The vehicle routing problem (VRP) is an important transportation problem. The literature addresses several extensions of this problem, including variants having delivery time windows associated with customers and variants allowing split deliveries to customers. The problem extension including both of these variations has received less attention in the literature. This research effort sheds further light on this problem. Specifically, this paper analyzes the effects of combinations of local search (LS) move operators commonly used on the VRP and its variants. We find when paired with a MAX-MIN Ant System constructive heuristic, Or-opt or 2-opt⁎ appear to be the ideal LS operators to employ on the VRP with split deliveries and time windows with Or-opt finding higher quality solutions and 2-opt⁎ requiring less run time. 相似文献

A predictive control strategy for vehicle platoons is presented in this paper, accommodating both string stability and constraints (e.g., physical and safety) satisfaction. In the proposed design procedure, the two objectives are achieved by matching a model predictive controller (MPC), enforcing constraints satisfaction, with a linear controller designed to guarantee string stability. The proposed approach neatly combines the straightforward design of a string stable controller in the frequency domain, where a considerable number of approaches have been proposed in literature, with the capability of an MPC-based controller enforcing state and input constraints.A controller obtained with the proposed design procedure is validated both in simulations and in the field test, showing how string stability and constraints satisfaction can be simultaneously achieved with a single controller. Multi Compartment Vehicle Routing Problem is an extension of the classical Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem where different products are transported together in one vehicle with multiple compartments. Products are stored in different compartments because they cannot be mixed together due to differences in their individual characteristics. The problem is encountered in many industries such as delivery of food and grocery, garbage collection, marine vessels, etc. We propose a hybridized algorithm which combines local search with an existent ant colony algorithm to solve the problem. Computational experiments are performed on new generated benchmark problem instances. An existing ant colony algorithm and the proposed hybridized ant colony algorithm are compared. The Vehicle Routing Problem with Simultaneous Pickup and Delivery (VRPSPD) is an extension to the classical Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), where customers may both receive and send goods simultaneously. The Vehicle Routing Problem with Mixed Pickup and Delivery (VRPMPD) differs from the VRPSPD in that the customers may have either pickup or delivery demand. However, the solution approaches proposed for the VRPSPD can be directly applied to the VRPMPD. In this study, an adaptive local search solution approach is developed for both the VRPSPD and the VRPMPD, which hybridizes a Simulated Annealing inspired algorithm with Variable Neighborhood Descent. The algorithm uses an adaptive threshold function that makes the algorithm self-tuning. The proposed approach is tested on well-known VRPSPD and VRPMPD benchmark instances derived from the literature. 电动汽车充电基础设施PPP项目的建设和实施,不仅可以有效缓解政府财政和管理压力,还可以借助社会资本先进的管理运营经验,提高充电服务供给效率,实现双赢。但是,电动汽车充电基础设施PPP项目具有投资大、特许运营期长等特点,同时还涉及多个项目参与者,关系复杂,潜在的风险因素较多。文章通过文献梳理,首先识别出了电动汽车充电基础设施PPP项目潜在的风险因素,从宏观、中观、微观三个层次建立了基于项目全生命周期的风险评价指标体系,然后建立了基于熵权-灰色关联分析的项目风险评价模型。最后,以T市电动汽车充电基础设施PPP项目为例进行了实证分析,并根据风险评价的结果,从不同项目参与方的角度提出了风险应对的策略。 相似文献

With the advent of future vehicles, passengers expect to travel in comfort, and the free leg space between facing-seats could be an issue due to the unsuitability for all people, according to their anthropometric variability. A previous investigation survey showed the need to increase the leg-space between facing seats and, if installed, to improve the surface of the table placed in between. So, four different distances between seat-pans front edges of facing seats have been set-up and tested (44 cm, 51 cm, 58 cm, 65 cm) with a table in between. 13 couples of participants with different heights took part to experiments. The aim was to investigate the relationship between facing-seat distances and passenger wellbeing in terms of postural comfort and social interaction. Postural comfort has been analysed through optical tracking (for postural angles overtime) and questionnaires (perceived comfort). Social interaction feelings have been investigated with questionnaires. Experiment results showed the suitable distance could be 51 cm keeping the same table surface; otherwise, the 65 cm one could be ideal changing the table surface.Relevance to industryWith the advent of autonomous driving, vehicle manufacturers and designers are working hard to define new paradigms of public transportation in terms of seat layout, passenger wellbeing and interiors’ design. On the path to high-level vehicle automation, the degree of surveillance both inside and outside the car increases significantly. Consequently, ethical considerations are becoming central to questions around surveillance regimes and data privacy implicit in level 3 and 4 vehicle automation. In this paper, we focus on outputs from the EU Horizon 2020 project Vision Inspired Driver Assistance Systems (VI-DAS). In particular, we assess the VI-DAS 720-degree observation technology, critical to ensuring a safe Human Machine Interaction (HMI), from multiple theoretical perspectives to contribute to a better understanding of the phenomena of privacy. As a synonym for surveillance, we started our evaluation with Bentham's ideation of the panopticon. From there, it is a relatively short step to radical Foucauldian critiques that offered more dystopian technologies of power. However, both theorems demonstrate a limited understanding of the issue of data privacy in the context of safe transportation along the evolution of highly automated vehicles. Thus, to allow the debate to move beyond more binary discussions on privacy versus control/power and to a certain degree escape the shadow of the panopticon, we applied the Nissenbaum four theses framework of Contextual Integrity (CI). Her decision heuristic allowed us to introduce structure and a degree of precision in our thinking on the matter of privacy that represents a step forward to phenomena of privacy in a specific context. Our approach concludes that the VI-DAS 720-degree observation technology can respect the user's privacy through an appropriate flow of personal information. However, the flows of personal data must be strongly regulated to ensure that data is seen as a value in terms of a commodity to protect human life and not seen as an asset that needs to be turned into value in terms of capital or the facilitation of asymmetric power-relations. 相似文献
