Innovation-based strategies are widely recognized as key drivers to maintain competitive advantage. The design and strategic literature underline the possibility of triggering a multiproduct value-expansion dynamic based on the creation of new concepts dynamically twinned with corporate strategy. However, the multiproject-management literature—portfolio, program, and platform—lags behind and remains focused on ex ante coordination, resource allocation and selectionism. Thus, there are still few indications of the processes that stimulate and orient continuous, profitable multiproject creative expansion. Bridging the multiproject-management literature and design theory, we propose a model of multiproject lineage management (MPLM), which focuses on the key processes that drive exploration efforts and shape innovation trajectory. We conduct a multiple longitudinal case analysis in the automobile sector. Based on this analysis, we expose the principles of MPLM, mapping the roles of corporate, program and project management within a global expansion project. Finally, we highlight our contributions to managerial practices and the related literature.  相似文献

目的 检测CD20在成年人急性B淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)的表达,探讨其与临床特点的相关性.方法 回顾性总结分析96例成年B-ALL患者CD20表达情况,结合其临床特性和治疗转归进行分析.结果 96例成年B-ALL患者中,CD20阳性29例(30.20%),CD20阴性67例(69.79%).CD20阳性组与阴性组男女比分别为1.42∶1和1.79∶1(x2=0.27,P>0.05),中位年龄分别为28岁与23岁,肝脾及淋巴结浸润比例分别为44.83%和41.38%、40.30%和35.82%,髓系抗原表达比例分别为51.72%与56.72%,Ph染色体和bcr-abl融合基因阳性比例分别为24.14%与28.36%,4周内完全缓解率分别为73.08%与68.85%,差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05).在复发率和3年总体生存率上,CD20阳性组分别为54.55%与14.80%,CD20阴性组分别为29.63%与37.30%,两组间差异有统计学意义(x2=0.42,x2=5.31;P值均<0.05).结论 CD20在成年人B-ALL表达与临床特点无相关性,但对判断患者的预后有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

Because cartilage and bone tissues have different lineage‐specific biological properties, it is challenging to fabricate a single type of scaffold that can biologically fulfill the requirements for regeneration of these two lineages simultaneously within osteochondral defects. To overcome this challenge, a lithium‐containing mesoporous bioglass (Li‐MBG) scaffold is developed. The efficacy and mechanism of Li‐MBG for regeneration of osteochondral defects are systematically investigated. Histological and micro‐CT results show that Li‐MBG scaffolds significantly enhance the regeneration of subchondral bone and hyaline cartilage‐like tissues as compared to pure MBG scaffolds, upon implantation in rabbit osteochondral defects for 8 and 16 weeks. Further investigation demonstrates that the released Li+ ions from the Li‐MBG scaffolds may play a key role in stimulating the regeneration of osteochondral defects. The corresponding mechanistic pathways involve Li+ ions enhancing the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) through activation of the Wnt signalling pathway, as well as Li+ ions protecting chondrocytes and cartilage tissues from the inflammatory osteoarthritis (OA) environment through activation of autophagy. These findings suggest that the incorporation of Li+ ions into bioactive MBG scaffolds is a viable strategy for fabricating bi‐lineage conducive scaffolds that enhance regeneration of osteochondral defects.  相似文献

当今中国城镇化中后期呈现出品质化的需求,加上原有的快速度和大尺度特征,普遍面临着城市形态的科学布局和精细管控的新课题,尤其在数字化时代,需要从新的视角探索“数字化分析—数字化设计—数字化管理”的整体解决方案。以成海为研究样本,针对城市的现状特征和发展目标,通过数字化城市设计范型的理论与方法研究,探索城市三维空间形态科学布局和有效管控之道,为营造精致城市提供途径。借助于人机互动的数字化技术,从环境生态、空间形态、人群动态、功能业态等方面充分挖掘城市内在规律,更加精确理性地把握城市特色,营造精细雅致的宜居城市。在深入研究城市设计管控要素的基础上,挖掘数字化技术在规划管理工作中的潜在优势,建构城市设计数字化管控平台,以提升管理实施的效率与质量。依托数字化平台,集成智能管控规则,实现多尺度、多类型城市设计管控要素的集成化、智能化、实时化,为城市设计的管理实施提供有效途径。  相似文献

In recent years, peer-to-peer (P2P) technologies are used for flexible and scalable information exchange in the Internet, but there exist problems to be solved for reliable information exchange. It is important to trace how data circulates between peers and how data modifications are performed during the circulation before reaching the destination for enhancing the reliability of exchanged information. However, such lineage tracing is not easy in current P2P networks, since data replications and modifications are performed independently by autonomous peers—this creates a lack of reliability among the records exchanged. In this paper, we propose a framework for traceable record exchange in a P2P network. By managing historical information in distributed peers, we make the modification and exchange histories of records traceable. One of the features of our work is that the database technologies are utilized for realizing the framework. Histories are maintained in a relational database in each peer, and tracing queries are written in the datalog query language and executed in a P2P network by cooperating peers. This paper describes the concept of the framework and overviews the approach to query processing.  相似文献
