A/C轴双轴转台几何误差检测与补偿技术研究

摘    要:A/C轴双轴转台是中、小规格五轴联动加工中心的核心功能部件。分析了A轴、C轴与工作台台面之间的五项几何误差,利用激光干涉仪与RX10回转基准分度器对A轴、C轴的分度误差进行检测与补偿,利用五轴数控系统对A轴轴线与C轴轴线之间的位置误差、A轴轴线与工作台台面之间的尺寸误差进行检测与补偿,并提出了一种即节省成本又能有效降低A轴轴线与C轴轴线之间角度误差的修正方法。

Abstract:A/C axes tilting-rotary table is the most important functional component of small and middle dimensional 5-axis machining centers.The five geometric errors among A axis,C axis and working plane of working table are analyzed.Two indexing errors of A axis and C axis are measured and compensated by the laser interferometer and RX10 reference rotary indexer,position error between A axis and C axis,and distance error between A axis and working plane of working table are measured and compensated by 5-axis CNC system,and a method which can effectively reduce angle error between A axis and C axis is proposed.
