This paper presents a space vector modulation (SVM) based Direct Torque Control strategy (DTC) for induction motor (IM) in order to overcome the drawbacks of the classical DTC. SVM can reduce the high torque and flux ripples by preserving a fixed switching frequency. This technique is known by the closed loop torque SVM-DTC. Moreover, the control scheme performance is improved by inserting a second order sliding mode super twisting controller in the outer loop for speed regulation. This nonlinear technique ensures a good dynamic and high robustness against external disturbance. Furthermore, the IM energy optimization is treated in the second objective of this paper. A proposed model based loss minimization strategy is presented for efficiency optimization. This strategy chooses an optimal flux magnitude for each applied load torque. The proposed optimized SVM-DTC algorithm will be investigated by simulation and real time implementation using Matlab/Simulink with real time interface based on dSpace 1104 signal card.  相似文献

为了解决膜层层数在一百多层以上的膜系在镀制过程中所必然存在的膜厚均匀性问题,定义了一个与镀膜机的结构参数、工艺参数以及基片几何参数均有关系的均匀性函数。以APS1104镀膜机为实验对象,针对多腔窄带滤光片膜系,根据此函数分析了镀膜机镀制较多层数薄膜时,其膜层厚度沿基片径向的变化规律,确定了影响膜厚均匀性的多种因素,解释了镀制多腔窄带滤光片薄膜成品率低的原因。实验结果证实了分析的正确性。  相似文献

焊接海底管道常用的两个标准是API1104(2007)和DNV-OS-F101(2007)。焊工的操作技能对于石油管线的安全至关重要,焊工资质评定是控制焊接质量的重要切入点。焊工资质评定包括重要变素、焊缝检验方法、评定范围三方面的内容,结合实际工作,对比分析了两个标准在焊工资质评定方面的差异。分析表明,评定标准在焊接方法、焊接位置的表示,接头型式,填充金属材料的分类,焊缝检验方法与验收标准,母材(包括规格尺寸)评定覆盖范围等存在着显著差异。掌握标准的要求有助于提高资质评定的有效性,保证项目施工的效率和质量。  相似文献

This paper proposes a design of control and estimation strategy for induction motor based on the variable structure approach. It describes a coupling of sliding mode direct torque control (DTC) with sliding mode flux and speed observer. This algorithm uses direct torque control basics and the sliding mode approach. A robust electromagnetic torque and flux controllers are designed to overcome the conventional SVM-DTC drawbacks and to ensure fast response and full reference tracking with desired dynamic behavior and low ripple level. The sliding mode controller is used to generate reference voltages in stationary frame and give them to the controlled motor after modulation by a space vector modulation (SVM) inverter. The second aim of this paper is to design a sliding mode speed/flux observer which can improve the control performances by using a sensorless algorithm to get an accurate estimation, and consequently, increase the reliability of the system and decrease the cost of using sensors. The effectiveness of the whole composed control algorithm is investigated in different robustness tests with simulation using Matlab/Simulink and verified by real time experimental implementation based on dS pace 1104 board.  相似文献

PID控制器已广泛应用于工业控制中,其性能好坏直接影响系统工作的稳定性和抗干扰能力.积分可分离式PID控制器是在常规PID基础上发展出来的一种新型调节装置.文章首先以PI控制器性能分析为例说明控制参数选择的重要性,并将常用PID控制器与积分可分离式PID控制器在系统动态响应性能上作以比较,最终应用dSPACE1104系统进行实时仿真测试,仿真结果表明最优参数的整定,有利于提高系统工作的稳定性和抗干扰性.  相似文献

This paper presents a modified structure of the backstepping nonlinear control of the induction motor (IM) fitted with an adaptive backstepping speed observer. The control design is based on the backstepping technique complemented by the introduction of integral tracking errors action to improve its robustness. Unlike other research performed on backstepping control with integral action, the control law developed in this paper does not propose the increase of the number of system state so as not increase the complexity of differential equations resolution. The digital simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed control compared to the conventional PI control. The results analysis shows the characteristic robustness of the adaptive control to disturbances of the load, the speed variation and low speed.  相似文献

Finite‐state model predictive control (FS‐MPC) has been widely used for controlling power converters and electric drives. Predictive torque control strategy (PTC) evaluates flux and torque in a cost function to generate an optimal inverter switching state in a sampling period. However, the existing PTC method relies on a traditional proportional‐integral (PI) controller in the external loop for speed regulation. Consequently, the torque reference may not be generated properly, especially when a sudden variation of load or inertia takes place. This paper proposes an enhanced predictive torque control scheme. A Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy logic controller replaces PI in the external loop for speed regulation. Besides, the proposed controller generates a proper torque reference since it plays an important role in cost function design. This improvement ensures accurate tracking and robust control against different uncertainties. The effectiveness of the presented algorithms is investigated by simulation and experimental validation using MATLAB/Simulink with dSpace 1104 real‐time interface.  相似文献

为了更为准确地评估基于应力设计管道环焊缝的缺陷尺寸,利用C#语言开发了管线钢管环焊缝宽板拉伸试验预制预测评估系统,基于国际上通用的焊缝缺陷评定规范API 1104,采用水平一(图表法)和水平二(失效评定图法)分别在不同的输入参量下对X80管线钢管进行了安全评定。结果表明,水平一(图表法)的评估结果更为保守,会低估管道的安全裕度;水平二(失效评定图法)的评估结果具有更好的工程实用性。  相似文献
