In the frame of a systematic study of light ion induced threshold reactions on natural tin (Sn) excitation functions for alpha particles induced reactions are presented in a 12–38 MeV energy domain. Using a stacked foil activation method the following radioisotopes were identified: 116Te, 117Te, 118Te, 119Te, 121Te, 123Te, 117Sb, 118Sb, 120Sb, 122Sb, 124Sb, 126Sb, 117Sn, 111In. The experimental cross sections for these isotopes are presented for the first time in this energy range and a direct comparison with values calculated with the ALICE-IPPE code is discussed. Possible use of these data for production of some isotopes relevant in nuclear medicine is suggested.  相似文献

The possibility of using R124 (2-chloro-1,1,1,2,-tetrafluoroethane, CHClFCF3) and organic absorbents as working fluids in absorption heat pumps was investigated. Various classes of organic compounds, all commercially available, were tested as absorbents for possible combination with R124; the absorbents included DMAC (N′, N′-dimethylacetamide, C4H9NO), NMP (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, C5H9NO), MCL (N-methyl ε-caprolactam, C7H13NO), DMEU (dimethylethylene urea, C5H10N2O), and DMETEG (dimethylether tetraethyleneglycol, C10H22O5). To evaluate the performance of a candidate refrigerant-absorbent pair in a refrigeration or heat pump cycle, the thermophysical properties of the pure components and the mixture and the equilibrium and transport properties have to be determined, either from experimental data or by prediction methods. The thermal stability of the refrigerant-absorbent must also be tested. A method for the calculation of the concentration in the liquid and gas phases and the excess thermodynamic properties of the mixture as a function of the system temperature and pressure based on our experimental setup is described. On the basis of vapor-liquid equilibrium measurements, density and viscosity measurements and thermostability testing, enthalpy-concentration diagrams were constructed. The performance characteristics of the investigated working fluids in terms of the coefficient of performance (COP) and the circulation ratio (f) were calculated for a single-stage absorption cycle. In terms of overall performance (COP, f and stability) R124-DMAC was found to be the superior combination, followed by R124-NMP, R124-DMEU and R124-MCL (the three pairs for which stability problems were found at high temperatures), and finally by R124-DMETEG.  相似文献

This paper reports measurements of the thermal conductivity of refrigerants R32, R124, R125, and R141b in the liquid phase. The measurements, covering a temperature range from 253 to 334 K and pressure up to 20 MPa, have been performed in a transient hotwire instrument employing two anodized tantalum wires. The uncertainty of the present thermal-conductivity data is estimated to be ±0.5%. The experimental data have been represented by polynomial functions of temperature and pressure for the purposes of interpolation. A comparison with other recent measurements is also included.  相似文献

将点电荷模型和有效价键理论结合起来,发展成点电荷-有效键价模型理论。并利用这种理论模型研究了在高Tc氧化物超导体Y—124结构中被铁杂质原子所占据的有不同局域环境的铜晶位上的电场梯度和所对应的四极劈裂.利用这种方法建立了Fe(3+)离子在亚晶格尺度上的位移与其电场梯度和周围各离子有效化合价的关系.根据实验中的四极劈裂观察值,从理论计算结果中得到对应于Fe-O五配位的Fe(B’)离子将偏离CuO2面0.0195nm,而具有Fe-O六配位的Fe(B)离子将偏离0.0395nm.此两晶位上的电场梯度分别沿着+Z和-Z方向。这种点电荷-有效键价模型对高Tc氧化物超导体实验中晶位的指认和Fe(3+)的位移分析有重要的意义。  相似文献

Pulsed laser deposition has been used to grow epitaxially oriented thin films of Cu and Pt on (100)-oriented SrTiO3 and LaAlO3 substrates. X-ray diffraction results illustrated that purely epitaxial Cu(100) films could be obtained at temperatures as low as 100 °C on SrTiO3 and 300 °C on LaAlO3. In contrast, epitaxial (100)-oriented Pt films were attained on LaAlO3(100) only when deposited at 600 °C. Atomic force microscopy images showed that films deposited at higher temperatures consisted of 3D islands and that flat, layered films were obtained at the lowest deposition temperatures. Importantly, Cu films deposited at 100 °C on SrTiO3(100) were both purely (100)-oriented and morphologically flat. Pt and Cu films displaying both epitaxial growth and smooth surfaces could be obtained on LaAlO3(100) only by using a three-step deposition process. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy demonstrated an atomically sharp Cu/SrTiO3 interface. The crystalline and morphological features of Cu and Pt films are interpreted in terms of the thermodynamic and kinetic properties of these metals.  相似文献

