多电平逆变器适用于高压大功率的应用场合,但其结构复杂,所需的功率开关器件众多,给电路的设计和性能测试带来很多新问题。为了测试各开关器件的电压电流应力、缓冲电路抑制电压尖峰的效果和层叠式复合母排的性能,该文针对一台高压大功率二极管箝位型三电平变流器,提出一种四管动作的双脉冲测试方法,该方法不同于用常规的斩波电路进行双脉冲测试,而是在实际装置中进行,能够模拟变流器正常工作时的所有换流模态,更真实地反映各功率开关器件的动态特性。若双脉冲的时序和脉宽设计不当,功率开关器件会出现非正常的换流模态和很大的关断过电压,过大的关断过电压可能导致器件失效。该文深入研究了产生过电压的原因并得出故障时封锁脉冲的时序。该文研究成果为二极管箝位型三电平全桥电路的测试提供了有效手段,对于设计可靠的三电平变流器具有理论和现实意义。 相似文献

In this paper, we present a study on the effect of inter-pulse delay using femtosecond double-pulse laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy in a collinear geometry. The temporal evolution of spectral intensity is performed for the lines of Fe I 423.60 nm, Fe I 425.08 nm and Fe I 427.18 nm. It is found that, by selecting appropriate inter-pulse delay, the signal enhancement can be significantly increased compared with the single-pulse case. A three-fold enhancement in the current experiment is obtained. The plasma temperature and electron density are also investigated based on the theory of Boltzmann plot and Stark broadening. We attribute the main mechanism for emission enhancement to the plasma re-heating effect. 相似文献

船舶电力系统频率的稳定性主要取决于船舶电站柴油机调速系统的转速响应特性.为了抑制负荷的扰动,提高柴油机双脉冲调速器的动态精度,本文将H_∞控制理论应用于柴油机调速系统的设计,将系统的性能要求转化为标准H_∞控制问题.建立了采用双脉冲H_∞调速器的柴油机调速系统的数学模型,针对外部干扰和模型的不确定性,双脉冲H_∞调速器的设计可以归结为混合灵敏度问题.计算机仿真实验结果表明,本文设计的双脉冲H_∞调速器能在充分考虑系统模型不确定性的情况下,有效提高系统的动态精度和抑制扰动的能力,改善船舶电力系统频率的稳定性. 相似文献

寄生电感是影响功率管开关特性的重要因素之一,开关频率越高,寄生电感对低压增强型氮化镓高电子迁移率晶体管(GaN HEMT)的开关行为影响越深,使其无法发挥高速开关的性能优势。通过建立数学模型,理论分析了考虑各部分寄生电感后增强型GaN HEMT的开关过程,并推导了各阶段的持续时间和影响因素,然后通过建立双脉冲测试平台,对各部分寄生电感对开关特性的具体影响进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,寄生电感会使开关过程中的电流、电压出现振荡,影响开关速度和可靠性,并且各部分寄生电感对增强型GaN HEMT的开关过程影响程度不同,在实际PCB布局受到物理限制时,需要根据设计目标优化布局,合理分配各部分寄生电感以获得最优的开关性能。 相似文献

Ultrasound navigation based on minimally designed vehicle inspired by the bio-sonar strategy of bats

ABSTRACTIn this study, we conducted vehicle experiments and a numerical simulation based on a simple algorithm inspired by the bio-sonar system of bats to investigate how the behavioral strategy employed by bats contributes to acoustic navigation for minimal-design sensing. In particular, a double-pulse scanning method inspired from the echolocation behavior of bats was proposed, in which (1) the direction of ultrasound emission by a vehicle equipped with 1 transmitter and 2 receivers was alternately shifted between the movement direction of the vehicle and the direction of the nearest obstacle, and (2) the movement direction of the vehicle was calculated for every double-pulse emission based on integrated information from all echoes detected. As a result of 100 repeated drives in a practical course, the success rate of an obstacle-avoidance drive improved from 13% with the conventional single-pulse scanning method to 73% with the proposed method. Furthermore, the numerical simulation demonstrated that the proposed method achieves robust path planning by suppressing the localization ambiguity due to the interference of multiple echoes. The practical experiments and numerical simulation suggest that bats employ a simple behavioral solution in the operation of acoustic sensing for various problems occurring in the real world. 相似文献

Four different welding sequences of double-pulse MIG welding were conducted for 6061-T6 aluminum alloy automobile bumpers by using nonlinear elastoplasticity finite element method based on ABAQUS software. The post-welding residual stress and deformation were definitely different among the four welding sequences. The results showed that the highest temperature in Solution A was approximately 200 °C higher than the melting point of base metal. High residual stress was resulted from this large temperature gradient and mainly concentrated on the welding vicinity between beam and crash box. The welding deformation primarily occurred in both of the contraction of two-ends of the beam and the self-contraction of crash box. Compared with other welding sequences, the residual stress in Solution A was the smallest, whereas the welding deformation was the largest. However, the optimal sequence was Solution B because of the effective reduction of residual stress and good assembly requirements. 相似文献
