为驾驶室内提供连续的制冷效果。结合仿真和实验测试,对所设计系统的制冷性能进行了分析,仿真结果表明,系统最优循环时间为45 min,系统的理论平均制冷功率可达3.5 kW以上,系统COP处于0.2~0.25之间。实验结果表明,在230℃的尾气温度条件下,系统能产生3 kW的平均制冷量。在40℃环境温度条件下,系统在蒸发器进出口处的平均温差为6.5℃,平均制冷量为3.2 kW。  相似文献

PEM-based electrolytic air dehumidification is innovative in dehumidification that requires high precision and small space due to its high efficiency, compactness, and cleanness. However, the system dehumidification performance and durability are limited by using commercial Anatase-IrO2 catalysts. In this study, two types of structurally modified OER catalyst materials, ATO-IrO2 and ND-MnO2-IrO2, are developed to improve the performance of the system. System experiments showed that, compared to the commercial catalysts, the use of ATO-IrO2 and ND-MnO2-IrO2 as the anode catalyst can improve the dehumidification performance by 45% and 20%, respectively. Furthermore, in 50-h accelerated aging tests, the attenuation rates of the ATO-IrO2 and ND-MnO2-IrO2 systems are 3% and 8% respectively, which are far lower than the 35% attenuation of commercial catalyst. The results indicate that, as catalysts with a classic core-shell structure, ATO-IrO2 and ND-MnO2-IrO2 still have a significant impact on improving the performance of the electrolytic dehumidification systems.  相似文献

雅克拉凝析气田位于塔里木盆地北部,地处新疆维吾尔自治区阿克苏地区境内,它是中国石化集团公司西北分公司探明并投入开发的最大凝析气田,采用衰竭式开采。通过对井口物流的相态研究,认识了凝析气的反凝析规律,采取了提高凝析气中C3收率的方法,以确保外输干气的烃露点达到管输要求,并提高该气田开发的经济效益。在工艺方案设计过程中,通过多种工艺方案比选,确定选用膨胀机进口压力为6.0 MPa的膨胀机制冷工艺, C3收率达到92%以上,外输干气烃露点满足管输要求。  相似文献

A locomotive cabin adsorption air‐conditioner has been equipped in #DF4B‐2369 locomotive; and has been successfully run for 2 years. It is powered by waste heat from the exhaust of the diesel engine. The influence on heat transfer is described by the equivalent heat transfer coefficient or thermal resistance of components inside the adsorber. The variation of adsorption capacity is expressed by a non‐equilibrium adsorption function. The dynamic heat transfer process of adsorption air‐conditioning system is treated with the lumped parameter method. Some typical running experimental results are present. The diesel engine rotating speed and locomotive speed influenced on the refrigeration system are discussed. The maximum mean refrigeration power is regarded as an objective function. Based on experiments and theoretical analysis, the running characteristics of the air‐conditioning system are optimized. Some techniques of performance improvement are suggested as well. 热声制冷作为一种很有前途的制冷方法,在国内外相关领域引起了极大兴趣。热声制冷机由声发生器、共振管、板叠及高、低温换热器等部分组成。对声驱动器的振动膜及其冷却系统、气体弹簧系统、高、低温换热器进行了初步改进,使制冷机冷端温降从原来的12℃提高到27℃左右,这是目前国内报道的最大温降。  相似文献

采用IGBT开关电路,对大功率电阻带进行直流脉宽调制控制,实现了内燃机车大功率直流发电机负载实验中的负载大小的连续调节。为了避免在实验过程中IGBT器件的温度过高,采用独特的双管IGBT结构和双向强迫风冷的散热系统。实验表明该电路运行稳定、可靠。  相似文献
