摘    要:导出全移动副机构中杆组的构件数与移动副数匹配关系,从而确定全移动副杆组的构型;并应用连杆组合数值计算方法确定了杆组中各元连杆数、外运动副数及环数之间的关系,提出了杆组的特征值的概念。为开拓全移动副机构的杆组的构型建立了理论基础。运用杆组拓扑图清晰、简捷、快速地确定出1~4杆组及其异构体共15种构型。该法对于n杆组的构建也是有效的。

Abstract:The matching relationship between the number of link of assur group and the number of prismatic pair for the mechanism with all prismatic pair is introduced,and the configuration of assur group for the mechanism with all prismatic pair is determined.The relationship between the number of connecting rod for each element,the number of exterior shift pair and the ring number for assur group are studied by using numerical calculation method of combination of linkage,and one concept of characteristic value of assur group is introduced.The theory foundation for expanding the configuration of assur group of mechanism with all prismatic pair is established,and 15 types of configurations,from 1 to 4 assur group and its special configuration are determined by using the topological graphs of assur group rapidly,and the method for determining configurations is useful for constructing n-assur group.
