智能温度测量系统设计

以AT89C52单片机作为微控制器，设计了一个智能温度测量系统。该系统通过DS18B20温度传感器实现环境温度的采集和A/D转换，模数转化后的电信号送入AT89C52单片机，再通过单片机将其送入LCD1602数码管进行显示。通过实验结果可以看出，相比较传统的温度采集方法，该系统能够快速准确地检测温度，并且检测精度可以达到0.1 ；同时，该系统具有过温点设定值调节及温度上下限蜂鸣提示的优点。     

Anti-proliferative effects of a small molecule inhibitor of CDK AT7519 on chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cells through halting the transition of cells from G2/M phase of the cell cycle

Pathogenesis of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) has mostly been studied with regard to the oncogenic role of BCR/ABL fusion; however, recent disclosures have declared that the challenges with the treatment of CML patients would not be resolved until the role of other aberrancies is ignored. Given the involvement of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) in the pathogenesis of CML, the present study aimed to investigate the effects of a multi-CDK inhibitor AT7519 on BCR/ABL-harboring CML-derived K562 cells. Our results showed that AT7519 effectively reduced the survival of K562 and induced its anti-proliferative effect through the induction of G2/M arrest due to elevated p21 and p27. The resulting data also revealed that either direct or indirect suppression of c-Myc using specific c-Myc inhibitor 10058-F4 and selective PI3K inhibitor CAL-101 resulted in a superior cytotoxicity, suggesting that the activation of PI3K pathway could attenuate antileukemic effects of the inhibitor, at least partly, through a c-Mycdependent mechanism. To the best of our knowledge, to date, no study has addressed the effect of autophagy on CML cell response to AT7519, and, herein, we proposed for the first time that the suppression of autophagy boosted AT7519 cytotoxicity against K562. Overall, we suggested that selective CDK inhibitor AT7519 exerted antileukemic effect against CML cells and propose a novel therapeutic application for the inhibitor either as a single agent or in combination with c-Myc and/or PI3K inhibitors.     

Toward TechnoAccess: A narrative review of disabled and aging experiences of using technology to access the arts

This paper presents a narrative literature review that addresses the issue of how disabled and aging people access the arts through technology. Our review synthesized 56 studies about disabled and aging people's experiences of access through technology, with a focus on methods used and accounts of user experiences/stories to inform a Canadian research and development initiative called Accessing the Arts. We urge designers and developers to consider the complex, multimodal sociotechnical relationships surrounding technology and access—or TechnoAccess—as they develop technology with disability, aging and access in mind. Although existing evidence offers ways to improve everyone's access to the arts, recommendations are provided for research around access and technology as an inherently politicized topic that must be informed by disabled and aging people's intersectional cultural experiences, including how they wish to use technology to access the arts.     

嵌入式语音播放电路的设计与实现

语音芯片ISD4004是美国ISD公司的产品，此芯片具有独特的存储方式，无须A／D转换和压缩就可以直接储存，没有A／D转换误差，在一个记录位（bit）可存储250级声音信号，相当于通常的A／D记录的8倍。其片内集成了晶体振荡器、麦克风前置放人器、自动增益控制等电路，只需很少的外围器件，就可以构成一个完整的语音播放系统。本文向大家介绍一种基于ISD4004芯片的语音播放电路。该电路的特点是可以嵌入到其它基于单片机的控制系统中，成为其有机组成部分。软件上重点介绍如何用AT89C51模拟SPI（Serial Peripheral Interface）总线技术，实现对ISD4004的控制。     

通风机效率现场测试系统的研究

介绍了气隙转矩法的工作原理,给出了通风机效率现场测试系统的硬件组成,并阐述了效率测试过程。测试系统以FPGA和AT89S52为核心,经实际应用表明具有良好的精度,可靠的稳定性,有效地解决了风机效率现场测试难的问题,具有广阔的应用前景。     

DS18B20在温度控制中的应用

介绍了单线数字温度传感器DS1 8B2 0的结构、特点、工作原理 ,设计了一种基于DS1 8B2 0的数字自动化温度控制装置。给出了装置的结构及DS1 8B2 0的C5 1程序     

火药温度模拟测量装置设计

研制与某火箭炮推进剂温度变化特性曲线一致的替代材料,并模拟发动机装药结构进行结构设计;在此基础上,通过设计的药温实时测量装置测量该推进剂相似体,间接获取火箭炮推进剂的温度,并将数据通过串口实时可靠地传送到火控计算机用于弹道解算;该测量装置以单片机 AT89S52作为主控芯片,为保证可靠性,有效利用了单片机内置的看门狗模块,温度测量利用单总线测温元件 DS18B20实现,测量结果由液晶显示器显示;试验证明：药温测量精确度等各项性能指标均达到要求,完全可以满足现代火炮和火箭炮对数字化和信息化的要求。     

基于AT25DF641的弹载数据记录器的设计

文中设计了一种基于新型串行Nand Flash存储器AT25DF641的低成本炮弹弹载数据记录器。采用五片存储器阵列,通过对数据采集和存储过程的优化,写入速度可达980kbitls。采用贴片、小封装元件实现小型化。采用电路板固封、控制引脚单独连接、存储器编程和擦除的保护等抗干扰措施。弹载条件下,实际平均速度800kbitls以上,很好的满足了实际需求。     

基于模糊PID的AT89C2051单片机智能温度控制系统

以AT89C2051单片机为核心的模糊PID电阻炉温度控制器,由电源、控制算法、温度检测、键盘输入、温度显示、上位机通信及开关量输出控制等组成.控制器以参数偏差和偏差变化作为输入,以PID控制器的△Kp、△Ki、△Kd参数作为输出.子程序对相关事件处理以标志位和判断标志位完成,主程序通过调用子程序实现温度控制器功能.     

涂膜机单片机控制及其人机界面研究

针对涂膜机平稳性低和痕迹均匀性等问题,以AT89S52微控制器为核心,同时由步进电机、压机、传感器和人机界面等部件组成。软件Keil4为开发环境,使用C语言开发。硬件以Altium Designer Summer 09开发环境,设计原理图和PCB。按照系统模块化设计,分别对每一个模块进行测试、处理及分析,最后对全部模块集合起来进行调试和实验。实验实现步进电机控制,实现涂膜机速度控制的稳定。通过实验研究,完成涂膜机的运动控制和显示,同时涂膜机提高了30％的准确度,可靠性达40％,从根本上解决了涂膜机的问题。
