家蚕杆状病毒表面展示SARS-CoV的RBD蛋白及其免疫原性研究

利用杆状病毒表面展示技术,构建展示SARS-CoV的棘突蛋白（spike protein）受体结合结构域（receptor binding domain,RBD）的重组杆状病毒vBmgp64-RBD,并进一步研究其展示目的蛋白的免疫原性。结果表明：RBD蛋白正确表达并成功展示在病毒囊膜表面,将灭活的纯重组杆状病毒vBmgp64-RBD皮下注射BALB/c小鼠能产生抗RBD蛋白的特异性抗体,且抗体具有抗RBD蛋白的中和作用。证明vBmgp64-RBD有可能作为一种基于杆状病毒的新型SARS疫苗,为SARS的体外检测及后续疫苗的研究开发奠定了基础。     

Industrial application of RAM modeling: Development and implementation of a RAM simulation model for the Lexan plant at GE Industrial, Plastics

A RAM (reliability, availability and maintenance) model has been built for the GE Industrial, Plastics Lexan^® plant in Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands. It was based on a Reliability Block Diagram with a Monte Carlo simulation engine. The model has been validated against actual plant data from two different sources, and against local expert opinions, resulting in a satisfactory simulation model. The model was used to assess two key decisions that were (to be) made by GE Industrial, Plastics concerning operation and shutdown policies of the plant. The model results showed that the operation and maintenance could be further improved, and that in doing so the annual production loss could be reduced further.     

重庆市永川区渝西广场片区城市设计研究

本文在分析国内外CBD、RBD建设发展现状的基础上,以重庆市永川区渝西广场片区城市设计为例,对旅游导向型城市既有旧城中心与新城中心的动态互补发展进行了研究,提出了旧城CBD根据不同阶段的发展需要演进为RBD的可能。同时引入国外规划系统分类法,并应用城市设计所包含的形态、拓扑、场所三大理论,以相应设计策略解答了所有存在的问题,旨在为旅游导向型城市实现从CBD到RBD的业态和空间演进提供参考。

基于游憩需求的南京夫子庙游憩商业区功能结构分析

随着城市经济的发展和人们游憩时间的增多．城市游憩商业区（RBD）建设越来越受重视。选取发展相对成熟的南京夫子庙RBD作为研究对象．通过问卷调查获得游憩者需求数据．采用主成分分析法对南京夫子庙RBD的游憩需求进行分析．得出其游憩需求主要为精神需求、智力需求商品需求、购物环境需求、缓解压力需求和社会交际需求6个方面．并运用功能密度指数对南京夫子庙RBD的功能结构特点进行探讨．发现其存在忽视旅游功能建设、功能集聚程度不够等方面的不足．进而提出如何根据游憩者的需求改善夫子庙RBD功能结构的建议。     

The Effect of Temperature on the Tribological Behavior of RBD Palm Stearin

The wide use of petroleum-based oils raises concerns with regard to pollution, and the rising of awareness of greenhouse gases has created a demand for the use of environmentally friendly and biodegradable lubricants for industrial applications. Vegetable oils are one of the bio-oils that have been promoted as a replacement for petroleum products, in part due to their environmentally friendly characteristics; they are nontoxic, biodegradable, and easy to dispose of. Many researchers have performed studies on sunflower oil, corn oil, and soy oil, but few have studied palm oil as a lubricant. Palm oil produced in a high-throughput manner could fulfill the demand for bio-based lubricants. In this study, the influence of temperature on friction and wear performance for refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) palm stearin and additive-free paraffinic mineral oil is presented. The experiments were conducted using a four-ball tribotester. Test temperatures of 55, 65, 75, and 85°C were used. The sliding speeds were set to 1,200 rpm. Experiments were run for 1 h under a 392.4 N load. The results of RBD palm stearin were compared with those of paraffinic mineral oil. The experimental results showed that the RBD palm stearin had better performance compared to paraffinic mineral oil in terms of reducing frictional constraints.
