Study of Leaching of Multimetal Sulphides Through an Interdisciplinary Approach

The leaching of a real multimetal bulk concentrate cannot often be adequately understood on the basis of published literature on simpler and often ideal systems because the process is far too complex, Moreover, the data can become ambiguous in the absence of adequate information on raw materials. Thus any process development work requires a thorough knowledge of the raw material characteristics. This paper describes the use of an interdisciplinary study for a better understanding of ammonia leaching of multimetal sulphides. The techniques employed comprise of X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, chemical analysis and microscopy.     

Moulding techniques in lipstick manufacture: a comparative evaluation

This paper examines two methods of lipstick bulk manufacture: one via a direct method and the other via stock concentrates.
The paper continues with a comparison of two manufactured bulks moulded in three different ways – first by split moulding, secondly by Rotamoulding, and finally by Ejectoret moulding.
Full consideration is paid to time, labour and cost standards of each approach and the resultant moulding examined using some novel physical testing methods. The results of these tests are statistically analysed.
Finally, on the basis of the gathered data and photomicrographical work a theoretical lipstick structure is proposed by which the results may be explained.

焦炭显微光学组织自动检测与提取方法研究

焦炭显微光学组织结构测定是一种重要的焦炭质量评价方式,针对焦炭显微图像边缘模糊对比度低且存在光晕伪影等问题,设计一种基于语义分割和全连接条件随机场的焦炭显微光学组织自动检测与提取方法。首先,利用偏光显微镜、工业相机和上位机等搭建焦炭显微光学组织测定平台;其次,利用残差模块和注意力模块改进Unet网络模型,加强显微光学组织区域的输出权重,实现对焦炭光学组织的自动检测与分割;最后,使用全连接条件随机场对显微光学组织的空间特性进行建模,细化分割边缘,精确提取焦炭显微光学组织。实验结果表明,所提方法的精确度、召回率、F1分数和准确率分别达到了0.967、0.959、0.963、0.965,优于其他对比语义分割网络,证明该方法具有较高的分割性能,能够实现对焦炭显微光学组织的自动检测与提取。     

用显微照相和SEM技术研究铁的阳极过程

利用显微照相和SEM技术研究了铁在硫酸溶液中的阳极过程.在预钝化区,观察到电极表面有一层银白色预钝化膜.XPS表面分析证明此膜很可能是Fe(OH)2.显微照相技术对于研究电极过程是一种十分有效的方法。

通过对实物地质资料岩石薄片的利用价值、鉴定弊端阐述与研究现状的简介;指出了开展岩石薄片显微图像数字化意义的重要性;着重论述了岩石薄片照相的常用方法技术思路、流程和工作方式,指出当前工作存在的问题与进一步工作设想。探讨了图像采集后形成岩石薄片显微图像数据管理,其成果产品可服务于地质及相关行业生产、研究和大专院校教学、地学科普等。
