基于Android平台的嵌入式调频广播系统设计

为了满足移动用户对智能终端更高的需求,开发了基于Android平台的调频广播系统。在研究嵌入式调频广播系统硬件设计的基础上,重点介绍了Android系统内核层驱动程序、硬件抽象层（HAL）接口及Java本地调用（JNI）函数的设计和Eclipse环境中应用程序的开发,实现了调频广播系统搜台、播放和切换频道等功能。     

Quantitation of lysinoalanine in dairy products by liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry with selective ion monitoring

The unnatural amino acid lysinoalanine (LAL) has been identified in milk and cheese products by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC/ESI/MS) with selective ion monitoring (SIM) of the 9-fluorenyl-methylchloro-formate (FMOC) derivative. LAL is not present in raw milk or derived from Mozzarella cheese; however, high amounts of LAL are found in calcium caseinate and milk powder. As expected, milk fortified with caseinate or whey protein powder produces cheese with higher LAL content. Our analytical procedure is based on the simultaneous detection of specific ion masses of the FMOC–LAL derivative and the N-ε-methyl-lysine internal standard. A linear relationship was observed within the 0.2–20 ppm concentration range, in addition to a high correlation coefficient and ∼3% relative standard deviation.     

基于NiosII的SD卡驱动程序开发

提出一种在FPGANiosⅡ软核处理器下SD卡驱动设计的方法。采用Altera公司的FPGA可编程逻辑器件．构建了NiosH软核处理器平台,并在此之上实现了SD卡的驱动设计。实验结果表明：设计提高了FPGA系统的设计灵活度,并有效地控制了FPGA的资源利用率。     

基于NiosⅡ的音频播放器设计与驱动开发

采用TOP—DOWN设计方法,在DE2开发平台上完成音频播放器设计。设计主要包括NiosⅡ软核处理器、音频控制器、I^2C控制器和IDE接口等IP核构成的NiosⅡ系统．在此基础上完成μClinux操作系统移植以及完成基于HAL层的音频驱动器的驱动程序开发,最后用C语言在NiosⅡ系统上编写应用程序进行测试。该实现方法即是下一代消费类电子发展的趋势,也是集成电路发展的一个趋势。     

印制板热风整平挂锡的原因及对策

本文根据作者的实践经验,对印制板热风整平后出现板面挂锡的现象进行分析,并制定出相应的对策。     

Updated estimates of HAL n and RN− effects on pork quality: Fresh and processed loin and ham

A 1000-pig F2 intercross QTL detection experimental population was generated using two commercial sire lines. Independent carriers of HAL n and RN− mutations (10% and 14%, respectively) were included in this population as control genotypes. The effects of HAL n and RN− heterozygous genotypes on fresh and transformed loins and hams were estimated using a mixed model methodology. The results document the unfavorable effects of both mutations on meat quality. Smaller effects of HAL Nn genotype compared to HAL nn or RN−rn+ genotypes were estimated. Interestingly, effects of HAL Nn genotype on meat pH and loin color could be insignificant at 24-h postmortem, but translate into higher water losses on storage and cooking, and result in tougher cooked loin. Using the same methodology, significant effects of the PRKAG3 (RN) I199 allele on ultimate pH values but not on glycolytic potential were observed.     

SCA规范下DSP的硬件抽象层设计

软件通信体系(SCA)引入硬件抽象层(HAL)的概念,有效地将系统波形开发与硬件平台分开,两者之间的整合透过系统软件所提供的配置管理与硬件平台所提供的硬件管理沟通的机制达成。波形开发负责应用程序的开发,通过硬件平台提供的接口能与具体硬件分离;而负责实际工作执行的硬件组件配置则为波形提供统一的接口。这种方案属于动态链接技术,在系统run-time的过程中可视实际需要作硬件组件的更动。本文以DSP为例,在DSP上实现硬件抽象层(HAL)的思想,详细介绍SCAHAL的功能以及应用接口(API),描述在TMS320C6000上用实时操作系统DSP/BIOS实现该API的方法。     

Sequence Analysis of a 33·2 kb Segment from the Left Arm of Yeast Chromosome XV Reveals Eight Known Genes and Ten New Open Reading Frames Including Homologues of ABC Transporters,Inositol Phosphatases and Human Expressed Sequence Tags

The complete nucleotide sequence of a 33 221 bp segment, contained in cosmid pEOA1044, derived from the left arm of chromosome XV of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, appears in public databases between coordinates 177013 and 210234 (http://speedy.mips.biochem.mpg.de/). Computer analysis of that sequence revealed the presence of the previously known genes IRA2, DEC1, NUF2, HST1, RTG1, RIB2 and HAL2, one previously partially sequenced open reading frame (ORF) of unknown function (SCORFAC) and ten newly identified ORFs. One of the new ORFs is similar to the Drosophila melanogaster white gene and other transmembrane ABC transporters, another one has similarities to inositol phosphatases and others are similar to ORFs of unknown function from various organisms, including human Expressed Sequence Tags (ESTs). Potential transmembrane regions, ATP/GTP-binding and WD motifs have also been identified. The existence of yeast ESTs for two of the newly identified ORFs indicates that they are transcribed. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

功放预失真系统中嵌入式以太网的设计

针对商用嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈费用昂贵的情况并根据功放预失真系统网络通信特点,提出了基于SOPC技术的嵌入式以太网通信模块设计方案。实现了软核NiosⅡ处理器和实时多任务操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ为中心的硬件平台和软件驱动的设计、多任务操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的移植以及嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈的设计,最终在Stratix EP2S60F1020C4开发板上通过了验证。
