Abstract

The computer aided optimal feeder design in the sand casting process is considered. The design problem is formulated as an additive evolutionary topology optimisation problem. The initial design of the presented method is a casting part which is placed in a suitable environmental mould box. The method is composed of three stages: determination of the feeder neck connection point, construction of the feeder neck and the feeder growth. During the growth stage, the feeder topology is improved gradually until satisfying some predefined criteria. The technological constraints and user contribution can be easily incorporated in the presented method. The success of the proposed method is supported by illustrative examples.  相似文献

In parallel hybrid electrical vehicle (PHEV) equipped with automatic mechanical transmission (AMT), the driving smoothness and the clutch abrasion are the primary considerations for powertrain control during gearshift and clutch operation. To improve these performance indexes of PHEV, a coordinated control system is proposed through the analyzing of HEV powertrain dynamic characteristics. Using the method of minimum principle, the input torque of transmission is optimized to improve the driving smoothness of vehicle. Using the methods of fuzzy logic and fuzzy-PID, the engaging speed of clutch and the throttle opening of engine are manipulated to ensure the smoothness of clutch engagement and reduce the abrasion of clutch friction plates. The motor provides the difference between the required input torque of transmission and the torque transmitted through clutch plates. Results of simulation and experiments show that the proposed control strategy performs better than the contrastive control system, the smoothness of driving and the abrasion of clutch can be improved simultaneously.  相似文献

Considering the problem of too large area the shading disc covered,complex shadow band coefficients and too big diffuse radiation measurement bias,an automatic shading device for diffuse radiometer is designed and realized. Set a shading ball on the automatic sun tracker,drive linkage parallelogram structure with the declination axis arm,the shading ball can rotate synchronously with the motion of the sun and shade beam radiation measured with pyranometer,thus shading beam radiation and measuring diffuse radiation can be realized automatically. The comparison test results show that the automatic shading device can realize diffuse radiation measurement automatically,the accuracy of diffuse radiation readings can get a 18. 7% improvement compared with traditional measure system,greatly improves the reliability and accuracy of the diffuse radiation measurement.  相似文献

Several derivatives of 7, 8-dihydroxybenzopyrylium chloride and of 7, 8-dihydroxycoumarin (daphne- tin) were synthesized and investigated as developing agents. They function best in the pH range 10-11, and possess similar photographic properties to pyrogallol, but show better keeping properties in solution. The best compounds are daphnetin, its 3-methyl derivative and its 3, 4-dimethyl derivative. These give higher speed for the same contrast than do catechol or metol.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper presents an advanced control system in a tilting ladle type automatic pouring system. To improve the productivity and save energy, in the pouring process, it is important that the mould be filled precisely and quickly with molten metal. A sequence control employing prediction of filling weight is proposed in this paper. In the proposed control system, the sequence parameter varies depending on the predicted filling weight during the back tilting. The proposed control system has an advantage in that it can be performed by common control equipment such as a programmable logical controller. The effectiveness of the proposed filling weight control system is demonstrated through the experiments using water.  相似文献

Two non-competitive, antibody-capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, a commercial Kit VZIG ELISA and an in-house developed, amplified VZIG ELISA were automated by using the liquid handling and plate processing abilities of the Microlab AT plus 2 and Microlab F.A.M.E. instruments, respectively. The evaluation of the experimental data has also been automated by using the F.A.M.E.-specific data import converter and PLA software program for data capture / uploading and analysis. The automation increased the economy of analytical operations and traceability of the experimental data thus better supporting the production and clinical studies on a therapeutic Varicella Zoster Immune Globulin manufactured at Cangene.  相似文献

Centrifugation is a powerful method for solid-liquid separation. It can be applied in numerous ways to simplify solid phase synthetic procedures. At the same time, centrifugation is the only totally parallel technique which can be scaled up for processing volume or number of simultaneously run reactions, without the limitation of overpressure or vacuum-driven filtration-based systems. We have developed synthesizers based on the power of centrifugation- peptide and small organic molecule synthesizers utilizing cotton as the synthetic substrate and inclusion volume chemistry, synthesizers for automation of “tea bag” synthesis, and synthesizers based on “tilted plate centrifugation”. The last technique was employed in an oligonucleotide production facility with the capacity of more than 10 million compounds per year.  相似文献

The motors of a robot produce ego-motion noise that degrades the quality of recorded sounds. This paper describes an architecture that enhances the capability of a robot to perform automatic speech recognition (ASR) even as the entire body of the robot moves. The architecture consists of three blocks: (i) a multichannel noise reduction block, consisting of microphone-array-based sound localization, geometric source separation and post-filtering, (ii) a single-channel template subtraction block and (iii) an ASR block. As the first step of our analysis strategy, we divided the whole-body motion noise problem into three subdomains of arm, leg and head motion noise, according to their intensity levels and spatial location. Subsequently, by following a synthesis-by-analysis approach, we determined the best method for suppressing each type of ego-motion noise. Finally, we proposed to utilize a control module in our ASR framework; this module was designed to make decisions based on instantaneously detected motions, allowing it to switch to the most appropriate method for the current type of noise. This proposed system resulted in improvements of up to 50 points in word correct rates compared with results obtained by single microphone recognition of arm, leg and head motions.  相似文献

Control systems of different vehicles such as helicopters, cars and boats have a lot in common. Thus, the main goal of this paper is to enable construction of a universal platform providing an opportunity of making such a system in a simplified and fast way. The designed platform operates in three different modes (SIL, MIX and HIL). The platform enables switching between different modes of operation without any changes implemented in a software layer. An embedded controller is able to schedule tasks without any delays, which involves utilization of a real-time operating system. Additionally, it is possible to remotely control and monitor the vehicle during its normal operation.  相似文献
