This study aims to determine whether indirect touch device can be used to interact with graphical objects displayed on another screen in an air traffic control (ATC) context. The introduction of such a device likely requires an adaptation of the sensory-motor system. The operator has to simultaneously perform movements on the horizontal plane while assessing them on the vertical plane. Thirty-six right-handed participants performed movement training with either constant or variable practice and with or without visual feedback of the displacement of their actions. Participants then performed a test phase without visual feedback. Performance improved in both practice conditions, but accuracy was higher with visual feedback. During the test phase, movement time was longer for those who had practiced with feedback, suggesting an element of dependency. However, this ‘cost’ of feedback did not extend to movement accuracy. Finally, participants who had received variable training performed better in the test phase, but accuracy was still unsatisfactory. We conclude that continuous visual feedback on the stylus position is necessary if tablets are to be introduced in ATC.  相似文献

目的观察重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片对单纯疱疹病毒性阴道炎动物模型的疗效。方法采用单纯疱疹病毒感染建立豚鼠实验性阴道炎模型,并分别用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片600、3 000和15 000 IU/只进行治疗。以阿昔洛韦(无环鸟苷)和干扰素α2b栓剂15 000 IU/只作为对照。对治疗前后豚鼠阴道外观及组织切片进行评分。结果应用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片对豚鼠实验性单纯疱疹病毒性阴道炎进行治疗后,豚鼠阴道外观病变与组织切片病变评分均显著降低,其中15 000 IU/只效果最好。同样剂量的α2b泡腾片药效优于栓剂。结论重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片对实验性单纯疱疹病毒性阴道炎有明显的疗效。  相似文献

建立菊蓝抗流感片中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,DiamonsilTMC18柱(250m×4.6m,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(43∶57∶1),检测波长为326nm。蒙花苷在0.251 2~2.512μg的范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8;平均回收率为98.9%(RSD为0.3%)。可为菊蓝抗流感片的质量控制提供依据。  相似文献

为了提高石油储罐群消防安全监控系统的可靠性和灵活性,提出了一种基于工控机平台、平板电脑和Android手机的多模式监控系统的设计方案。分析了多模式监控系统的总体设计、底层各模块的功能,给出了中心计算机的上位监控、中心手动操作盘的应急手操以及移动监控模式的具体开发与实现方式。经调试证明,系统运行稳定,大大提升了消防控制系统的上位监控水平。  相似文献

通过融合书法字形状、方向和上下文特征并结合反馈技术,实现一种计算机辅助书法牌匾设计的方法.首先提取书法字特征表达书法字风格,然后通过风格一致性模型得到牌匾候选集,最后用对等反馈传递调整书法字的风格相似度.通过实验测试了不同的融合方法和反馈机制对牌匾生成的影响,结果表明融合和反馈均能提高牌匾的生成效果.  相似文献

Context: Continuous processing is an innovative production concept well known and successfully used in other industries for many years. The modern pharmaceutical industry is facing the challenge of transition from a traditional manufacturing approach based on batch-wise production to a continuous manufacturing model.

Objective: The aim of this article is to present technological progress in manufacturing based on continuous and semi-continuous processing of the solid oral dosage forms.

Methods: Single unit processes possessing an alternative processing pathway to batch-wise technology or, with some modification, an altered approach that may run continuously, and are thus able to seamlessly switch to continuous manufacturing are briefly presented. Furthermore, the concept of semi-continuous processing is discussed. Subsequently, more sophisticated production systems created by coupling single unit processes and comprising all the steps of production, from powder to final dosage form, were reviewed. Finally, attempts of end-to-end production approach, meaning the linking of continuous synthesis of API from intermediates with the production of final dosage form, are described.

Results: There are a growing number of scientific articles showing an increasing interest in changing the approach to the production of pharmaceuticals in recent years. Numerous scientific publications are a source of information on the progress of knowledge and achievements of continuous processing. These works often deal with issues of how to modify or replace the unit processes in order to enable seamlessly switching them into continuous processing. A growing number of research papers concentrate on integrated continuous manufacturing lines in which the production concept of “from powder to tablet” is realized. Four main domains are under investigation: influence of process parameters on intermediates or final dosage forms properties, implementation of process analytical tools, control-managing system responsible for keeping continuous materials flow through the whole manufacturing process and the development of new computational methods to assess or simulate these new manufacturing techniques. The attempt to connect the primary and secondary production steps proves that development of continuously operating lines is possible.

Conclusion: A mind-set change is needed to be able to face, and fully assess, the advantages and disadvantages of switching from batch to continuous mode production.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This study sought to identify and quantify the effects of environmental test parameters on the mucoadhesivity of a propranolol tablet. Their effects on Maximum Detachment Force (MDF) measurements were evaluated using a Box-Behnken design matrix. Prehydration time (PT) had a statistically significant negative main effect while contact force (CF) had no significant effect on in vitro MDF measurements. While contact time (CT) had no significant main or quadratic effects, it had a positive interaction effect with PT. The mathematical model was statistically validated and a PT of 3.5 min and a CT of 5 min was proposed for mucoadhesion testing by the tensile method during formulation optimization.  相似文献
