准确仿真火箭发动机的自由射流噪声,是保证火箭稳定发射的关键手段.火箭发射过程中的自由射流噪声主要由发动机流场中的燃烧噪声、内部障碍物周围的流动噪声、管壁的摩擦噪声等单极子声源所产生的复合噪声叠加而成,噪声在方向上的特征较为复杂.传统的Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes方法仅仅得到了时均的流场,无法预测自由射流的方向性,导致对噪声的仿真效果不好.提出采用大涡仿真与FW-H表面积分法相结合对火箭发动机的流场与噪声远场进行仿真,使用大涡仿真与Mohring声类比相结合,对噪声的方向性进行预测,克服传统方法存在的弊端,完成噪声仿真过程.仿真结果显示:流场吻合很好,声场中低频声压级吻合较好,高频声压级略低于测定值,测点的综合声压级误差较小. 相似文献

Aging induced changes in the mechanical properties of solid propellant can lead to defects, such as cracks and grain‐liner separations, that limit the service lifetime of solid rocket motors. The use of embedded sensors is one approach that is being explored by various researchers to augment legacy inspection and prediction methods. We present herein an active sensing technique that is particularly suited for monitoring the properties of solid propellant, as it does not introduce electrical wires into the motor. Based on the use of magnetic induction for excitation and an optical fiber Bragg grating sensor to measure deformation, the method can be used to characterize the properties of a material with which it is in contact. In this paper, we first present proof‐of‐principal experiments demonstrating the utility of the method in characterizing the visco‐elastic properties of an adhesive, and in following changes in viscosity of an epoxy resin during cure. We next apply the method to solid propellant, and present data demonstrating that the method can be used to measure a deflection‐load curve of an aluminized HTPB propellant. In addition, we also show that the observed strain rate sensitivity matches that found in the literature and that the method had more than adequate resolution to observe the expected changes in material properties due to aging. 相似文献

为提高爆炸带的展直率,确保火箭爆破器的破障效果,建立二维有限质点模型对火箭爆破器系统的飞行特性进行研究。根据力学方程、运动方程和几何连续方程,通过时间差分法对各质点的力学参数进行数值计算,并结合实验工况对火箭爆破器系统在空中飞行的力学特性进行计算分析。结果表明:在主动段中,火箭拖拽爆炸带加速运动,爆炸带保持直线拉直状态;爆炸带全部拉出后,由于阻力伞的作用,爆炸带的内力较大,仍能维持在展直状态;进入被动段后,随着火箭及爆炸带速度的下降,阻力伞对爆炸带的拉力随之下降,爆炸带在越过最高点后,下落的阶段容易发生弯曲。 相似文献

The problems of robust stability and robust stabilization of uncertain linear systems with distributed delay occurring in the state variables are studied in this paper. The essential requirement for the uncertainties is that they are norm-bounded with known bounds. Conditions for the robust stability of distributed time delay systems are given and a design method for the robust stabilizing control law of the uncertain systems is presented. The proposed method is applied to the stabilization of combustion in the chamber of a liquid monopropellant rocket motor. It is found that the combustion can be robustly stabilized when the two parameters pressure exponent γ and maximal time lag r vary in specified intervals, respectively. 相似文献

Hybrid rocket combustion has a manifestation of stable response to the perturbations compared to solid propellant combustion.
Recently, it has revealed that the low frequency combustion instability about 10 Hz was occurred mainly due to thermal inertia
of solid fuel. In this paper. the combustion response function was theoretically derived by use of ZN (Zeldovich-Novozhilov)
method. The result with HTPB/LOX combination showed a quite good agreement in response function with previous works and could
predict the low frequency oscillations with a peak around 10 Hz which was observed experimentally. Also, it was found that
the amplification region in the frequency domain is independent of the regression rate exponentn but showed the dependence of activation energy. Moreover, the response function has shown that the hybrid combustion system
was stable due to negative heat release of solid fuel for vaporization, even though the addition of energetic ingredients
such as AP and Al could lead to increase heat release at the fuel surface. 相似文献
