在空泡物理和自然循环重点实验室氟里昂热工实验装置上进行了CHF实验 ,实验段为9 5×1 0mm元件管组成的 4× 4棒束 ,并对其开展了 4× 4棒束CHF流体模化研究。在压力 1 5 9~ 2 73MPa、质量流速 4 88~ 2 0 80kg (m2 ·s)、临界含汽率 -0 2 0~ 0 3 0的工况范围内 ,采集了 1 70个 4× 4棒束CHF实验数据 ,并与压力 9 9~ 1 6 2MPa、质量流速 2 74~ 1 4 73kg (m2 ·s)、临界含汽率 -0 2 0~0 3 4工况范围内 ,以水为工质相同棒束实验段内的 2 0 6个棒束CHF实验数据进行比较 ,发现Ahmad补偿失真模型、张振杰模型和Stevens Kirby模型在上述工况范围内不再适用于棒束CHF的模化 ,这些模型的预测偏差均大于 2 0 %以上 ,而且棒束CHF模化的流量模化因子k明显地受压力、质量流量和入口含汽率的影响。据此提出适用于上述工况范围内 4× 4棒束CHF模化的流量模化因子k的关系式 ,其CHF预测偏差在± 1 5 %以内 ,均方根误差为 7 0 5 %。 相似文献

Electrospinning with a collector consisting of two pieces of electrically conductive substrates separated by a gap has been used to prepare uniaxially aligned PAN nanofibers. Solution of 15 wt % of PAN/DMF was used tentatively for electrospinning. The effects of width of the gap and applied voltage on degree of alignment were investigated using image‐processing technique by Fourier power spectrum method. The electrospinning conditions that gave the best alignment of nanofibers for 10–15 wt % solution concentrations were experimentally obtained. Bundles like multifilament yarns of uniaxially aligned nanofibers were prepared using a new simple method. After‐treatments of these bundles were carried out in boiling water under tension. The forced convective heat transfer characteristics for incompressible power-law fluids past a bundle of circular cylinders have been investigated numerically. The cylinder-to-cylinder hydrodynamic interactions have been approximated via a simple cell model. The momentum and energy equations have been solved using a finite difference based numerical method for a range of physical and kinematic conditions. The role of the two commonly used thermal boundary conditions, namely, constant temperature or constant heat flux, on heat transfer characteristics has also been studied. Extensive numerical results elucidating the effect of shear-thinning viscosity on the values of Nusselt number have been obtained for Peclet numbers ranging from 1 to 5000, Reynolds number in the range 1-500, flow behaviour index 1?n?0.5 and three values of voidages, namely, 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6, typical of tubular heat exchangers and tube banks. Under all conditions, varying levels of enhancement in Nusselt number are observed due to shear-thinning behaviour. The surface averaged Nusselt number shows strong dependence on the values of voidage, power-law index, Reynolds and Peclet numbers. The paper is concluded by presenting comparisons with the scant experimental results available in the literature. 相似文献

One of the ultimate goals of Manifold Learning (ML) is to reconstruct an unknown nonlinear low-dimensional Data Manifold (DM) embedded in a high-dimensional observation space from a given set of data points sampled from the manifold. We derive asymptotic expansion and local lower and upper bounds for the maximum reconstruction error in a small neighborhood of an arbitrary point. The expansion and bounds are defined in terms of the distance between tangent spaces to the original DM and the Reconstructed Manifold (RM) at the selected point and its reconstructed
value, respectively. We propose an amplification of the ML, called Tangent Bundle ML, in which proximity is required not only between the DM and RM but also between their tangent spaces. We present a new geometrically

A new wet flue gas desulfurization method by reaction across the falling liquid film on the outside surface of axial finned-tube bundle and its principles of removal of SO2 are presented in this paper.The effects of different styles of tube bundle,and the pitch of tubes,flue gas velocity,gas-liquid ratio and flue gas temperature on desulphurization efficiency and the moisture content of flue gas are studied.The experiment results show that desulphurization effect is better for flue gas at 65℃,4.0m·s-1 against the tube bundle of 10 rows with relative pitch of staggered rows S1/d=2.1,S2/d=1.8. 相似文献
