前期开发的海藻酸辅助法制备氧化铝小球,具有颗粒在水中成型、能耗低与生产过程绿色无污染等特点。在此基础上,结合广泛应用于介孔及大孔材料制备上的乳液模板法,对γ-Al2O3小球进行扩孔,制备了总孔容及平均孔径较大的球形γ-Al2O3,以氮吸附-脱附、机械强度测定仪、XRD、SEM、TG等方法对样品进行表征,考察了乳液类型、乳液用量对γ-Al2O3小球孔结构及其他理化性质的影响。结果表明:乳液质量分数为10%(以PB质量为100%)时,所制备的γ-Al2O3小球的总孔容可达0.7 cm3/g左右,平均孔径可达10 nm左右,孔径分布较集中;少量乳液的添加不会影响γ-Al2O3小球的晶相,此外,在高温煅烧过程中,所添加乳液较易充分燃烧,因此不会引入积炭问题。  相似文献

Lipophilic functional ingredients are usually incorporated into aqueous-based foods and beverages in the form of colloidal dispersions. In this study, we investigated the rate and extent of solubilization of emulsified lemon oil in mixed non-ionic surfactant solutions (buffer: propylene glycol = 2:1): sucrose monopalmitate (SMP) and/or Tween 80 (T80). The influence of surfactant concentration, type, and mixing ratio on lemon oil solubilization was investigated, with the aim of identifying suitable conditions for preparing stable microemulsions and nanoemulsions. Solubilization was monitored by measuring changes in light scattering by lemon oil droplets after they were dispersed in surfactant solutions (pH 7). The solubilization process was rapid (<few minutes), with the rate increasing with increasing surfactant concentration. For a particular surfactant type and concentration, lemon oil was transferred from nanoemulsion droplets into microemulsion droplets until a critical lemon oil concentration (Csat) was reached, after which it remained as nanoemulsion droplets. The value of Csat increased with increasing surfactant concentration and was higher for SMP than Tween 80. The impact of storage at pH 3.5 on the physical stability of microemulsions and nanoemulsions was examined. Acid stable colloidal dispersions could not be formed using SMP alone. However, relatively stable nanoemulsions and microemulsions could be formed when ≥75 or 50 wt% Tween 80 was incorporated into the surfactant phase, respectively. This study provides important information for the rational design of food-grade colloidal delivery systems for encapsulating and delivering functional lipids for food and beverage applications.  相似文献

Tea tree oil (TTO) exhibits excellent broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. In order to preserve it from the degradation in the presence of oxygen, light and temperature, TTO was encapsulated in liposomes (LTTOs) using the thin-membrane hydration and sonication method, and characterised by Zetasizer for size and size distribution, transmission electron microscope for morphology, zeta-potential for surface charge, entrapment efficiency and TTO release from the nanoparticles. The antimicrobial activities of phosphate-buffered saline solution containing TTO, unloaded liposomes and LTTOs suspension were determined by twofold serial broth dilution technique. The size of LTTOs was 75 nm and the encapsulation efficiency of 96.08% was obtained. LTTOs exhibited slow release of TTO and superior broad-spectrum antimicrobial effects compared with free TTO. Liposomes not only effectively encapsulated TTO to form a stable liposome suspension, but also enhanced inhibition and bactericidal effect on the TTO-tolerant strain. The liposomal systems carrying TTO may be a potential alternative for effective antimicrobial agents.  相似文献

A simple methodology has been demonstrated to synthesize various nanocrystalline Cu2O materials assisted by composite surfactant system, SDS and Tween 80 using the polyol method. Glycolaldehyde prepared in situ by heating ethylene glycol solvent at 160 °C for 2 h, was utilized as the reducing agent. The relative ratio of the two surfactants was manipulated to achieve different Cu2O morphologies, e.g. nanocrystalline Cu2O flowers, hollow spheres consisting of holes and ring type structure. The FT-IR spectroscopy confirmed that the SDS and Tween 80 moieties were indeed present on the surface as capping agents in order to stabilize the surface nanocrystallites by the co-ordinative interactions between the oxygen atoms of Tween 80 and SDS and the Cu atoms at the surface of the synthesized Cu2O particles. These oxygen atoms eventually encourage the oxidation of the surface Cu atoms to form a thin CuO layer, presence of which on the surface was corroborated by the XPS measurements. Sputtering of the samples was also carried out to remove the surface CuO thin layer and expose the inner Cu2O. These nanomaterials were then investigated for their potential applications in photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B dye.  相似文献

添加聚山梨醇酯80(又名Tween80)或其它表面活性剂是防止蛋白质药物制剂中蛋白聚体形成的主要手段,需要根据研发蛋白制剂的特点选择适当的准确快速测定Tween80含量的方法。综述了近年来在蛋白制剂中检测Tween80含量的研究进展情况。介绍了多种定量蛋白制剂中Tween80的方法,并比较了各方法的优缺点。尤其对于含有高浓度蛋白质的制剂样品中Tween80的定量测定,分析了不同的文献方法以及专利方法的可行性。  相似文献