The transition from superconducting to antiferromagnetic behavior in RE Ba2Cu3O7Hx, RE=Y, Gd, has been studied by Cu NMR and NQR. In the Gd compounds the spectra of Cu(1) and Cu(2) sites could be separated by the strong relaxation induced by the magnetic moments of Gd on the neighboring Cu(2) sites. Already at smallx of about 0.4, antiferromagnetic Cu(2) sites are revealed by an AF-NMR spectrum. At the samex we find a strong broadening of the normal NQR spectrum and a new sharp line at 27 MHz for63Cu, indicating a new EFG of the Cu(1) sites in the AF phase. The transformation to the AF state is complete at aboutx=2.0. Annealing of the doped material at 350 °C leads to the normal oxygen-depleted 123 compounds, proving that the cation lattice is not distorted even at highx. As in the case of the pure YBCO, no static magnetic moments exist at the Cu(1) sites of the hydrogen-containing phase. Hydrogen addition is found to produce a similar antiferromagnetic spectrum in 124 material.  相似文献

Lipolysis is the biochemical pathway responsible for the catabolism of cellular triacylglycerol (TG). Lipolytic TG breakdown is a central metabolic process leading to the generation of free fatty acids (FA) and glycerol, thereby regulating lipid, as well as energy homeostasis. The precise tuning of lipolysis is imperative to prevent lipotoxicity, obesity, diabetes and other related metabolic disorders. Here, we present our finding that miR-124a attenuates RNA and protein expression of the major TG hydrolase, adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL/PNPLA2) and its co-activator comparative gene identification 58 (CGI-58/ABHD5). Ectopic expression of miR-124a in adipocytes leads to reduced lipolysis and increased cellular TG accumulation. This phenotype, however, can be rescued by overexpression of truncated Atgl lacking its 3''UTR, which harbors the identified miR-124a target site. In addition, we observe a strong negative correlation between miR-124a and Atgl expression in various murine tissues. Moreover, miR-124a regulates the expression of Atgl and Cgi-58 in murine white adipose tissue during fasting as well as the expression of Atgl in murine liver, during fasting and re-feeding. Together, these results point to an instrumental role of miR-124a in the regulation of TG catabolism. Therefore, we suggest that miR-124a may be involved in the regulation of several cellular and organismal metabolic parameters, including lipid storage and plasma FA concentration.  相似文献

X-chromosomal retinitis pigmentosa (RP) frequently is caused by mutations in the retinitis pigmentosa GTPase regulator (RPGR) gene. We evaluated the potential of PTC124 (Ataluren, TranslamaTM) treatment to promote ribosomal read-through of premature termination codons (PTC) in RPGR. Expression constructs in HEK293T cells showed that the efficacy of read-through reagents is higher for UGA than UAA PTCs. We identified the novel hemizygous nonsense mutation c.1154T > A, p.Leu385* (NM_000328.3) causing a UAA PTC in RPGR and generated patient-derived fibroblasts. Immunocytochemistry of serum-starved control fibroblasts showed the RPGR protein in a dot-like expression pattern along the primary cilium. In contrast, RPGR was no longer detectable at the primary cilium in patient-derived cells. Applying PTC124 restored RPGR at the cilium in approximately 8% of patient-derived cells. RT-PCR and Western blot assays verified the pathogenic mechanisms underlying the nonsense variant. Immunofluorescence stainings confirmed the successful PTC124 treatment. Our results showed for the first time that PTC124 induces read-through of PTCs in RPGR and restores the localization of the RPGR protein at the primary cilium in patient-derived cells. These results may provide a promising new treatment option for patients suffering from nonsense mutations in RPGR or other genetic diseases.  相似文献

This paper presents a set of linear equations describing the temperature dependence of the saturated liquid thermal conductivity covering the region of engineering importance for the new hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) 32, 125, 134a, 143a, 152a and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC) 123, 124, 141b and 142b. Available experimental data in the literature have been considered to arrive at a correlation of the form λ=ABT. It is observed that there exists an appreciable discrepancy between various sources of data in spite of the same purity of samples used and the same measurement technique being adopted. The correlations obtained here could be useful in engineering design applications. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
