针对颗粒滚动摩擦作用对筒仓中玉米颗粒的力链空间分布进行研究,通过EDEM离散元软件建立筒仓模型与仿真玉米颗粒模型进行卸粮仿真模拟,并与筒仓卸料实验作流态对比,验证模型与仿真结果的准确性。通过对模拟仓进行切片观察和数据处理,对比分析了不同摩擦情况下力链的细观参数随时间演化规律。模拟结果表明:颗粒间摩擦系数越大,卸粮完成的最终时间越长;颗粒间滚动摩擦系数越小,颗粒由整体流转变为管状流的时间越早。对于有漏斗的筒仓来说,减小颗粒间摩擦会改变整体流和管状流之间的极限,从而增加产生管状流的面积。标准滚动摩擦系数下玉米颗粒在卸料过程中会出现起拱-塌陷效应;减小滚动摩擦,玉米颗粒卸料较稳定,未出现起拱的应力突增、以及拱塌陷的应力衰减;增大颗粒间滚动摩擦不但会增加拱效应,且出现成拱高度距离漏斗口更高。 相似文献

Vacuum induction melting is a potential process for the preparation of TiAl alloys with good homogeneity and low cost. But the crucial problem is a selection of high stability refractory. In this study, a BaZrO3/Y2O3 dual-phase refractory was prepared and its performance for melting TiAl alloys was studied and compared with that of a Y2O3 refractory. The results showed the dual-phase refractory consisted of BaZr1-xYxO3-δ and Y2O3(ZrO2), exhibited a thinner interaction layer (30 μm) than the Y2O3 refractory (90 μm) after melting the TiAl alloy. Although the TiAl alloys melted in the dual-phase and Y2O3 refractory exhibited similar oxygen contamination (<0.1 wt%), the alloy melted in the dual-phase refractory had smaller Y2O3 inclusion content and size than that in the Y2O3 refractory, indicating that the dual-phase refractory exhibited a better melting performance than the Y2O3 refractory. The use of a Pt-based catalyst was evaluated for autocatalytic hydrogen recombination. The Pt was supported on a mixture of Ce-, Zr- and Y-oxides (CZY) to yield nanosized Pt particles. The Pt/CZY/AAO catalyst was then prepared by the spray-deposition of the Pt/CZY intermediate onto an anodized aluminium oxide (AAO) layer on a metallic aluminum core. The Pt/CZY/AAO catalyst (3 × 1 cm) was evaluated for hydrogen combustion (1–8 vol% hydrogen in the air) in a recombiner section testing station. The thermal distribution throughout the catalyst surface was investigated using an infrared camera. The maximum temperature gradient (ΔT) for the examined hydrogen concentrations did not exceed 36 °C. The Pt/CZY/AAO catalyst was also evaluated for prolonged hydrogen combustion duration to assess its durability. An average combustion temperature of 239.0 ± 10.0 °C was maintained for 53 days of catalytic hydrogen combustion, suggesting that there was limited, or no, catalyst deactivation. Finally, a Pt/CZY/AAO catalytic plate (14.0 × 4.5 cm) was prepared to investigate the thermal distribution. An average surface temperature of 212.5 °C and a maximum ΔT of 5.4 °C was obtained throughout the catalyst surface at a 3 vol% hydrogen concentration. 相似文献

The influence of cementite spheroidization on the impact toughness and electrochemical properties of a high-carbon steel has been thoroughly investigated in this study. Heavy warm rolling, followed by 2 h of annealing, has resulted in near-complete spheroidization, leading to a microstructure consisting of nano-cementite globules dispersed in the ultrafine-grained ferritic matrix. The Charpy impact test exhibited superior impact toughness with increased spheroidization. It is validated by the presence of abundant dimples in the fractographs of spheroidized specimens, in contrast to the as-received one that experienced a brittle failure due to its lamellar pearlitic structure. Potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) carried out in a 3.5% NaCl solution revealed that the corrosion resistance of the alloy gets improved with the increase in the degree of spheroidization. This is attributed to the lower susceptibility of the spheroidized specimen to microgalvanic corrosion owing to the minimum area of contact between nano-spheroidized cementite and ferrite, as elucidated with the help of EIS results aided by equivalent electrical circuit model. 相似文献

Novel TiC-based composites were synthesized by reactive hot-pressing at 1800 °C for 1 h with ZrB2 addition as a sintering aid for the first time. The effects of ZrB2 contents on the phase composition, microstructure evolution, and mechanical properties were reported. Based on the reaction and solid solution coupling effects between ZrB2 and TiC, the product ZrC may be partially or completely dissolved into the TiC matrix, and then phase separation within the miscibility gap is observed to form lamellar nanostructured ZrC-rich (Zr, Ti)C. The TiC-10 mol.% ZrB2 (starting batch composition) exhibits good comprehensive mechanical properties of hardness 27.7 ± 1.3 GPa, flexural strength 659 ± 48 MPa, and fracture toughness of 6.5 ± 0.6 MPa m1/2, respectively, which reach or exceed most TiC-based composites using ceramics as sintering aids in the previous reports. 相似文献

化学转化膜是金属表面主要的处理方法之一,具备良好的附着力和耐蚀性,能为铝合金提供一定的临时防护。传统的六价铬酸盐化学转化膜在日渐严苛的环保压力下已经逐渐淘汰,取而代之的是近几年发展迅猛的三价铬及无铬锆基化学转化膜。铝合金可分为铸造铝合金和变形铝合金,按照所含主要合金元素和热处理状态可分为若干个系列和型号。本文选取几种典型的变形铝合金,综述了不同铝合金微观组织对转化膜成膜过程的影响,化学转化液添加剂、预处理和后处理工艺对转化膜性能的调控及作用机理,以及几种典型商业钝化剂在变形铝合金表面的应用。总结了目前变形铝合金表面锆基化学转化膜仍面临的问题和发展趋势,未来化学转化膜需在满足新型铝合金发展要求的基础上,通过不同有机、无机添加剂以及外场作用对转化膜的成膜均一性、完整性进行调控,以提高转化膜的综合性能。 相似文献

Hot-dip galvanizing is a standard technology to produce coated steel strips. The primary objective of the galvanizing process is to establish a homogeneous zinc layer with a defined thickness. One condition to achieve this objective is a uniform transverse distance between the strip and the gas wiping dies, which blow off excessive liquid zinc. Therefore, a flat strip profile at the gas wiping dies is required. However, strips processed in such plants often exhibit residual curvatures which entail unknown flatness defects of the strip. Such flatness defects cause non-uniform air gaps and hence an inhomogeneous zinc coating thickness. Modern hot-dip galvanizing lines often use electromagnets to control the transverse strip profile near the gas wiping dies. Typically, the control algorithms ensure a flat strip profile at the electromagnets because the sensors for the transverse strip displacement are also located at this position and it is unfeasible to mount displacement sensors directly at the gas wiping dies. This brings along that in general a flatness defect remains at the gas wiping dies, which in turn entails a suboptimal coating.In this paper, a model-based method for a feedforward control of the strip profile at the position of the gas wiping dies is developed. This method is based on a plate model of the axially moving strip that takes into account the flatness defects in the strip. First, an estimator of the flatness defects is developed and validated for various test strips and settings of the plant. Using the validated mathematical model, a simulation study is performed to compare the state-of-the-art control approach (flat strip profile at the electromagnets) with the optimization-based feedforward controller (flat strip profile at the gas wiping dies) proposed in this paper.
