This paper deals with the modelling and the identification of an electromechanical Diesel engine actuator. The studied Bosch GPA-S actuator is designed for swirl/tumble flaps to control the air amount entering into the cylinder. This study aims to design a complete simulator that reproduces, with sufficient accuracy, the actuator dynamics taking into account the effects of the friction phenomenon. Hence, an overview of the actuator structure and its operation principle is first given. Then, its mathematical model as well as the nonlinearity, related to its behaviour, is discussed. Next, three identification procedures, which allow estimating both the system parameters and the friction model coefficients, are introduced. Finally, simulation results, using MATLAB, and experimental results, using LabVIEW, are presented demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.  相似文献

This paper introduces the conceptual architecture of a fully integrated, truly self-powered structural health monitoring (SHM) scheme. The challenge here is to power an array of numerous distributed actuators and sensors as well as wireless data transmission modules without recurring to heavy and costly wiring. Based on microgenerators which directly convert ambient mechanical energy into electrical energy, using the synchronized switch harvesting (SSH) method, the proposed solution allows avoiding the periodic replacement or reloading of batteries. This addresses environmental and economic issues at the same time, knowing that such elements are heavy, polluting and might be installed in rather inaccessible locations. Indeed, especially in airborne structures saving weight and maintenance cost is of priority importance.Previous work showed that such microgenerators provide a stand-alone power source, whose performances meet the requirements of autonomous wireless transmitters (AWTs) that comprise an acoustic Lamb wave's actuator and a radio frequency (RF) emitter (D. Guyomar, Y. Jayet, L. Petit, E. Lefeuvre, T. Monnier, C. Richard, M. Lallart, Synchronized switch harvesting applied to self-powered smart systems: Piezoactive microgenerators for autonomous wireless transmitters, Sens Actuators A: Phys. 138 (1) (2007) 151–160, doi:10.1016/j.sna.2007.04.009). Following this work, the present contribution presents a further step towards the integration of the SHM technique. It shows the ability of our microgenerators to provide enough energy to give logical autonomy to each self-powered sensing node, named autonomous wireless receiver (AWR), and thus to provide some local (decentralized) pre-processing ability to the SHM system.A preliminary design of the device using off-the-shelf electronics and surface mounted piezoelectric patches will be presented. Since the existence of a positive energy balance between the harvesting capabilities of the SSH technique and the energy requirements of the proposed device will be proved, the system formed by the combination of the AWR with the previously developed AWT, is a proof of concept of truly self-powered smart systems for damage detection in simple structures, setting apart application-specific optimization or miniaturization concerns that will be addressed in future works.  相似文献

Three primary differences between BNT- and PZT-based ceramics were analyzed from the composition and the active component of the materials. Based on the analysis the authors’ group developed the new idea of the design of the multiple complex in the A-site ions of BNT compounds. (Bi0.5Na0.5)2+, Bi3+ and Na+ in the ABO3 structure are defined as A-site, A1-site and A2-site ions, respectively, and A, A1 and A2-site ions can be simultaneously or singly substituted partially by alkaline-earth metal ions, metal ions with +3 valence and metal ions with +1 valence, respectively. Under this consideration, Several new systems of Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (abbreviated as BNT)-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were proposed. These ceramics can be prepared by conventional ceramic techniques and have excellent piezoelectric performance. Among these materials, Bi0.5(Na1−xy K x Li y )0.5TiO3 possesses higher piezoelectric constant (d 33 = 230 pC/N), higher electromechanical couple factor (k p = 0.40), larger remanent polarization (P r = 38.9 μC/cm2) and a better P-E hysteresis loop until about 200C. PMN-PZT ceramics doped with Li2CO3 and Bi2O3 as sintering aids were manufactured in order to develop the low temperature sintering ceramics for multilayer piezoelectric transformer, and their micro structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. The sintering aids were proved to lower the sintering temperature of doped PMN-PZT ceramics due to the effect of LiBiO2 liquid phase. Optimal values for multilayer piezoelectric transformer application, such as electromechanical coupling factor (kp) of 0.50, mechanical quality factor (Qm) of 2264, and dielectric constant (K) of 1216, and curie temperature (Tc) of 317 °C were found at 0.1 wt.% Li2CO3 added ceramics sintered at 940 °C.  相似文献

在电传动履带车辆中,能量的传递由电气系统完成,根据此传动系统的特点,提出将电气制动与机械制动耦合的联合制动方案,根据制动方式的不同,制定了紧急制动及其他情况制动的制动策略,在MATLAB/SIMULINK中分别建立电气制动系统数学模型和机械制动系统数学模型以及踏板信号数学模型,并依据履带车辆的行驶方程将电气制动系统与机械制动系统耦合,建立联合制动模型,并针对两种典型制动工况进行了仿真,得到了仿真结果,并进行分析,验证了该系统的合理性.  相似文献

The present paper deals with the development of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) fibres, pearls and fibre fragments, for their use as active phase in piezocomposites. As new a approach, the green ceramic components are shaped by polysulphone spinning, allowing for effective and flexible forming over a wide range of different geometries and sizes. The correlation between processing parameters, e.g. the slurry composition, nozzle size and operation velocity, and the resultant shape of ceramic components is analysed. Sintered piezoceramic parts show a dense microstructure. Performance data are evaluated on PZT/epoxy composites. Measurement results of strain, polarisation and piezoelectric coupling are given and discussed. The developed PZT components are seen as key for the creation of smart and lightweight structural components. Further, free formed PZT components open new design approaches for sensing and actuating devices and ultrasound transducers.  相似文献
