目的 从包装功能实现的角度分析研究时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器的原理、类型与发展趋势,指出开发设计时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器应完成的包装功能,为有效实现包装交流功能提供研究思路和技术支持。方法 列出现有食品包装功能在物理环境、周围环境和人类环境下的实现矩阵,通过研究时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器的实现原理和所满足的包装交流功能,探讨这2种技术提高矩阵中分值较低元素的可行性。结果 时间–温度指示器监测食品所经历的时间、温度的完整历程,有助于提高实现矩阵中ComA元素的分值;食品新鲜度指示器提供生理变化或微生物生长引起的食品质量变化的定性或半定量信息,有助于提高实现矩阵中ComH元素的分值。结论 时间–温度指示器和食品新鲜度指示器能够有效提升食品包装的交流功能,保证消费者安全,减少资源浪费,具有广阔的发展前景。  相似文献

This paper presents a three-dimensional, three-phase compositional model considering CO2 phase equilibrium between water and oil. In this model, CO2 is mutually soluble in aqueous and hydrocarbon phases, while other components, except water, exist in hydrocarbon phase. The Peng–Robinson (PR) equation of state and the Wong–Sandler mixing rule with non-random two-liquid parameters are used to calculate CO2 fugacity in the aqueous phase. One-dimensional and three-dimensional CO2 flooding examples show that a significant amount of injected CO2 is dissolved in water. Our simulation shows 7% of injected CO2 can be dissolved in the aqueous phase, which delays oil recovery by 4%. The gas rate predicted by the model is smaller than the conventional model as long as water is undersaturated by CO2, which can be considered as “lost” in the aqueous phase. The model also predicts that the delayed oil can be recovered after the gas breakthrough, indicating that delayed oil is hard to recover in field applications. A three-dimensional example reveals that a highly stratified reservoir causes uneven displacement and serious CO2 breakthrough. If mobility control measures like water alternating gas are undertaken, the solubility effects will be more pronounced than this example.  相似文献

Crystalline Fe/MnO@C core–shell nanocapsules inlaid in porous amorphous carbon matrix(FMCA)was synthesized successfully with a novel confinement strategy.The heterogeneous Fe/MnO nanocrystals are with approximate single-domain size which gives rise to natural resonance in 2–18 GHz.The addition of MnO2 confines degree of graphitization catalyzed by iron and contributes to the formation of amorphous carbon.The heterogeneous materials composed of crystalline–amorphous structures disperse evenly and its density is significantly reduced on account of porous properties.Meanwhile,adjustable dielectric loss is achieved by interrupting Fe core aggregation and stacking graphene conductive network.The dielectric loss synergistically with magnetic loss endows the FMCA enhanced absorption.The optimal reflection loss(RL)is up to−45 dB,and the effective bandwidth(RL<−10 dB)is 5.0 GHz with 2.0 mm thickness.The proposed confinement strategy not only lays the foundation for designing high-performance microwave absorber,but also offers a general duty synthesis method for heterogeneous crystalline–amorphous composites with tunable composition in other fields.  相似文献

In this work,the ionospheric variability is analyzed by applying the wavelet decomposition technique to the noontime fo F2,F10.7,interplanetary magnetic field(IMF)Bz,Ap,and lower thermospheric temperature at pressure of 10?4 h Pa in 2002.Results show that the variance of periodic oscillations in the ionosphere is largest in the 2–4-day period and declines with the increase of the period.The maximum variance of the periodic oscillations in solar irradiation is in the 16–32-day period.For geomagnetic activities,most of the variance is about equally distributed on intervals of periods shorter than 32 days.Variance distributions of IMF Bz and lower thermospheric temperature are similar to those of the ionosphere.They show the maximum in the 2–4-day period and decline with the increase of the period.By analyzing the distributions of the variances,the potential connections between the ionosphere and the external sources are discussed.  相似文献

Because of enhanced e cacy and lower side e ects,cancer immunotherapies have recently been extensively investigated in clinical trials to overcome the limitations of conventional cancer monotherapies.Although engineering attempts have been made to build nanosystems even including stimulus nanomaterials for the e cient delivery of antigens,adjuvants,or anticancer drugs to improve immunogenic cancer cell death,this requires huge R&D e orts and investment for clinically relevant findings to be approved for translation of the nanosystems.To this end,in this study,an air–liquid two-phase electrospray was developed for stable bubble pressing under a balance between mechanical and electrical parameters of the spray to continuously produce biomimetic nanosystems consisting of only clinically relevant compounds[paclitaxel-loaded fake blood cell Eudragit particle(Eu-FBCP/PTX)]to provide a conceptual leap for the timely development of translatable chemo-immunotherapeutic nanosystems.This was pursued as the e cacy of systems for delivering anticancer agents that has been mainly influenced by nanosystem shape because of its relevance to transporting behavior to organs,blood circulation,and cell–membrane interactions.The resulting Eu-FBCP/PTX nanosystems exhibiting phagocytic and micropinocytic uptake behaviors can confer better e cacy in chemo-immunotherapeutics in the absence and presence of anti-PD-L1 antibodies than similar sized PTX-loaded spherical Eu particles(Eu-s/PTX).  相似文献

