Matching of technological forecasting technique to a technology using fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making methods: Case study from the aerospace industry

Given the accelerating pace of technological advances and environmental changes, technology-based companies are required to predict and understand future events in their environments. However, there is a wide range of forecasting methods creating confusion on which method to use. This paper demonstrates the selection of an appropriate technique for technology forecasting in the Iran Aviation Industries Organization (IAIO). To this end, a review of the literature was first reviewed to extract the proper criteria for selecting a forecasting method. Next, the SWARA and fuzzy MUTLIMOORA methods were used to evaluate and prioritize a total of twelve forecasting methods proposed for the case study. The results suggested that the Delphi method for technology forecasting in the IAIO. Scenario writing and the relevance tree are the next proper alternatives that can be used.     

Alternatives for improving energy security in Cape Verde

The lack of consensus on the meaning of energy security and how it should be measured hinders the evaluation of alternatives for improving the Cape Verdean energy sector. The objective of the paper is to develop an energy security index adjusted to the country's context. The methods used are the multi-criteria analysis and the Delphi survey. Different alternatives to improve energy security are assessed: electrically interconnect Cape Verde's islands, increase the share of renewable energy, and a combination of the previous alternatives. The results of our analysis indicate that increasing renewable energy is the optimal alternative for Cape Verde.     

Internal and external factors of competitiveness shaping the future of wooden multistory construction in Finland and Sweden

In transitioning to a renewable material-based bio economy, growing public and industry interest is apparent for using wooden multistory construction (WMC) as a sustainable urban housing solution in Europe, but its business implications are not well understood. In our study, we evaluate, which internal and external factors of competitiveness are shaping the future of WMC, especially in the context of Finland and Sweden. Based on a multi-level perspective of socio-technical transitions, we conducted a three-stage dissensus-based Delphi study. The identified internal and external factors affecting the future competitiveness of the WMC business emphasize the importance of skilled architects and builders and the role of standardized building systems. Based on our results, the key aspects influencing the future competitiveness of WMC in the region are related to the development of technical infrastructure and project-based business networks, while additional changes in regulatory framework are perceived as less important. We conclude that towards 2030, the strong cognitive rules founded in the concrete-based building culture in these countries is likely to inhibit the dynamics of the socio-technical regime level. A change is also needed in the WMC business culture towards more open cross-sectoral collaboration and new business networks between different-sized players.

生态思维模型:现代景观设计的因循——以大连市童牛岭南部入口为例

从变化与发展的角度,探讨了快速城市化背景下现代景观设计的思潮与挑战,剖析了中国现代景观存在的问题,运用生态学原理构建针对问题的生态思维模型即景观视觉设计、文脉设计、环境保护与开发以及公众参与过程的生态思维。并以大连市童牛岭风景区南部入口为例论述该模型的构建与应用：通过因子分析法选择主导因子进行多元景观方案的设计,运用公众参与和Delphi法对3个方案进行评价,结果表明方案2视觉效果显著、文脉突出,环境影响小,成本合理;方案1和3分别以文化和环境为主导因子,但前者成本较低,后者成本较高,因此,三者优秀率依次     

基于Delphi的海军导弹维护管理信息系统开发

在Windows操作系统下,利用Delphi编程语言和Access数据库,开发了海军导弹维护管理信息系统.可自动提示海军各型导弹维护的项目、内容及时间等信息,解决了传统海军导弹维护工作量大、效率低及容易出错的问题,已作为导弹保障部队进行维护工作的辅助工具.结合导弹维护工作的特点及要求,给出了系统的总体设计、软件结构及系统实现,并给出部队测试使用的结果.

基于GPS-OEM板的低成本二维姿态测量系统,由数据采集与数据识别处理,模糊度与姿态解算,显示揪信息和编译动态链接库等模块组成.由两个GPS天线组成基线,接收GPS卫星信号,经连接电缆传到GPS-OEM板.再通过串行端口送至导航计算机,姿态解算软件对其经度、纬度等数据进行处理,解算完成后输出姿态测量结果.     

长三角地区市级商业广场最优面积实证研究

采用频度统计法与德尔菲法相结合的方法,从定性与定量的角度确定城市商业广场的价值评价指标,并采用层次分析法,确定经济指标权重。通过调研长三角地区十个市级商业广场,计算出市级商业广场经济价值,分析市级商业广场面积与其经济价值的相关性,并运用最小二乘法原理,对市级商业广场的面积与经济价值的关系进行拟合,得出市级商业广场面积与价值的关系模型,计算出广场的最优规模。
