硒精炼车间工程设计实践

硒是一种用途非常广泛的稀散元素,本文在国内某硒精炼车间设计实践的基础上,对该硒精炼车间设计中的若干工艺参数、设备选型、厂房配置进行了归纳和总结。     

超低碳钢精炼过程中Fe-Al-Ti-O类复合氧化物夹杂的演变与控制

超低碳钢是一种重要的汽车用钢材料, 钢中通常添加钛元素, 使其形成析出物, 提高钢材的深冲性.然而钛元素作为一种脱氧能力较强的元素, 进入钢液中通常首先形成氧化物.为了减少含钛氧化物夹杂的生成, 基于"转炉-RH-连铸"的超低碳钢生产流程, 对RH精炼过程进行系统取样, 分析了铝脱氧剂加入后及合金化元素钛加入后的氧、氮气体含量变化及夹杂物特征变化, 并使用FactSage热力学计算软件对Fe-Al-Ti-O夹杂物稳定相图进行计算.研究结果显示, 含钛类氧化物夹杂通常以Al₂O₃类夹杂物作为形核质点, 对其形成包裹状夹杂物.若避免含Ti夹杂物的生成, 当钢中Ti质量分数为0.1%时, 钢中溶解Al质量分数应在0.01%以上.对含钛氧化物的生成及长大流程进行研究, 通过对Al₂O₃夹杂物及Ti₂O₃夹杂物粗化率的计算及附着功的比较可知, Ti₂O₃夹杂物在1600℃时的熟化生长速率较Al₂O₃较大且Ti₂O₃夹杂物与Al₂O₃夹杂物相比不容易相互碰撞融合并从钢液中去除.若提高精炼过程中的氧化物夹杂物去除率, 应严格控制含钛氧化物类夹杂物的生成.      

制备金属铪的新进展

金属铪在核能、航天以及军工领域有着得天独厚的优势,国内外对于金属铪的研究正如火如荼的进行。锆铪相伴而生,本文介绍了锆铪的火法和湿法分离,综述了金属热还原法和熔盐电脱氧法制备金属铪通过熔盐电解法、碘化精练法、电子束熔炼法精炼金属铪,就各种方法的优缺点和绿色生产的需求来看,新型熔盐电脱氧法和联合精炼法是值得发展和探究的方向。

航空交流电源系统仿真器的设计

介绍一种航空交流电源仿真器的设计，它采用微处理器通过SPWM控制，为了仿真航空电源的三相交流电源系统的正确信号与故障时的信号，是一个电压与频率变化的信号发生器。论文给出了变压变频控制方法．硬件结构和软件流程。该仿真器实现了多路的变频变压电源信号的控制。     

Study on Laboratory Method for Refining of SR Diesel Fuel

The method for refining the straight-run diesel fuel was studied in laboratory scale in order to make the acid number of diesel fraction comply with the standard while removing the naphthenic acids contained in diesel without causing environmental pollution. After comparing the effect of refining using three solvents, the isopropyl alcohol-HOA was specified as the best solvent. Meanwhile, the relationship between the acid number of diesel fraction and the amount of solvent used and the relationship between the concentration of solvent and temperature and the stability of diesel in terms of its acid number were also investigated. Experimental results had shown that when the mass fraction of the HOA-IPA solvent was 20% at a dosage of 17 mL of the solvent and a temperature of 30℃, the acid number of the refined diesel fraction was 0.015 mg KOH/g with a good stability of acidity in the diesel fraction,     

Construction of One-Million-Ton-Class Ethylene Project Kicked off at Dushanzi

The construction of a 10-Mt/a oil refining and 1.0 Mt/a ethylene project at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company （DPC） was kicked off in August 2005. This project includes 20 petroleum refining units and 12 chemical units with the budgeted investment amounting to 26.2 billion RMB. The construction of refining units is expected to be finished in 2007, while the construction of chemical units is slated for completion in 2008. After commissioning of the process units a production capacity of 5.5 Mt/a of finished petroleum products and 1.82 Mt/a of chemical products will be formed.