Ultrathin polydopamine microcapsules with hierarchical structure and porosity were prepared for the immobilization of multienzymes using metal-organic framework (MOF) as the template. The multienzyme/MOF composite was first prepared using a “one-pot” co-precipitation approach via the coordination and self-assembly of zinc ions and 2-methylimidazole in the presence of enzymes. The obtained nanoparticles were then coated with polydopamine thin layer through the self-polymerization of dopamine under alkaline condition. The polydopamine microcapsules with an ultrathin shell thickness of ~48 nm were finally generated by removing the MOF template at acidic condition. Three enzymes were encapsulated in PDA microcapsules including carbonic anhydrase (CA), formate dehydrogenase (FateDH), and glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH). FateDH that catalyzed the main reaction of CO2 reduction to formic acid retained 94.7% activity of equivalent free FateDH. Compared with free multienzymes, the immobilized ones embedded in PDA microcapsules exhibited 4.5-times higher of formate production and high catalytic efficiency with a co-factor-based formate yield of 342%.  相似文献

本论文研究了新型高强钛合金(Ti-6Al-6Mo-4V)的微观结构和力学性能。分在α/β和β区固溶处理后,在460℃~620℃5个不同温度下时效6h,研究合金的组织与性能之间的关系。结果表明,α/β区固溶时效处理后的性能与β单相区固溶时效处理后相比,α/β区固溶时效处理后合金获得更好的强度和塑性组合。在850℃(α/β区域)固溶处理以及460℃时效后,合金获得最高的强度为1572MPa,伸长率为2.63%;在620℃时效时,合金的伸长率达到最高为11.46%,但强度较低为1201MPa。经过825℃固溶处理,540℃时效后,该合金获得最好的强度(1328MPa)和伸长率(7.58%)匹配。同时,β区溶液处理后的β晶粒较大,时效后形成细小的二次α相 ,导致强度和塑性较差。  相似文献

In this review article, we present more than a decade of our work on the development of brain–computer interface (BCI) systems for the restoration of walking following neurological injuries such as spinal cord injury (SCI) or stroke. Most of this work has been in the domain of non-invasive electroencephalogram-based BCIs, including interfacing our system with a virtual reality environment and physical prostheses. Real-time online tests are presented to demonstrate the ability of able-bodied subjects as well as those with SCI to purposefully operate our BCI system. Extensions of this work are also presented and include the development of a portable low-cost BCI suitable for at-home use, our ongoing efforts to develop a fully implantable BCI for the restoration of walking and leg sensation after SCI, and our novel BCI-based therapy for stroke rehabilitation.  相似文献

目的 通过对广泛使用的PBAT–PLA生物降解膜袋在受控需氧堆肥条件下的降解机制研究,为生物降解塑料的大规模推广提供重要理论基础。方法 根据GB/T 19277.1—2011,在(58±2)℃需氧条件下,对PBAT–PLA膜袋进行为期160 d的生物降解测试(即工业堆肥),并以常见的可降解材料微晶纤维素作为参比样品。对降解前后的材料进行红外、扫描电镜、能谱分析,并结合其所在堆肥样本的脂肪酶活性,从多角度探寻降解机制。结果 PBAT–PLA膜袋与微晶纤维素所在的堆肥脂肪酶活性都达到空白堆肥的3倍以上。红外显示由微晶纤维素水分子吸附、糖环打开、基团氧化形成的吸收峰加强,PBAT–PLA膜袋中的酯键峰明显减弱;扫描电镜发现降解的PBAT–PLA膜袋表面覆盖了微生物膜;能谱分析发现,碳元素大幅减少,氧元素增加。结论 微生物在PBAT–PLA膜袋表面生长形成生物膜,分泌大量脂肪酶,水解PBAT–PLA的酯键,使聚合物降解为不同链长的中间体或小分子,同时伴随着氧化,随后被作为碳源,在相关微生物体内被代谢利用,形成最终产物。  相似文献