A method for the preparation of TiO2 thick films made of anatase nanocrystallites and featuring a mesoporous structure is described. Modification of a typical sol–gel synthesis that uses Titanium (IV) isopropoxide (TTIP) as precursor, through both the incorporation of a non-ionic surfactant (Tween 20) and the optimization of thermal treatments, allows to increase the thickness of each spin-coated layer, and to obtain by successive runs porous, transparent, homogeneous and crackless films with thickness up to 1.2 μm. The effect of the changing the Tween 20/TTIP ratio (R, ranging from 0.25 to 1.00) on the crystallographic, morphological and optical properties has been studied by X-ray Diffraction, N2 adsorption, UV–Visible Spectroscopy and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy, in both powder and film form. The size of particles decreases slightly with increasing R, while the specific surface area increases somewhat. For all the R values, including R = 0, nanoparticles behave as direct semiconductors, in contrast with bulk anatase: changes in the band gap extent caused by the porous structure are negligible. Photo-electrochemical performance and carrier dynamics were studied using the films as anodes for the water photo-electrolysis reaction by means of Linear Sweep Voltammetry, Amperometry and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy. Increasing R values improves the photo-catalytic performance of the TiO2 films and leads to a comprehensive faster charge transfer at the oxide–solution interface, so that those with R = 1 offer highest performance, due to the combination of both higher thickness and improved quality of the material.  相似文献

利用掠射式椭圆偏振光谱法现场考察了添加吐温20前后碱性介质中锌电极析氢性能的变化及其对锌电极性能的影响.试验结果表明:吐温20作为电解液添加剂能够影响1mol/dm3KOH溶液中锌电极上的析氢过程,随着吐温20添加浓度的增加,对析氢的抑制作用增加.掠射椭圆偏振参量与电极电位关系进一步表明吐温20对锌电极析氢过程的抑制作用属于几何覆盖效应,同时也表明碱性电解液中添加适宜浓度的吐温20可以有效地抑制阴极过程中锌电极的析氢反应、枝晶形成与电极变形.  相似文献

Lemon oil is widely used as a flavoring component in beverages, foods, cosmetics, and household products. Lemon oil comes in a variety of chemical compositions depending on its biological origin, extraction methods, and purification procedures. At present, there is a relatively poor understanding of the influence of lemon oil composition on its functional properties. In this study, we examined the influence of lemon oil fold (1×, 3×, 5× and 10×) on the formation and properties of oil-in-water microemulsions and nanoemulsions. The concentration of both polar (high water solubility and low log P) and non-polar (low-water solubility and high log P) components increased with increasing oil fold. The nature of the colloid dispersions formed was established using an emulsion titration method that involved titrating lemon oil droplets into a surfactant micelle solution (1% Tween 80). Oil fold affected the rate and extent of solubilization, as well as the stability of lemon oil droplets to growth. The maximum amount of lemon oil that could be solubilized within the micelles increased with increasing oil fold, as did the stability of lemon oil droplets to growth. The results were interpreted in terms of the ability of different lemon oil molecules to be incorporated within water or surfactant micelles, and the influence of lemon oil polarity on Ostwald ripening. This study provides valuable information about the relationship between lemon oil composition and its performance in colloidal delivery systems suitable for use in the food and beverage industries.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Arthrobacter simplex cells immobilised in sodium cellulose sulfate/poly‐dimethyl‐diallyl‐ammonium chloride microcapsules were used for the microbial dehydrogenation of 11α‐hydroxy‐16α,17‐epoxyprogesterone to 11α‐hydroxy‐16α,17α‐epoxypregn‐1,4‐diene‐3,20‐dione in an aqueous/organic solvent two‐liquid‐phase system, which is a key reaction in the production of glucocorticoid pharmaceuticals. The aim of the study was to establish a suitable aqueous/organic solvent two‐liquid‐phase system for performing semi‐continuous production in an airlift loop reactor by encapsulated A. simplex cells with the addition of suitable surfactants to achieve a higher yield of the product. RESULTS: n‐Hexane was selected as the most suitable organic solvent. In optimised Tween‐80 emulsion feed mode the conversion in the airlift loop reactor was as high as 97.54% when the time of reaction was 2 h, and the reaction time was greatly shortened. In semi‐continuous production the cultivation with immobilised cells was carried out for five batches in total. The conversion in each batch was above 95% and the enzymatic activity still remained quite high after five batches of biotransformation. CONCLUSION: The results showed that performing the conversion by this method shortened the reaction time and increased the productivity, thus demonstrating the great potential of the method for the dehydrogenation of 11α‐hydroxy‐16α,17‐epoxyprogesterone. 在钯 (Ⅱ )与对碘偶氮氯膦配合物中加入吐温 6 0 ,形成三元显色体系 ,后者的灵敏度有显著的提高 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε63 8=6 0× 10 4L·mol-1·cm-1,钯含量在 0 1~ 1 2mg·L-1范围内符合比耳定律 ;同时方法的选择性亦有所改善 ,可在水相中直接测定微量钯 ,常见阳离子对此反应均无干扰 ,其他贵金属离子也有数倍的允许值 ,在钯催化剂回收液和二次阳极泥的微量钯的测定中 ,获得满意的结果  相似文献
