The object of study is nonlinear stationary controlled system of ordinary differential equations with constant disturbance in the right part. The problem of constructing the synthesising control function providing the transfer of this system from the initial state to the origin is considered. The sufficiently simple for numerical implementation algorithm of solution of the above-mentioned problem is obtained. It is shown that for local null controllability of the considered system, it is sufficient that the conditions of the Kalman's type were satisfied. In addition, the estimates restricting the choice of initial conditions and external disturbances under which the transfer is guaranteed are obtained. The main idea of the method of construction of the desired control function consists in reducing the original problem to stabilisation of a special kind linear non-stationary system and solving the Cauchy problem for an auxiliary system of ordinary differential equations closed by stabilising control. The simplicity of the realisation of this algorithm is determined by the construction of the auxiliary system and its stabilisation that could be obtained by analytical methods. The increase in the scale and complexity of interconnected power systems leads to multiple electromechanical oscillations. Therefore, the electric network needs to be made more stable. One type of Flexible alternating current transmission systems (FACTS) devices, namely the static VAr compensator (SVC), can be installed at buses to increase the stability margins and dampen the power system oscillations by exchanging capacitive and/or inductive load to maintain and/or control specific parameters of electrical power systems. The efficiency and performance of the SVC depend on its optimal location. Consequently, seeking the optimal placement for SVC has become a key issue. In this paper, we propose a novel method to find the optimal location for the SVC based on a two‐step approach. First, an energetic approach based on the combination of the controllability Gramian critical energy analysis with the balanced realization reduction technique is used to search for several feasible locations; then the transient stability is analyzed to compare and determine an optimal location through various test cases. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been demonstrated on the IEEE 39‐bus England power system and compared with the modal controllability index. © 2016 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. In this paper, a data-based method is used to analyse the controllability of discrete-time linear time-delay systems. By this method, one can directly construct a controllability matrix using the measured state data without identifying system parameters. Hence, one can save time in practice and avoid corresponding identification errors. Moreover, its calculation precision is higher than some other traditional approaches, which need to identify unknown parameters. This paper analyzes the stability and switching controllability properties of a single-phase PWM rectifier and its relationship with parameter uncertainty. Based on this analysis, a switching control strategy is proposed that has as objectives (i) to achieve input current tracking and low current THD (total harmonic distortion) as well as (ii) to regulate the output voltage in spite of perturbations. The proposed control does not require a PWM generation step design. Numerical simulations and experimental tests in a 1 kW prototype demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller and illustrate the limits of system's controllability. 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to formulate the concept of system transformation and the concept of adaptive system in the framework of general systems theory, and to characterize both concepts as well as mutual relationships between them from a qualitative viewpoint. We define a system transformation as a mapping on the class of all systems under consideration in a general and unified manner, and especially consider the variety of system behavior under parallel, cascade, and feedback transformation for linear functional time systems. We introduce the notion of open system in terms of system transformation. We then formulate class controllability and adaptability of an open system under system transformation, and characterize them in terms of basic system properties. This paper investigates the problem of joint design of an output feedback controller and the medium access scheduling policy for networked control systems(NCSs).The capacity of communication networks on sensors side and actuators side are limited so that at any time the sensors and actuators cannot be accommodated simultaneously and that transmission delays are inevitable.The joint design problem is solved in three steps:determining communication sequences(called feasible sequences) for both sides that can preserve controllability and observability,respectively;designing output feedback controller without considering the effect of communication sequences;and setting up a rule that governs the switching between feasible communication sequences.Essentially,the first step is a static scheduling procedure that yields a set of feasible communication sequences for each side.The third step is a dynamic scheduling process resulting in a switching policy in line of a stability criterion of the closed-loop switching delay system.To show the effectiveness of the combined static and dynamic scheduling method,a numerical example is also provided. 相似文献
