A New NTRU-Type Public-Key Cryptosystem over the Binary Field

As the development of cloud computing and the convenience of wireless sensor netowrks, smart devices are widely used in daily life, but the security issues of the smart devices have not been well resolved. In this paper, we present a new NTRU-type public-key cryptosystem over the binary field. Specifically, the security of our scheme relies on the computational intractability of an unbalanced sparse polynomial ratio problem (DUSPR). Through theoretical analysis, we prove the correctness of our proposed cryptosystem. Furthermore, we implement our scheme using the NTL library, and conduct a group of experiments to evaluate the capabilities and consuming time of encryption and decryption. Our experiments result demonstrates that the NTRU-type public-key cryptosystem over the binary field is relatively practical and effective.     

焦化污水处理工艺的优化与改造

通过对焦化污水处理过程影响因素的研究,优化了AAO污水处理工艺,对厌氧池进行了改造。使污泥的NO3-负荷减少,氨氮的反硝化率和COD的去除率显著提高。优选了混凝药剂,在混凝反应池增设了空气搅拌管,提高了悬浮物、色度等指标。实现了出水水质达标,使处理后污水可用于熄焦。     

银行交易系统灾备技术研究与应用

简要介绍银行在大集中后省级分行的灾难备份情况,以某省行交易系统为例,从省级分行的灾备需求出发,通过过多次实验,包括“从SAN中的共享磁盘启动小型机”和生产数据中心和备份中心灾难切换,设计了省级行以玲备份方式进行的灾难备份及恢复实施方案,有助于犬集中后省级行建立灾难恢复中心的建设,保证银行业务持续性稳定发展。     

一类完备格的商集的讨论

介绍了完全分配格、交连续格的商集、子代数、同态的概念．证明了完全分配格的笛卡儿乘积仍然是笛卡儿乘积，完全分配格的子代数仍为完全分配格，完全分配格在满同态作用下象为完全分配格，最后得出了关于商集的重要结论，类似地给出了交连续格的结论．     

对消防部队在地铁环境下应急通信保障的探讨

随着我国城市现代化的进展加快,地铁交通已经存在于各大城市当中,对消防部队而言在抢险救灾中现代化的通信技术必不可少,综合通信保障技术能为消防部队赢得时间、及时发现险情并及时联络各相关应急部门,有效提高工作效益。本文笔者就消防部队在地铁环境下,常规使用的无线通信信号受到太大衰减后,抢险救灾中如何进行综合通信保障,并重点就同轴电缆通信进行了一些有益肤浅的探讨,和同仁共商榷。     

浅谈交会定点的精度

交会定点在矿区图根控制中广泛应用，它作为测绘大比例尺地形图中的图根点、及测图时的测站点，其点位精度的高低，直接影响测图的精度，五种交会的交会角度大小对交会点位精度影响各有不同。为此本文对其精度进行必要的阐述，并加以分析比较，以便在实际测图中保证测图的质量。     

一种基于UDP电子政务消息传输的新技术

为了提高小消息、大并发、高吞吐量、高实时消息传输的高效性和可靠性,提出了一种基于UDP（User Datagram Protocol,用户数据报协议）的电子政务消息传输的新技术.该技术采用了一种消息刚好满足使用（Just meet）的思想,通过可靠UDP技术、低延迟处理协议等信息处理技术,尽量剔除数据传输中没有用的多余信息,来保证信息传输处理的低延迟和可靠性.应用结果表明,该技术提高了消息传输效率和可靠性,消息的处理能力可以高达每秒百万（条）级,处理延迟可控制在50ms左右.     

MODEL-BASED DEVELOPMENT OF REAL-TIME SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC UNIT PUMP SYSTEM

A real-time operating system (RTOS), also named OS, is designed based on the hardware platform of MC68376, and is implemented in the electronic control system for unit pump in diesel engine. A parallel and time-based task division method is introduced and the multi-task software architecture is built in the software system for electronic unit pump (EUP) system. The V-model software development process is used to control algorithm of each task. The simulation results of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (HILSS) and the engine experimental results show that the OS is an efficient real-time kernel, and can meet the real-time demands of EUP system; The built multi-task software system is real-time, determinate and reliable. V-model development is a good development process of control algorithms for EUP system, the control precision of control system can be ensured, and the development cycle and cost are also decreased.
